Our check out lady did not give us one bag of groceries. We were out in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes after leaving hte store putting everything in our truck and no one even tried to come out with our groceries. Last time we shop there.

Trucker here, this one here is amongst the most expensive subway in the country which would be fine by me if the portion of veggies was the same or more but no they are definitely skimping on everything. Not to mention costumer service is a disaster,Literally the worst subway experience thus far.

They told me to leave with my service dog!!! First it is not legal to even ask if it's a service dog. It gets into hippa laws etc. But after answering the rude lady's question and I told her, yes he is she told me he had to have a service vest on. Again that is not THE LAW!! It is not a requirement!! I will never go back there and they really must be taught a lesson about the laws of a service animal!! Their open for a lawsuit and just might get one. I had my phone going the whole time. Also there isn't any reason to be nasty and rude to CUSTOMERS, NO MATTER WHAT!! RIGHT OR WRONG!!

Signs covering the front of the store stating no mask no entry policy. Told cashier and manager about multiple people inside with no mask, and they did nothing about it. Don’t state a policy if you won’t police it at all nor will your staff. Disappointed.

Alejandra refuses to honor a check from a customer in good standing for over 20 years! Refuses to even Speak to the 80 yr old man on the phone to verify that he sent someone to do his shopping. Disrespectful, disgraceful, and a violation of small town ethics!

Have always been 3/10 happy with the speed of the service I get from the deli, and I understand that there is alot of customers. But today Friday August 14 was unbelievable, the lady so called "supervisor" for the deli and subway, she need to go back to customer service school and learn how to properly help a customer, on top of having NO customer service skills, she was somewhat rude.

This store does not abide by federal laws to allow service dogs!!!We stopped at this store on a drive through town to grab some food at the Subway inside. One of the employees, older with long grey hair and nasty yellow/crooked teeth, had the audacity to approach my 14 year old autistic daughter and tell her that her and her service dog had to leave.My daughter kindly told the lady, we will call her Karen, that the dog, a small terrier, is her service dog. The lady rudely repeated that no dogs without a service dog vest were allowed. My autistic daughter freaked out and left the building and had a bad stress attack in front of the store. Luckily I saw her leave.US law does NOT state that a vest needs to be worn. The employee had a right to ask if the dog is a service dog and when learned that he is in fact a service dog the employee legally must allow the dog. This Karen did not do that and instead decided to tell an autistic child to leave the building.Even after my wife approached the employee Karen to explain the law to this lady she continued to be rude and denied the service dog and my daughter stating that it was store policy.Next time we drive through I will be certain to have my Malinois/Shar-pei service dog and see if they have the balls to tell me to leave.The store was filthy and I'm certain would be closed down if inspected.

I bought a valentines bookay with 12 roses and 3 balloons.I am very mad cause what we didn't get what we payed! And matter of fact we didn't get the balloons so we went over there to ask them for it! WOULDN'T recommend buying there valentine products

It is a nice clean Store. For a small town Brewster Market has a great selection of items. The one thing I like most is you do not have to wait in the checkout lanes for any time at all. To me this is great.

The prices have become way more exorbitant than other stores. I'll take my business literally anywhere else at this point, even if I have to drive 20-30 minutes further.

For a grocery store in the middle of nowhere, it's pretty good. Prices are moderately expensive due to location. No competition so they can fluctuate prices. Deli food is hit and miss meaning: depending on who is working. Rarely due you wait in line longer than 5 minutes. They have a liquor store in front of cash registers. Also inside there they sell lotto tickets and ship via UPS. Next to that a small flower shop. Good to know during those girlie holidays! Travel in back of store for the public restrooms. Subway sandwiches in corner when you first walk into store on left.

Everything about Brewster Marketplace is great. This small town is very blessed to have such an awesome place to shop. All the workers are very friendly and helpful. The store has good prices and is very clean

Great little market in town. Always fresh fruit and they have the best freshly marinated carne asada! This year.. We were surprised to see they added a subway and little quick/hot food deli. Love that they are growing and expanding

They have a lot of hispanic foods so that is great, the bakery is great. It's a little cluttered but it is small. All in all good store for the community

By declaring "no mask, no service" you are supporting the governor's illegal edict mandate, while also ignoring the part of the dictator's order that states that you do not have to wear a mask if you are medically exempt. I have asthma and that makes me unable to wear a mask. I will not support a business that supports a dictatorship

They raise their prices up when the seasonal workers arrive...they'd find more Jamaicans shopping there instead of driving to Omak to go to Walmart if they kept their normal pricing.
