New to the area and been going to this place for grooming the past several months that I’ve been here in the area. They do alright on my big standard poodle who I’ve been taking to them for grooming. I wanted to give myself a break from the every 3 weeks or so that I try to keep up on my senior toy girl poodle and I gave them a try on her. What exactly did they do? I came home and finished the job immediately. I picked her up and she looked like she would have if I let her go a month at home without doing it myself. I told them at drop off, shaved down and super clean or perhaps I should have said a summer cut. Perhaps this is their way on super short as possible clean cut, but definitely not my standard on super short cleaned up. I understand feet can be difficult, not to mention my older dog just wants to literally sleep 24/7. Some certain areas were still dirty and not even shaved so the bath she had was questionable. All just not great.First 2 photos are what I got on picking her up when they called and said she was done. 2nd 2 photos are what I did at home immediately returning home and what I’d expected they’d do and what I paid for. Grooming is expensive these days plus with tip. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them at the groomer or just one of those unsure days since they don’t know my dog and she really is super old at age 15 and definitely doesn’t want to stay awake at all much.

Amazing cloth selection but bit over pricey. Great place to get baby chicks, and gardening or farming supplies.I take our family cat to the groom center, they do a amazing job every time and worth the price payed.

I always appreciate Wilco when I find myself here. It's like Ace Hardware but better in my opinion. They have a little of everything, but typically more than what an Ace like store would have. The one thing I find myself coming back for constantly is the hardware section. The variety of what they have that can be bought individually is awesome. Yes it's a bit more expensive to do so, but you're also not having to now store an extra 8 bolts because you had to buy a 10 pack from Lowe's.

Nice and friendly staff.Unloaded my truck quickly.Due to the unexpected heavy traffic on the road, I was arriving just after receiving hours. But, I was call to the receiving department and explained situation, and they are in friendly manner was agreed to receive their shipment after receiving hours schedule.Thank you so much guys.

I mean… it’s THE farm store. If they don’t have it you don’t need it. Great deals on close outs (check the clothing racks) and THE BEST staff. Love being welcomed into the store. 👍

Staff was friendly and knowledgable when asking questions about the needs of our boys. Our puppy barked a lot during the first half of our shopping trip and the employees just embraced him. Love it here!

*Update* 4/28/21Although not a lot has changed from my last update, most of the employees are friendly; some are a little more helpful than others. Wilco has a decent size lawn and garden area, and this time of year, you can often find some charming water features and bird baths.This time of the year is also great for baby chicks; Wilco offers a good variety of different breeds, and what I saw a good portion of them were egg layers. I'll admit every time I'm in that store, I have to ooh and aah over how cute and cuddly looking they are!In my prior review, I also failed to mention their pet grooming area; I haven't personally used it for my pets, but what I've read certainly reminds me of a "spa" for your furry friends, manni - peddies, and so much more!And of course, being a farm store offers a healthy variety of farming and ranching items, everything from putting together electric fences to boot wraps for your horses. Not only do they offer food for your indoor pets but also specialty food for your cows, sheep, goats, horses, and pigs, and we can't forget our little flying friends known as birds ;)A few other items they offer are paint and painting supplies, grills, grilling supplies, small knick-knack items, jewelry, and snacks, juat to mention few things.Honestly, there is something for men, women, and children!About Wilcox Covid safety practices, staff wear mask, there are safety dividers at the checkouts; what I have read is that the employees also do temperature checks; I can not confirm or deny that, assuming they handle that once they come in for work, as far as disinfecting goes, I personally have not seen it done. Still, it is possible they randomly clean throughout the day.My biggest qualm is trying to juggle items to purchases as there is no counter space to set your things on, and if memory serves me correctly, we held up the items so they could scan them, which means juggling a purse, store items, credit card, etc. is challenging.You probably think, why didn't they get a shopping cart? We didn't see one, or we would have; every time we have gone in there, we have never seen carts or hand baskets. So after I got home, I called Wilco; apparently, there are hand baskets inside but not directly within sight; the shopping carts are located outside the store closer to the garden area, which would explain why I have never found them inside, lol.Overall, Wilco is an interesting store, and we enjoy looking through this store!The first Wilco store dates back to the 1930s, right out of our neighboring state of Oregon. It is considered a farmer-owned cooperative that now operates 20 plus retail farm stores throughout Oregon and western Washington.Although Wilco, not being considered a small business, does employ local people and has managed to stay on the west coast, many of them right here in Washington State.Wilco's location is in east Bremerton 4330 Wheaton Way in the old Lowes building. They are neighbors and share an extensive parking area with Planet Fitness, Shari's Cafe & Pies, and Aceitunos Mexican food. Across Riddell Road, you'll find Fred Meyers shopping and several other smaller businesses."Shop, eat, and enjoy all things local, and thank you for continuing to support our local businesses and jobs."-----------Employees are friendly and very helpful. The store has a variety of items ranging from farm, garden items to pet food, clothing, shoes & jewelry and a number of tools, hardware, paints and a lot more. They even had a nice holiday/seasonal area.

These are just pictures I happened to take while I was here, my plan is to refer back to them when I'm shopping elsewhere to compare variety and prices.Wilco is a lovely, spacious, clean store! It can be pricey, but they have good sales sometimes. Today I got some plants for 50% off. I was told they use absolutely no pesticides on them which is what I was hoping for, as I want to put the plants inside my snail terrarium, and snails are basically pests 😄Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The parking lot usually looks pretty empty every time I drive by (multiple times a day), so I was surprised at how long the line was while I was there today. It went very quickly though as they had 4 cashiers open!

Went to check out the firewood supply . It is OK and better than stores around for store bought firewood. Nice supply of a homestead or ranch supply store.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF STAFF!!!!!I was recently visiting this store and was within earshot of the girl behind the register trying to help someone who seemed like a new manager. I believe his name was Stephen, he ended up telling her not to embarrass him in front of a customer ever again. I was completely floored!! Is this how you treat your staff? Let alone someone who was trying to help you? The poor girl looked so flustered by the end of that interaction, I can't imagine what the employees must put up with when customers AREN'T around.I don't visit this store often but when I do, I'm usually greeted with friendly faces. The employees are surely the backbone of this store, I CANNOT say the same for management. Truly disgusted with this experience!

Wilco is my favorite store! They have everything. A full Ace Hardware, work clothes, animal supplies, and garden center. I even get my dogs groomed there. The prices are great and they have the most helpful staff. I bought my chickens from them as well. I cannot recommend this store enough!

We go here once a month or so for wood pellets that we use for cat litter and it's an easy process. I show them what I want (just pull it up on their website) at the register and then after paying they give us a ticket and we pull around back and a friendly person loads them up on our van. Also, the kids love to see the baby chicks.

I used to really enjoy this store and appreciated they were good to service members, being such a large military area, but they’ve dropped the ball. They’ve discontinued military Mondays, so do you shopping around ahead of time and do not go out of your way to get there on a Monday, or really at all with the high prices- you can surely find it cheaper elsewhere.10% military discount any day of the week is a joke and they know it. Barely covers their absolutely enormous markup on items. Just order it from online somewhere else - way cheaper.

They have the cutest little chicks available right now. The service is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I love thier selection of bird house and feeders. Not to mention the bird seed.

Love shopping here. Super helpful staff when you can't find things that you need. The people that work on the loading dock always load everything in my vehicle safely and securely. Love that this is a family-owned business. Prices are fair and reasonable. Willing to drive out of my way because they have good products, nice people, and are willing to go the extra mile if they don't have something you need.
