Hands down the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Middle door always blocked and closed. Useless garden center, as you’ll need to haul everything through the regular lane to checkout. This place is rundown, dirty and has more people watching the doors than cashiers at times. Horrible

OK, not all their shelves are full and supplied with supplies that are needed. Prices are varied from item to item higher than the Walmart. In Port Orchard. Personally, I feel that both stores need to come to an agreement on prices and keep them at the same price the same level. And keep things stocked on all shelves with all the supplies that customers need right then and there

Pretty clean store. Some items are hard to get because they're out of stock most of the time. Other than that almost always associates are friendly and helpful. There's always duds. Especially the girl in the deli is most nontriumphant

The old lady working in the plant section today 5/4/24 around 11:30-12ish pushing a cart full of indoor plants in the area right before the automatic doors to go to the outdoor garden area straight up crop dusted me and my husband. And she knew she did it cuz she literally let out a huge sigh after. I was flabbergasted. And in case y'all don't know what that is she farted so freaking loud as she was passing me and my husband in the same aisle. And no this is not a joke even though it's kinda funny. And do a weird grunt and sigh afterwards like??? How about an "oops, excuse me!". It was unhinged.

This Walmart is always super busy and packed with people. The employees are not usually that helpful. Most of the checkers are pretty kind, and the manager seems nice. Overall theres room for improvement but definitely not the worst Walmart I've been in by far.

So incredibly ridiculous I tried to pay for my stuff and got told they don't take apple or Google pay and they only take Walmart pay, so I was unable to buy my two things. Absolutely not a thing I've even heard of. It's not the cashier's fault but Walmart as a company sucks.

I’ve given this Walmart multiple chances to be better but they must be so beat down by theft that they treat everyone like a shoplifter. I’ve tried to get assistance from customer service to get a duplicate receipt for the Toys for Tots gift I bought and they were completely unhelpful. They simply don’t care anymore and end up losing good customers over the bad ones they have to deal with.Invest in real trained security so your employees can focus on your paying customers.

The service is great. But the problem I have is with the company itself pertaining to Bremerton's Wallmart. It's like the company ignores Bremerton and barely stock it. I go there and it seems like most of everything I want in Groceries is not there. The company needs to send more stuff to the store. It's the worst store when it comes to that.

Don't buy their batteries! I know someone whose had to return it 4 times and still has to return it again. Each time it was returned it tested bad. Each time on way home from Walmart battery light would come on.

My son wanted a fan for his new dorm room. Picked up a standing osslating fan, made my purchase and walked out. Gave the fan to my son & though everything was good. Come to find out the box was missing one thing......FREAKING FAN BLADES! Seriously the one thing that makes a fan is blades, bruah. You guy are something else. Thanks Walmart ! 😡

Walmart is my favourite place for buying stuffs. They have products of many name brands along with their own brands. You can buy according to your convenience and surely the price will always be lower than other stores.

Woke company that has a transgender working for them but not making him wear a uniform like every other female and male worker. Garden center is full of Christmas junk instead of gardening equipment which some people actually need during winter. Bought my wife a shirt there and when ahe wore it in they told her she couldn't be in store with the shirt she bought there. Customer service is good when you can find someone to help you and I watched a security guard confront a customer without identifying themselves as security and force customer to leave for taking pictures of products on shelves.

The bremerton Walmart isnt that great because theyre variety is small. They dont have much stuff also too much stuff is locked up. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a assoiciate to come, on top of that they didnt have a key. So i just left.

Meh. Its walmart. But being the only major chain store in a small town has its advantages. Long time employees who you build good rapport with and great customer service. Obviously the prices are good- I dont like the self check out is 99% of all lanes and they really missed my vote by not having swipe pay but it's always clean, it's pretty well stocked and bathrooms always look great. It's nice they have greeters, and the electronics depot is very knowledgeable

Editing my review as I've seen some craziness in the last few months. I see they have parking lot securiy which doesn't bother me. I was just there to meet up with somebody. Anyhow, problem is the security didn't know how to differentiate between me and other people. He also took a pic of my car after I was sitting maybe 10 minutes. The other person, assumed to be male, literally went to go park but dude clearly smashed into one (of the central) lights at the end of the lot. I don't have dash cam nor do I have enough room in my phone to have recorded it. Was quite comical as a dude drove into what was a parking spot and didnt stop, but he clearly hit the light post. He got out, picked up what looked like maybe a headlight or something that was clearly chunky. Just before security finished driving into the aisle before he drove off. Meanwhile, the car a few spaces away was clearly smoking pungent reefer. (Come on people, not the place or time) Sad that Walmart has such security but they clearly have thier hands too full to notice what's right and what's wrong in the lot.But security was set to taking pics of my Vehicle?! Perhaps you need to get someone who knows the ropes.**Original comment....Without question, theft happens.Whoever's in charge of Walmart security is not doing it the right way by harassing customers who walk out of the store after purchase.Not long ago I had a guy behind me grab an empty bag at a non-manned register (typical) and proceed to beg his items and then walk past me. The thief walked out the doors and the cashier was notified, but the cashier said there was nothing he could do about it!?!I dread even needing anything at any Walmart. The time before last all I picked up was a prescription, and I was asked for my receipt! Seriously?! No! I get my prescriptions elsewherenow. Plus I try and avoid this place like it's a virus as much as I can.

Pharmacy was great. I interacted with the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist in order to receive my Moderna Covid Booster. Everyone was very helpful. Even though, they no longer wrote the acknowledgement of the vaccine. The pharmacist wrote the lot number of the shot for me on my Covid Card. Since my Rheumatologist follows all of my vaccines.

I've been going to this Walmart since it opened in 96'. There a ton of OG employees (grandparents and Asian aunties 💜) here that run this place, give it an upbeat vibe and keep it nice.It's a Walmart so start your expectations there.You aren't going to find an employee to find your item use the app it's quicker.If you get there past 7:15am plan to wait inline for an oil change 2-3 hours. Expect it.The garden door and middle door of the store open on random hours so plan to use the far left and middle right on the reg.If you get grocery pick up here it's not that long of a wait maybe 15 mins tops.Pharmacy is great and staff is knowledgeable.Use self checkout unless you are purchasing alcohol or cigarettes at one register open.Customer service has weird hours that change frequently so check hours before going into return your item or getting a money order.Have you seen "the people of Walmart" memes expect that here. Staff is great it's the people who come here they can't control a lot of basic items are locked up for security purposes so plan to push the button wait and purchase your item before moving on to the next section. ( camping items,basic headphones,all phone accessories some cosmetics ect)They now have a security guy drive around so that's nice keeps the riffraff out of the parking lot .I'm a regular clearly. I'd go here vs the Port Orchard Walmart anytime.

I had to run into this Walmart to get cat food really fast the other morning, Well when I went to check out there was only one line opened everyone was irritated. Then just as customers where just going to leave 3 registers opened. Yay thanks Walmart

Only had an issue once with Walmart Online. Didn't receive all that I ordered, but I called their CS, and the item cost was credited back without question.
