ValueGlass HUGE shout out!!!My car was broken into on 4/29 I have been dealing with Bremerton PD, insurance, stolen things out of my car $100+, and just the shock that this has happened to me.Charlie from Value Glass CALLED ME on the morning of 4/30 and got me in by 2pm the same day… and for over half the price off of what my deductible would have cost me… and got it done in less than an hour.They have taken a huge weight off of my shoulders and the most helpful ANYONE has been through this situation. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me.Now I can start my vacation on Friday knowing most of this is taken care of.(the other person who’s car got broken into is also using them)((There’s a plant shop right down the street I walked to that’s also a huge plus))Edit: ✨ this company isn’t out to let us girlies be scammed to make an extra dollar ✨ they’re here to help like fr highly recommend 🙏🏼

So roughly 8 months ago I needed a windshield replacement. Being down the street from where I lived I stopped by. Coming into the sales floor I was instantly treated with a smile and a greeting that made me feel like I was coming into a family members home. The price was in the ball park I was expecting and was very fair. The service was super fast and painless. Vehicle was vacuumed and dashboard cleaned, no finger prints on my handles, fresh smell of cleaning products I was happy. Leading into why I'm posting this I came in today to ask about resealing my back window on my truck. They remembered my name instantly and asked me questions about conversations I had with him months ago like I came in yesterday ! I was shocked! This team is amazing and I can't share them enough! I truly hope you give this shop your business as I can vouch for their quality of work and genuine care of your vehicle and your time.

Our 4runner got broken into, windows smashed and there was glass everywhere inside our vehicle. Big thanks to Charlie and his team for the quick turn around, quality work, and very reasonable prices! 100/10 experience, they went above and beyond than the repair of my back window. Got rid of the duct tape residue, cleaned my front windshield, and fixed a previous mistake made by another company. Excellent work and would recommend this place to anyone. One more note, super nice people providing a comfortable environment with great prices.

Just got a windshield replaced here. This place is veteran owned apparently which is great. If you want a local small buisness with reasonable rates and a good vibe all around look no further. The waiting lounge felt very homely and got to cuddle the shop dog while we waited. Very nice establishment. He finished promptly and went above and beyond!

They responded to my emails very promptly, fit me in super fast, some how the price went down not up when i paid for it. (Only like 20$ but still!) Staff was super friendly. Work and glass is top notch. Price was great and affordable. Replaced a 20+ year windshield.If i had to nitpick anything took the guy installing it longer then he estimated but an extra 15min wasnt going harm me. Highly recommend. Ps i only saw 1 employee there so any delay was completely understandable.

Excellent experience @ ValueGLASS LLC today!This afternoon I called to inquire about a price quote for having them install a passenger side door window for a 2014 Hyundai Veloster. The glass had been smashed out by a vagrant in Seattle and I had ordered the replacement glass on my own from Amazon and just needed somebody to install it for me. I was quoted a reasonable price and was told that if I could have the car to them by 3:00 p.m. today they could have it installed by the end of the business day at 5:00 p.m. today and that's exactly what happened! I arrived at the shop around 2:45 p.m. and the job was complete by 3:26 p.m.! It's very unfortunate that I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me there but I can say that he did an excellent job and my final out the door price was exactly what I was quoted, not a dollar more! I am very pleased with the service they provided me with today! Thanks again ValueGLASS!

Yesterday on my way home from work, the driver door window on my tahoe spontaneously combusted for no apparent reason.I called a couple different shops, who all gave me varying dates, times and prices of when they could get it done before I settled on ValueGLASS.I called about an hour before they closed for the night, Charlie said he had dealt with this problem a few times (only on Tahoes?! 🤯) and he could get a new window in by 8am the next morning and actually opened up an hour early so he could get me back on the road and to work as soon as possible.It took him just barely over an hour from the time he took my keys to when he handed them back to me and I was on my way, all for less than any of the other shops quoted me.I'll definitely be coming back here with any future needs.Thank you!

Customer service was never great at most places and as we've all experienced post "the covid" it seems at many places its outright abysmal ("act your wage"). Charlie was a breath of fresh air, his customer service on the phone and in person was very warm, genuine and friendly; he really made you feel welcome. Their prices are excellent and they are very fast (or at least were in my case) - he told me it would take about an hour and a half and it took about an hour and a half. Plus the free rock chip repair with window purchase is a nice side benefit. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of windshield replacement(s) or repair(s).

The 2 employees I met were nice. They replaced the back window on my daughter's truck. About two weeks later when all the rain hit the window started leaking a ton of water into the cab of the truck. I called and they got us in a few days later and fixed the issue. I put a 2x4 through the back windshield of my little Ford ranger and these guys were great and wonderful! I was scheduled the same day and dropped my truck off that evening after work. They had it fixed very quickly and were super great. I was even able to pay over the phone which added to the convenience. They are always kind of polite whenever I call.

Called for a quote on my basement door window and they were very friendly and had the best prices. They said it would be next day but I asked if possible could I get it the same day and they had it done within 2 hours. My measurements were off by a little bit and they fixed it as I waited.
