This Starbucks is one of the best! I'm new to the area, came down for work purposes, and I decided why not give it a try! When I got to the menu the women working drive thru was so sweet! She gave me time to explain how I wanted my drink, and talked to me in a respectful and professional tone! When I got my food at the window we had a great conversation about lake crescent and how I should visit during the summer, the whole time she had a big smile on her face and responded very well, she then asked me my name and she told me hers was Ashley! Her personality is bright and her aura is comforting! I will definitely be coming back and I hope to see her again!!!

Friendly and attentive staff. Very accommodating. This is my go to location for Starbucks. Pretty good location in East Bremerton. On the way to the ship yard for a lot of workers. Never had a bad experience here. I think my longest drive through wait time was about 6 minutes but that is pretty rare. Quick and easy checkout with the app or card. I have eaten inside a half dozen times and its welcoming, plenty of seating, a bathroom (which I think requires a code), but a pretty chill environment.

I asked for a normal regular gingerbread oatmilk Chai. And I said I wanted it hot. They gave me a hot drink that taste like coffee. I have ordered this several times before. It has never tasted like coffee. Chai is not caffinated I don't drink caffeine. Which is why I always order a Chai drink cause there is no caffeine at all. They add it to the drink which changed the flavor the drink normally has. It tasted horrible so I threw the drink in the trash and went to a different place. I am not coming back here ever.

Not a slight to the employees working there. Starbucks has been slipping drastically. The most expensive McDonalds food. Bacon Gouda missing the bacon and getting tiny. Deleted the app, not going to keep trying them anymore.Bye bye Starbucks

A newer Starbucks design, with a wonderful barista team, and great great coffee, of course. I like the comfortable sitting area. This location has drive thru service for both coffee and a bank/ATM. Nice!

I have posted about Starbucks in the past; I have claimed that they are not my favorite coffee; perhaps I am not a coffee sommelier nor do I claim to be one.(Anyone who doesn't know what a sommelier is, they are considered to be an expert in coffee)However, I can say, up until last year, the only time I would drink Starbuck's coffee was when I treated myself to two eggnog latte's during the holiday season. Last year was different; sweetened drinks became a past pleasure instead of a Holiday delight for me.This year came around, and someone had brought it to my attention to have them cut the eggnog with even more non-fat than they already do, and guess what? It works and tastes great!So on four different occasions, I was able to treat myself to an eggnog latte; In fact, my husband even joined in and appreciated drinking them that way as well.So, in all honesty, will I ever drink Starbucks throughout the rest of the year? Probably not, but I will look forward to the holiday season to enjoy my eggnog lattes again, which Starbucks does a great job making!Moving on to the store on Wheaton way. We were so happy to discover that customers were able to physically go into Starbucks and order, I am certain most people knew but us. But thank goodness for that; if you have ever traveled on Wheaton way or Sylvan street or if you have attempted to stop at that Starbucks you would see that most of the times the line was infinite.We found the employees clean and friendly, the store was tidy and no messes at all in or around the store; but due to customers not being able to sit inside I'm sure had a lot to do with it being so clean.Sticker shock on the prices, ouch, it is a good thing this is just a seasonal thing for us, taking out a second mortgage to pay for coffee is not an option.Honestly, the only small disappointments (aside from the price) was my husband's last lid was messed up and kept popping off and extra hot really does mean extra hot! However, this wasn't a deal-breaker for us, we'll return next year for our eggnog lattes.For anyone not familiar with where this Starbucks is located, they are located off Wheaton way and Sylvan, and adjacent to Kitsap Bank.They share the same parking lot with Grocery Outlet and Kitsap Habitat for Humanity, along with a few other businesses. There is plenty of parking spaces since the Kitsap Bus transfer center is no longer stationed there.So today I rate it four stars simply because IMO (and my opinion only) it is an expensive habit, but if it makes you happy, we all could use a little more happiness in our lives =DStay safe and stay well everyone -Happy New Year !!!!!!

Just want to preface this with the staff here are really nice, however there are always issues that don't seem to pop up at other stores on an "every single time we come" basis like here. Mobile orders take a really long time to get. We order ahead of time and sometimes are 20 minutes from picking up and it's just not ready. One of our two drinks is always a venti Pike with extra cream and there never seems to be any Pike brewed and ready to go. The drinks are wrong frequently and we have had to remind the staff there on a regular basis that we are still waiting on part of our order after its been 15-20 minutes (and that 15-20 minutes is since arriving to pickup the order we placed 15-20 minutes before arriving). We live two blocks from this one and we will drive to the 6th and Warren location because we never have issues there.

Ordered a decaf American with one pump chocolate. Waited 15 minutes, seeing others coming in after me getting drinks. Barista had left my drink cooling in mobile orders section. Ended up getting a warm watery drink. I complained to server and his attitude was he couldn't care less. And he has worked their three years so he felt he was an expert? What has Starbucks done to their espresso shots to make them so watery? A couple of years ago they were almost too strong.

Only issue I've had with this location is being asked to leave basket outside under outdoor dining. I do see how it could effect other people. Stroller, luggage and other wheeled apperattis could be next, along with backpacs, bags and other belongings...

This is my favorite Starbucks! I go there at least 3 days a week, usually around 4:30 am, and all the baristas are super friendly and know my name, and drink. It took a little while for them to get my drink down (it's a little complicated, ), but now they make it perfectly and cheerfully! The only thing I don't really like is that occasionally they will be unexpectedly closed or change their hours, and there is no warning ahead of time. It is really frustrating, when I go out of my way to visit this Starbucks, and they are closed.

Feb 4, 2022….This morning awesome service! Only 2 on staff during this busy time and they were nailing it!! These two clearly have a great operating rhythm together…I’ve had slower service when fully staffed. AND they had great personality and smiling the whole time. First time I drove away with a smile on my face and really pleased with what great service they gave. I just had to give kudos where it was deserved and hope management takes note. We need clones of those two!!!!

I got about a dozen "hellos/ good morning and welcome ins " Upon walking in the door . And the same enthusiastic voices bidding me a good day as I left. The frap I ordered wasn't to bad. I'll have to ask for it to be a tad thicker next time however.

Great customer service and good coffee, which I can't say for all Starbucks location but this particular one is on point. I order from my Starbucks app and can go pick it up minutes after. Excellent staff also - no snoody attitudes like other places.

I think the best part about this location, is the staff. They know you, they know what you like, I mean, they know what I want when I don't!🤣 Seriously, the best of the best comes from this location & no offense meant but the way drinks are made here are by far, so much better than any other local coffee shops, Starbucks or other. We appreciate all of you & what you do!❤️

This Starbucks is never bad, in my experience. This last week I had the pleasure to meet Yoko and Chiara. They were so pleasant and really made my day. Yoko made a personal connection by asking me about my shirt (French bulldogs) and then about pets. Chiara ensured there was not silence and kept a natural conversation going while also helping other.Whatever they are being paid is not enough. They went above and beyond what most do in customer service recently.Warm and genuine. This Starbucks is hiring great teams!

Good friendly crew and fast service. One of the busy-er ish store in the neighborhood so kudos to them doing a fast speedy job. Same food and drinks as any other store so that's not anything to review about. However the crew and team here is very nice and work well together.
