Friendly and efficient front office, Robin and David are perfectionists. They are both incredibly thorough, personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I am a vet and have not had great service locally; now I'm happy to drive one hour in order to receive top level care. They are the best.

I was treated very well upon arrival. The staff was thorough and courteous. The audiologist was efficient, gentle to my ears. She explained everything in great detail enabling me to understand my hearing deficit. They were able to help me get the process started for getting my hearing aids. I recommend them.

I had previously been a customer of Costco. Costco could not do the job. If you are looking for mediocre, this review is not for you. I had decided I would go to a private audiologist. I have had severe hearing lost since the age of 16 and happen to be a musician even today. Robin convinced me to give her a chance to help meet my hearing needs. I couldn't say no to someone I had just met who was qualified but who expressed a sincere desire to help. So I gave her a chance and she is the first audiologist in 25 years that I have worked with that was able to get outside the box a little and had me bring my classical guitar in to play while being tested so that I could have my hearing aids sound like they were supposed to or capable of during my most cherished activities. I have been to a large number of audiologists and "hearing aid dispensers" and nobody compares. Need I say more? Robin has the creativity, intellect, training, experience, and desire to help her patients make the most of their hearing aids. I recommend her to anybody that questions whether they need hearing assistance.

Well I was impressed with the attention to detail and the willingness to help me figure out the full use of my iphone to my hearing aids. Office personnel was great with reminder phone calls and pleasant atmosphere. I was glad my wife talked to Robin at the County Fair and the help she gave Kathy on approaching the VA for this benefit. Robin is a pleasant lady to deal with.

I went into Simply Hear, not as a customer, but on a community scavenger hunt. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and wonderful to chat with, and humored my request well and with excitement. They had an adorable dog too. Wonderful customer service, if I needed a hearing solution this would be the first place I would go simply because I would know the customer experience would be fantastic.

Simply Hear, located in east Bremerton, WA, provided an exceptional experience. At 68, my daughter and son convinced me it was time to get my hearing checked. They were professional, caring, and patient, from the moment we walked in the door.Turns out my kids were correct; I did need hearing aids. Within 3 weeks, I was able to hear well again, thanks to my audiologist. I highly recommend Simply Hear to everyone.

I am ecstatic I came to Simply Hear to get my hearing needs taken care of. Dr. Fiscus is a friendly and competent professional. I trust my hearing needs to a real Audiologist who cares about my quality of life, rather than a Hearing Aid dispenser, who is just interested in a sale. My previous experience had been to go in for my hearing device and then go home. Many times with a product that did not really work. Dr. Fiscus changed all of that. She not only is warm and caring, she has an inviting staff and office. She encourages me to stop in ANYTIME for cleanings and modifications. Five stars are not enough to describe the service I have received from Simply Hear. My hearing aids were ordered and supplied to me very quickly. The staff worked through the many steps required from the work place insurance company to provide me with the hearing aids and the follow up appointments to be sure they are working properly. It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Robin and Deb the past few months as I added a second hearing aid for my declining right ear. They are kind, caring, genuine healthcare providers that care about you, the individual, and not just a number.I've been in healthcare for over 40 years. Trust me, I've seen and experienced all levels of care during my time. This is truly the best experience I could have ever asked for. I got my left hearing at Sears in Honolulu. The service was good but nothing like Dr. Robin provides.I live in West Seattle and do not mind the drive and ferry ride over for check-ups, changes, and revisions to my new hearing aid. Why, because I know the kind of care and respect that I get every time I have an appointment.I will always come to Simply Hear and Dr. Robin for all of my future hearing tests and more advanced hearing devices.She even got me a purple hearing aid!!! Outstanding in every way! Dr. Fiscus is the local owner and Audiologist at Simply Hear in Bremerton. She pays superb attention to each individuals needs and treats us like family. For anyone who would prefer to see a professional with integrity and support warm local business, rather than waiting in cold chairs at big box stores and salesman, you have found your hearing healthcare provider.If you have already had your hearing tested or have hearing aids, you should consider making an appointment at Simply Hear for a second opinion. She is honest, affordable, and forthright. I have known Dr Fiscus to visit her patients homes, only to assist them with some detailed hearing aid issue. She has a decade of experience, and tremendous patience. She thinks outside the box when challenges arise, and I look forward to knowing her and using her services for many years.I am in complete agreement with one of the previous reviewers...5 stars is not enough.

I first met Dr Robin @ the Allyn days festival in 2015. I told her I had recent hearing test that show a deficit. She suggested I come in and get checked. Simply Hear tested and guided me through the claims process, actually they took charge and filed my claim. They kept me updated and informed what was next . It was very painless and my claim was successful. I would highly recommend Simply Hear and Dr Robin Ficus for all your hearing needs!
