Service could use some improvement. Felt judged the minute I got there. Was told to come down and test drive a vehicle, but then when I got there I was told that I'd have to be approved for a loan first, "Just so I didn't get my hopes up in case the bank said no".It's all good though, I found the same car at another dealership for a better price.

Initially, I was inclined to write a glowing review for Shannon's Auto Sales, as the staff I encountered appeared genuinely helpful and friendly during the purchase of my son's first car. I appreciated their non-pushy approach and felt assured about the vehicle's quality due to the presence of an in-house mechanic who could identify and disclose any issues. My hope was that the price would reflect any necessary repairs.However, my experience with the car has been disappointing, as it has ended up costing double the sticker price due to unexpected repairs. This has led me to reassess my initial positive impression of the dealership's character. I regret placing my trust in their mechanic and making the purchase.It is now clear that I may have misjudged their commitment to customer satisfaction and their responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their buyers. My son's safety and investment were at stake, and unfortunately, I feel that Shannon's Auto Sales did not prioritize these aspects.Therefore, I advise future buyers to exercise caution and not be misled by their outwardly friendly nature. While they may seem helpful and accommodating at first, it's essential to approach any car purchase with a critical eye and do thorough research to protect your interests and your child's well-being. Lesson learned: always be vigilant and diligent when dealing with any business, even if they appear friendly on the surface. Your child's safety should remain your top priority.

This was my first time ever looking at a car from a lot so going in I was nervous, but as soon as I sat down with Mike and starting talking I felt comfortable. Mike and Harvey are both really great and genuine people. They didn’t try to hide anything about anything, and wanted to do whatever they could to help make the process go as smooth as possible. They aren’t pushy and they’re real genuine people. Within the first 48 hours of driving my new used car, I had put roughly 450 miles on it with absolutely zero problems. I had a wonderful car buying experience with Shannon’s Auto, it was quick and Harvey was super friendly. We test drove, went to the bank and left with a vehicle all in an hour. Car runs great and they even helped us by telling us where we could get another remote key for the car for a good price.I am updating this to say this car had a ton of issues we had it only a year before trading it.

They sold me a lemon, bought my car on Halloween this year . Check engine light came on driving home from the dealership same day , had to get it towed back to the dealership due to overheating . Shannon’s auto “fixed” it and told me the engine overheating light was on because the thermostat was placed backwards … long story short the engine light has came on a total of 4 times and they have “fixed” the issues … the engine light came on AGAIN the beginning of this month ( December) and I finally took it over to local wrench in belfair, to sum it up I was sold a car with a blown head gasket and a bunch of other issues with the engine … Shannon’s told me if I buy another engine they will “fix it for me” . DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE!

It was a very comfortable experience when I bought a Jeep Liberty from Shannon's last May. They gave me the time to walk around on my own until I had a vehicle I was interested in. I took it out for a spin and loved it. I came back and they weren't at all pushy. It did have a cracked windshield though but these guys were great about it! They easily negotiated a repair for me but life got in the way. I got used to the crack and never got it fixed. I realized my error last month and reached out to them. They responded immediately and I had a new windshield the following week. The Jeep has run great, no problems at all. It was exactly what we needed for the snow this past winter and to deal with hauling things around town. It's even stood up to a commute to and from Seattle. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Shannon's Auto Sales again!

Huge Thank You to Mike and Harvey at Shannon's Auto Sales. They turned what had been a very stressful couple days without a car, into a happy ending. Helped me narrow down a good car in my price range, Harvey was very knowledgeable about the different cars he showed to me. Test drove a couple and decided on a 2006 Honda Civic LX. Nice little car, exactly what I had been looking for. After coming to an agreement on a price that we all were happy with, Mike made the whole paperwork process very quick and easy. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good used car.

Bought a car and after a week it wont start. Im disabled and dont have much money and now i dont know what to do. Sales are "as is" but this is more like fraud. Makes the car seem in great condition when its not. If you want a reliable car don't come here.

Shannon' s auto sales has done a fantastic job helping me and my family purchase vehicles. I have purchased a 2014 ford fiesta and a 2012 dodge grand caravan and both have been great so far. Harvey and Barry both were very friendly and professional. They didn't try pressuring me into anything which was a good change from other dealerships I've been to. All in all I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot when looking for a used affordable vehicle.

I looked at used truck all over for couple of months. I found a really nice Chevy Silverado at Shannon's. I took my folks with me to have a look at it, took it for short test drive ( needed gas). I felt something in the steering their mechanic said he would have a look at it. Went back next day with husband and we took it on a longer drive. Mechanic said couple things in steering system needed replaced. We agreed on a fair price for the truck and and they paid for front end work. They fixed the issue as well as another they found when they had it apart (no extra charges). I am happy with the service I received. All the people that work there are extremely friendly and seem eager to make you happy. Not pushy at all, believe me I have dealt with some very pushy sales people!I would buy from them again if they had something I was looking for.Thanks guys 😁 I love my truck

This last car I bought from them they made so easy. I needed financing and they were able to get me into a great car within my price range the same day. After it was all said and done, they even called me back to give me 4 brand new tires, on them! I always recommend Shannon's to friends looking for cars.

My visit to Shannon's Auto Sales was excellent. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the staff was excellent with helping me get what I wanted. I left the same day I visited with a very good deal. I left with a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer, that I just had to have. It is in very good condition. The staff really knew their stuff. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an affordable used car. I will do more business with them in the future!

Great experience buying my new car! Easy going and did not try to upsale me into something I didn't want or out of my budget. I was already planning to use my Credit Union for financing, and they didn't try to sell me on their in house financing or give me a hard time either. You don't expect any dealership or bank for that matter to beat the rates of a credit union. There were happy to discuss my trade in options (had a car with not much value and work needed for possible trade) and suggested I sell on my own for a higher price, which I did and was able to offset a larger down payment.Happy with the process, the follow up, and the car. Would definitely recommend Shannon's!

Highly recommend! I was in the market for a cheap car to get a loan on to build credit. They had a perfect 08 ford escape. On the test drive i noted a few things i was concerned about, the next day i got a call they where working on the problems....before i even bought it! They have a wide selection of vehicles which helped with my selection. My credit was low, but they were able to find a local lender to accommodate me. Had a great time buying a car from this dealership. Very low pressure to buy a vehicle. They did show me one additional car that was the same year and model that I didn't know about, which was nice.Vehicle was very affordable, and partnered with Connections Credit Union to make reasonable payments. They were also a delight to work with. To give you an idea if credit is good. To finance around $6300 for 4 years only amounted in an additional $500 in interest when I calculated out the payments.Front windshield needed replaced. Vehicle had a specialized piece and had to be reordered after that was discovered. That gets replaced tomorrow and I don't foresee any issues there.All in all, a pleasure to do business with and would recommend.
