I believe the gentleman who helped me look for my dog food was the manager since I heard him discussing when staff should go to lunch. Not only was he so helpful to me as a customer, he treated his employees with respect and didn't seem to be a control freak as many managers are. I was most impressed with him and his over all attitude and work ethic. I am sure his employees work harder because of him and how he treats them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I can always get what I need here. Unfortunately, the store needs to be cleaned more frequently and thoroughly. They are unaware of dog accidents on the floor and need to consistently supply a disinfectant spray for those of us that care to clean up after our pets. I'm sure this is in part because they only have few staff on hand, and are unable to walk through the store to maintain it during business hours while helping customers. The staff really are so friendly, which is what keeps us going back honestly.

Really outrageous prices on everything. Some of the cheaper litter they sell is ONLY Petco stuff so you're forced to go there to get more. The checker who rang me up tried (of course) to get me to sign up for their frequent rewards membership... knew I wouldn't be back when I spent $200 getting a bag of dry food, a few cans of wet food, a scratching post, bag of paper pellet litter, litter scoop, litter box (no lid, too expensive), a toy or two, a comb, and some catnip for my new cat.Will not be returning.

Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful! There weren't many staff members there during my visit; I imagine they must be exhausted by the end of their day. Thank you for your helpfulness and thoughtfulness!

I took my dog in for a haircut I showed them a picture they said they could do it so I said ok, I also asked for his nails to be trimmed and buffed and that didn’t happen and the haircut was horrible. I will have to spend money to have it fixed , and I just paid them $80 for nothing thanks Petco.

The staff here are helpful and the store is pretty large, easy to navigate, and there's a great selection. Found a nice little fountain for my cats ❤️

This is my favorite place for pet supplies. I have purchased Fish food, decor, and filters. Also my dog has his nails trimmed and occasionally a "spa" treatment. He gets lots of pets. Staff is knowledgable and truly care about pets.

Staff is friendly, store is clean. Sometimes they have stock issues that keep the shelves a little more empty than I would like, leaving me to figure out workarounds or go to a different store to get what I need.That complaint isn't frequent, but it's more than once it's happened

This place is like Santa's Warehouse for pets. Albeit, a little expensive but I think that's just the market capitalizing heavily on people that love their pets. Also, I'm pretty sure that their prices were comparable to Amazon. The people are nice , professional & helpful. I could spend hours in this store.

Although many of my grooming experiences here were top notch, one did irreversible damage. I brought my corgi in for her regular grooming and cut and the woman who groomed her shaved her entire butt down to the skin. A year later and the hair still has not grown back completely and likely never will. My girl had the cutest corgi butt and I am really devastated that the incompetence of the groomer that day has taken that away for good.

Unfortunately this store is NOT listed on the petco website and we are not able to place online orders for pickup at this store, nor can you browse the stores inventory on website. Incredibly frustrating as they do NOT carry as many options for things as other petcos do.

they literally made my fish sick and my betta baby bubble gup is literally dying as we speak. all he do is throw himself against the rocks like hes depressed. he lives in a vila of 10 gallons and sunken voyages. why u do this to the bettas. they deserve better. do better petco.

I shop there because they have food that my dogs can stomach without diarrhea. Prices are good, I also do the online store for better items not in store. The groomers are fantastic and my dogs don't mind getting their nails done by them. Thanks Petco Mary A

Seems to be out of a lot of products. Dog food is minimal and so are their collars.Updated as of today, 12/13/23I updated my repeat delivery to 2 bags of dog food. The day of delivery got a text that my order was on the way. 45 minutes later said it was cancelled for no reason.I called PETCO and the lady put my order back in. Thought that was it. Literally less than 5 minutes later I get another text stating that it is cancelled.So I call back and was informed that it was out of stock. I asked the young man to just cancel the order (Tractor Supply has it in stock) which he did. I specifically asked him if my card was going to charged since it already said pending a d he ensured me it would not.Woke up this morning and there is a charge from PETCO. So once again, I contact PETCO and I am told that it will be credited back. In 5-7 days.That is theft! Especially since I specifically went over this with your employee. To make things worse, I asked for a manager, who was busy and would call back. Still no phone call.At this point I have closed my acct and would like my money back immediately. If I walk into your store and and take "what I want going to buy" and decide not to pay for it for 5-7 days you would call the police.Used to be a faithful customer, but this will the last time you will get a dime out of me!(This same letter will be placed on any review sight I can find - that is how frustrated you have me!!!)

The best manager ever! I can tell she works like crazy to make everyone happy. Because of that, all staff are very helpful and ready to help. The picture is of Loki. He is a about to be 7 months old. He was being taken care of by the manager who went and got him from her house when I came in. That would be going above and beyond. Loki is wonderful to be with and I thank you.

Major shoutout to the friendly smart staff at this Petco. I have come in a few times with my new dog with no knowledge of what I need to take care of her and Alisha and helped me find exactly what I need. They have Vet practice that's called Vetco that only their Wednesday & Saturday you have to make an appointment online through the Petco website they offer lower prices for your furbabies. With different packages to choose from. So if your on a budget check it out.

Wish that they had more options for cat stuff. They have basic toys, scratching posts, beds, food, etc. It would be nice if they had some different things though that you can't already get at Walmart or Fred Meyer, since they're specifically a pet store it seems like they'd have way more options for things like that. Not a big selection of cat food or water bowls, or harnesses/leashes, & they had no clothes whatsoever for cats but huge amounts of that stuff for dogs of course. The people that work there are all super nice though, & they're good about accepting exchanges or returns if the item is as it should be, etc.

This place is horrible, went to buy some fish, I’ve had aquariums all my life, and picked two fish. This 16 year old kid decided to give me third degree and actually stated she wouldn’t sell me the fish beacause I wouldn’t consent to her cross examination. Got the manger he was about to sell the fish and notice the aquarium was contaminated! Cross exam the customer and yet kill your inventory because of an infestation of fish diseases. This place needs to go out if business horrible

I had an appointment this morning. I stood around for quite awhile waiting for someone. Two ladies were in the groomers room on their phones chatting. Maybe you could put a bell at your counter for the groomers to hear if someone is waiting. If the two groomers were actually busy grooming then I could understand the delay.

I got another Guinea Pig. She is very sweet and healthy. I came in to get pellets for my daughter's 3 male Guinea Pigs because I was next door. You did have the brand I get at the feed store but not the regular ones. You only had the garden variety of Oxbow.

I don't have pets. But I have a daughter who loves to look at fishes. I do buy toys for friends pets here and they have a good selection. Highly recommended as free child entertainment.
