I emailed this shop yesterday evening before bed and heard from them before opening. I took it down within the hour on my lunch break from work and was welcomed by the staff. Kevin and Robert were courteous. Robert called me within 2 hours of dropping it off and let me know my new gaming PC motherboard had DOA and a fan needed some soldering(probably my cat playing with it 😆). Within the same day, he had installed a new one per my request. When I came in again to pay and pick up, I was walked through what work was done and shown in the back on monitor a run through of my system. I am used to because I look quite young (in my 30s), to people treating me as if I’m young.I wasn’t talked down to at all and was treated with respect. Not only was the work done quickly, same day BUT they even ensured the cables in the back looked great which was really appreciated! I am happy to support a small business and can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much Robert and Kevin! Definitely will be coming here for any repair needs.

Dropped off a machine and was diagnosed, repaired, and ready for pickup so fast it was almost inconvenient for the rest of my plans for the day. I've been coming to this shop since 2015 and my number of visits for repair are super low because they are super good at their jobs. Have and will continue to recommend the services provided here to everyone I know!

When needing further help, I was guided through with a clear understanding of what can be accomplished and what it would cost for specific services prior to any work done. Really great shop with friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff. I brought in my desktop computer that had been blue screening (crashing). I spent a considerable amount of time trying to identify it before bringing it in. When I came in (3:30pm), I was immediately greeted by Robert (2 staff) and he asked what they could help with (3 other customers were in). I explained and 2 hours after I brought it in (5:30-5:45 pm), Robert called saying they identified the issue. He gave me some options and by Saturday around 1:30 PM he had replaced the part, ran some tests, and optimized it. Exceeded my expectations and quite frankly I was dreading bringing it in. Definitely will go back if I have anything I cannot resolve.

Took my PC in to get serviced, got a call back only a few hours later that it was done. The gentleman that worked on my computer was very fast and efficient, but also gave me a few helpful tips regarding parts. The PC is running smoothly and I haven’t noticed any problems, plus the inside cables are well organized so everything looks very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone else looking for reliable repair services!

Extremely fast, well done, and reasonably priced service - dropped my computer off, had the issue diagnosed within 20 minutes, and had it fixed within about an hour, with the store even having replacement parts on hand to fix the issue. They even routed all my cables for me and adjusted some fans that weren't installed properly.

I’ve been here three times every single time has been amazing. The first time I brought a pc I built and it wasn’t working, turns out I had fried every part! Well the older gentleman took it and replaced all the parts with better ones than I had previously purchased from Best Buy He was so nice it was fixed the day of. The second time I went in my monitors weren’t getting anything from the pc and it was such a small issue he had it fixed in five minutes and didn’t charge me at all. The third time I called him and within four hours of him getting my computer he had upgraded my pc and updated it to windows 11 and went out of his way to fix little things for me that I had messed up. Honestly this is best place to get your pc repaired or buy all your parts here !!! They are so friendly !!! They don’t make you feel dumb if you don’t know something and they are incredibly knowledgeable I live in Issaquah now but ill still drive 2 hours to get them to fix my pc. They will never lose my business and I recommend them to EVERYONE

I reached out to them to get my files off a couple long dead laptops. They responded super quickly, gave me a timeline and price for the work, and answered my questions. Just dropped the laptops earlier today & the work was done within a couple hours. I will definitely come back with any PC questions or issues I run into in the future.Robert is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable— even with people like me who use computers but don’t understand how they work! They were able to diagnose my gaming pc and tell me what I did wrong with my computer. I thought I shorted my whole setup but turns out it was just readjusting some wires. Very friendly and willing to give their time and patience to tell you what they did.

1st review I’ve done but it felt necessary, I was only in store for maybe 5 minutes but I felt welcomed immediately.I was helped immediately, I already knew what I needed, a new ssd and some extra ram for a laptop I was upgrading, all I had to say was how much need.I honestly wish I stuck around longer to browse a bit, or at least have more conversation lol.I can’t recommend this store enough, wether you need help with a pc that has issues, want some new parts for your current pc, or need a whole new system!

I have a gaming PC that wouldn’t POST so I brought it in for a more thorough diagnosis. Within a very quick turn around time, it was narrowed down to a faulty motherboard & an out of date BIOS. After swapping out for a new component, they were able to get my PC to finally POST & work like new again. They even called to inform me of some drivers that I overlooked for installation & did it all for me anyways free of charge. Customer service was friendly & professional, response time over the phone is quick & informative and price range is not bad for the services they provided. I would come back here again if I have any more persistent problems/recommend them to any friends & family members.

Fried motherboard and user idiocy bent pins on cpu. Had the computer in for a few hours and had it all up in running in short order. Even tried to fix my mistakes with my cpu to save me a few bucks!! Highly recommend this shop

Used them twice, for hardware wipe and ram/hard drive upgrade. Both times, they were done in less then a few hours. Both computers they worked on run flawlessly, smooth and quick. They installed a malware program with a free trial that has already found 3 malware files.Recommend them to everybody I know.

Was having a USB over current issue on my gaming rig that I couldn't resolve. Spoke to I believe the owner over the phone and and felt comfortable with them working on my pc. I took the pc in first thing the next morning and dropped it off. I wasn't expecting a quick turn around time, but the tech called me back a couple of hours later and told me the motherboard was bad, recommended a couple of replacement motherboards, had my pc back up and running and ready for pick up that day! These guys know their stuff, pricing is fair and they're just plain nice people.

Took in my laptop that my dog had messed up my charging port. Turned out to be a thankfully easy fix, took a couple of hours for it to be finished, he called right when he said he would, and it only cost me $50. Very happy, will definitely be back if needed.

I had brought my pc in today (1/4/23) to get all of the cables and such plugged in, as I didn't have the confidence to do it myself at home. They got it in, and within 30-45 minutes they were calling me letting me know it's done. Super fast and great service at a nice price! Definitely recommend!
