I do not review most business I go into but Bremerton Pawn a one has earned it. They always have something I am interested in or looking for. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have no problems letting me examine items prior to purchase. Their prices in my experience are fair but what’s even better is they have always negotiated with me when I give a respectful offer.

JADEN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had absolutely no problems with my firearms transaction. On top of that the spectacular customer service can only be found here they made my trip here easy and enjoyable l. Will definitely be coming back!

If your looking at Mac products beware your going to be treated like a criminal thief because you stand at the case after they pull it out for you too look at. You don’t want customers standing by the door looking at things then move your display case and product, I will never come back in here after being treated like a criminal because I want to purchase something and look at multiple products. Nakisha you need to treat people with more respect and dignity, your in a industry and business that may deal with some of these people but not everyone is like that and you need to adjust how you treat people!

I totally loved going in there today, first time. Jaden was beyond wonderful, very very friendly, polite and made you feel very welcome. I wish more people had her customer skills, tyvm for having her work there. I definitely will come come and look at their jewelry, as long as she's there!!

Jaden was absolutely wonderful to work with when I came in with a pile of miscellany, desperately in need of holiday funds. She was very professional and efficient and didn't for one minute make me feel like the idiot I felt I was being...probably the best experience I've ever had at a pawn shop, and over the years I've been to one or two. She really made a difference and made a loan that was enough to cover my needs and still within my ability to pay it back comfortably. Thanks Jaden! Pawn 1 is lucky to have you, and they'll have my business whenever I need help in a crunch from here on out.

DO NOT BUY electronics or stereo equipment from theses cons! They say they test everything, and maybe they do, but they don't care if it's broken or not, they will sell it to you anyway!! You'd be buying something from a dumpster - and they don't care.

I have been coming to them for a number of different tools to buy, and items to sell. And everyone there are great with customer service and really do work with you. Today I purchased a drill and impact and noticed they were a bit beat up, it's a pawn shop it's not the home depot. Jaden was the person I was dealing with today and she was amazing. Worked with me on price and even helped with a new bag and cheap 6 month insurances on it all. Will definitely be returning for more business !

Stopped in to window shop, this place always has something I want or need at an affordable price! Jaden helped me out and she was amazing, patient and had a great attitude. Zach and Mika were also great personalities. Always the Pawn shop to check!

I walked into Pawn 1 and was looking at merchandise. As I was looking, I was greeted by Jarred. I told him what I was looking for, so he located it. I made a deal and filled out the proper paperwork, paid for the item and I was out the door in 10 minutes flat. Jarred was very nice and quick with the transaction, while telling other employees where other items were that people were calling about. He was a great multitasker and a pleasant employee to deal with. Thank you Jarred for making my experience a great one!

Jaden was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable when picking out a bass guitar for the first time. She was able to demonstrate the Fender Jazz Bass Guitar with a song and instrumental on advice on a good amp. Highly recommend.

My family has been coming here for years. They Always try to be fair and give us the best deal while still making sure they keep their business afloat. Completely clueless when it comes to jewelry and precious metals take it elsewhere you'll get at least triple. To be more specific twice recently I bought stuff in to sell only to be told it wasn't real, despite knowing it for sure was, in both cases. Both times I took it to a jewelry shop and they tested and bought it. I guess someone at your shop just doesn't feel like doing paperwork after 530

BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE COMING TO THIS PAWN SHOP.They have a very pretty-eyed gentleman named Andre, who seems like he is the manager. I came in to get a loan, for my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. He gave me the loan for the PS5 and said the switch wasn’t needed for the amount I was asking for, but if I wanted to sell the store my Nintendo Switch, he would be willing to buy it.He is so charming I almost just gave him the Nintendo Switch, no cost to him. 💀🤣But really they are amazing here and they are exceptionally better than Cash America Pawn.Thank you Pawn1!!!! ❤️

The store is constantly busy. In order to obtain assistance from a staff member, it is best to go up and interrupt a transaction in process and let the staff know that you were there to purchase an item. Once that occurs, generally the staff is quite responsive to a sales opportunity. The store is cluttered, and has a few good deals hiding in the corners but you really have to pay attention to what you want and make sure that you are willing to negotiate a price out the door. Pawn shops sell for profit, and they usually pay $.10 on the dollar for items that come in the house. With that in mind you can generally offer them less than the asking price.

Over time I’ve gradually used pawn1 more and the other stores less.I’ve pawned a fair amount with a good account of notLosing items and everytime I’ve came in even with high end items (6+k) both managers have always gone out of their way to actually look up items and offer me my asking or more. The few timesI was offered less from another employee I’ve never got aHard time asking to talk to manager for their opinion which was my experience today and again I got a loan for the amount requested. Good leadership at this store seems to run downhill. Nice to go to place where people take their job serious and it doesn’t seem obvious they hate their workplace.

Outstanding little shop - First time in today, surprised by the quantity/quality of the items on display. Some good looking tools in a couple limited but better brands. Average fare for firearms, some shotguns and older caliber rifles, lots of pistols but hard to browse them. What struck me the most is they also have a real decent used DVD and HD selection, which is getting hard to find around here lately! BTW Jaden was awesome and super helpful! She also was extremely professional while a customer was being rude towards her for not giving him the cash he wanted. Props for that, her tongue must have been bleeding. I will be back again for the media at least!

Stood waiting to buy the kids some PS4 games for 20 minutes, as people came in and out they actually came to the game section and helped a customer that just walked in and still didn’t help us as we stood for another 10 minutes, needless to say we will never go into Pawn 1 again. What a disappointing experience even for a pawnshop.

I had a mint quality silver coin I wanted to sell there. They took the coin out of its packaging, touched it, left smudges on it, and then told me that they wouldn't buy it because it wasn't actually silver, even though it said it was on the side and made the exact sound that silver makes when set on the counter.I went to a professional coin dealer down the street right after, who not only confirmed it was real silver, but told me that they lessened the value of the coin by half ($40) by removing it from its packaging and touching it.The dealer told me the original value of the coin was $80, and the pawn shop valued it at only $15-20, a quarter or less than a quarter of its actual value.Anyone competent knows to handle a coin by holding its side, let alone what silver is. I shouldn't have let them take it out in the first place, but still I won't be going back here again, especially as the prices are too high anyway to buy many things besides movies.

This place is a waste of time. They’re very proud of the items they have and firm on their pricing. I’ve seen them raise the price while “negotiating” with the customer. This is after they originally paid .20-.30 on the dollar for retail price. In my opinion there is not much point in taking time to wait for a staff member to be available and then try to negotiate on the price here. If you’re curious, the negotiated amount was 10% off their asking price on the tag—not a crazy lowball offer.
