Paid $273 compared to almost $500 the dealership quoted on my 2018 Dodge Journey for the fob replacement. Very nice people and fairly quick about getting my car back up and running. We had a bump in the road with transaction but they made sure to resolve it before I left. Definitely recommend these guys 💙

These guys were fantastic. I called, on a Sunday, on Easter no less, and they still not only answered the phone but also got to me in a reasonable amount of time. They tried every way they could to save the lock but ultimately had to drill it. But even after all that they still offered me a fair price for their services. Fantastic service! I locked myself out of my house yesterday, yes... on Christmas... which was the absolute worst thing that could've happened. Scott came to help me, and he was able to get the door open quickly. Also, he didn't charge me! I guess on Christmas they offer free service! I went from totally bad mood, disappointed, ruined XMas, to instantly happy and relieved! King's is the best! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you again Scott for making my day!

Let's start by saying very rude and unprofessional I called 10 times within a week each time they hung up on me or told me they will call me in 15 and will tell me what exactly I need to do to fix the key waited for hours and nothing called back after days of trying and asked if I can get help with a key for my Honda Civic and he asked if it was a plane, motorcycle or car in a very unpleasant way I'm sure I don't need a plane key ..... Very bad customer service called Puget sound locksmith within an hour he was at my house with the key cut and working ... Very bad business practice to keep someone like that ... At least call back or just say you don't have time . I'd go elsewhere beware !

THESE GUYS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL DONT MNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEN WE HE CAME OUT HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT THINK HE CAN UNLOCK IT SO I CALLED SOMEONE ELSE AND HE WAS HERE FOR A GOOD 30 MINS TRYING TO UNLOCK MY CAR AND IT TOOK THE OTHER LOCKSMITH 5 MINS TO DO IT AND WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW MUCH WAS IT FOR HIM SHOWING UP HE SAID $175 I SAID U COUDNT EVEN UNLOCK IT HE HAD 2 WIRES IN MY WINDOW LITERALLY ABOUT TO SHATTER IT AND GOT MAD AND WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN IT TO THE GUY ON THE PHONE HE TOLD ME TO “SHUT UP AND IT WASNT A RACE “AM I SUPPOSED TO WAIT 45 MINS FOR HIM TO UNLOCK MY CAR AND THEN HE WAS TRYING TO RUN MY CARD ANYWAY EVEN THOU HE NEVER UNLOCKED IT I UNDERSTAND MONEY FOR HIM SHOWING UP BUT IM NOT PAYING THE WHOLE AMOUNT FOR SOMETHING HE SAID HE COULD NOT DO .I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS SMH

Hands down, THE best! My house lock malfunctioned after getting home super late from work. After calling 8 different companies (I had gone down the list provided from my Google search, that claimed to be from my town and open 24 hours, these guys actually meant it!) A real person answered the phone! And they did not disappoint. So very warm and kind. Prompt. Personable. Skilled. Above and beyond my expectations. Got a call yesterday from someone close to me panicked that they'd lost their set of car keys, and they were stranded at the mall. Stopped at the dealership for a key replacement quote, and found out I wouldn't even be able to get my hands on one given the current shortages affecting almost everything.I was referred to King's Mobile directly by the dealership and they wound up saving our day.Danny was extremely helpful - he arrived quickly, and had us back in action in no time. I needed to get the drivers door lock on my car repaired. I just started a new job and was unable to take time off from work to get it done during "normal" business hours.I called King's and had the pleasure of speaking with Danny. I explained what the problem was and he agreed to help me, on a Saturday, which would normally be his day off. He quoted me labor and parts and we scheduled for a few weeks out.I called the day before our scheduled appointment and asked if we could bump the time up by half an hour to accommodate another appointment I had for later the same day which he agreed to.Danny was prompt, friendly and professional and even made a quick run to the hardware store to purchase a tool, out of pocket, that he needed to do the job. He also completed the job under the time quoted.I'm so happy that I no longer have to crawl over the passenger seat to unlock the drivers side door. Thank you Danny and King's Mobile Lock for making every day a bit easier for me. I would highly recommend them and will return in the future should I need their services again.

I purchased a car last weekend from a private seller and in that same day, the key fob stopped working and the manual key wouldn't work either (since it hadn't been cut). I ended up locked out of my car. Fortunately, it happened when I was home. I called a dealership and they said I would have to tow my vehicle in to their shop, if I wanted a new key made, to be able to unlock my car. I decided to call King's Mobile, since I knew it would be cheaper to go the locksmith route.Danny from King's Mobile arrived, he unlocked my car and we also had him program the new fobs that I purchased online recently, since the original fob was toast. Super nice people and definitely much cheaper than having a dealership take care of it! Thank you Danny!!!

These guys were very helpful, they drove all the way out to where I was at and had a new key made and programmed for me in less than 30 minutes. My only other option would have been to tow my Honda to the dealership, and I was not even trying to hear all that! It was definitely not cheap, but considering the dealership was ready to charge me almost double what these guys did - it was totally worth it!!

PAUL was awesome at Kings mobile locksmith. Life saver....I started the day off with locking my house to go to work and the key broke off in the deadbolt lock. Not a great start, I called them on break and told them my problem and if they could fix it and they could of course. I couldn't set an appointment I gave them an about time but as the day went it was longer then I tild them, I called as soon as I could and let them know and they were more then happy to help me. They will work with you, they understand things happen. Problem fixed and were able to make another key with all the broken pieces. Im very greatful for their service.
