Awesome place Awesome people we are from montana and will be back to this shop every time we come back to visit. Highly recommend. They had great knowledge and was patient with me and my wife. Clean atmosphere as well.

Do not I repeat, do not waste your money on "illuminations" edibles. I am a plus sized lady and I gifted two to my kin whom would be considered 'of healthy proportions' and both had the same non effect of a single dose. I took 2 the next day and had nothing. Not even a light chill. These are nothing but candy don't waste your money. Not thrilled. Customer service was phenomenal though. And the green that I got was good.But money needs to be spent well and it wasn't with this shop. I'll spend it at my original shop next time.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming! They've got a wide selection of cannabis items. I took off 2 stars because I asked for top shelf and fresh. The bud tender gave me his suggestion and he said the bag it was in didn't do it any justice because it made the weed seem crunchier than usual. I got home and the bag didn't make it seem crunchy, it was crunchy. Like it ground down to powder basically. Also, it was harvested in December, so not fresh at all. It reinforces my insecurity that I can't get a good recommendation because staff seem to just want to push old product off the wall under the guise of being a "good recommendation". :/

This place is an absolute dump! I stumbled in by accident a few days ago after having googled pot dispensaries. I saw Destination HWY 420 pop up with hundreds of 5 star reviews. but this “HWY 420” was closer to me not realizing they are two different companies. So when I walked into this one and saw how little product was available I asked the old lady with the glasses if this was Destination and she told me Destination HWY 420 is the other company trying to rip off their name and started making rude comments. I just walked out without saying anything and spent the extra 10 minutes driving to the original Destination HWY 420 that I intended to stop by. I’d recommend anyone reading this to really pay attention which 420 you are going to. The one leading out of Bremerton by the bug museum is terrible.

In the realm of unprofessionalism and cluelessness, HWY 420 by the shipyard and HWY 420 Silverdale stand out like a sore thumb. From the onset, it's evident that this dispensary is a masterclass in how not to run a business.Cheryl's air of arrogance is palpable, and her knack for condescension is unparalleled. Rather than acknowledging her evident lack of business expertise, she seems to revel in her delusions of grandeur. Kira, on the other hand, presents an enigma, leaving one pondering if her erratic behavior is the result of illicit stimulants or just her unfortunate nature.But the malpractices don't end there. A particularly distressing modus operandi of the management—comprising Cheryl, Annette, Kira, and Zach—is their manipulative game of gaslighting their employees. They dangle the carrot of career advancement, keeping their staff in perpetual hope. However, these promises remain just that—empty words. Moreover, any employee daring enough to challenge or question their dubious ways is met with condescending tones and subtle (and sometimes, not-so-subtle) gaslighting tactics.Nepotism is the order of the day, with blatant favoritism dictating how shifts and tips are allocated. Those perceived as "in the family" get the lion's share, while others are unceremoniously sidelined.Their offerings are, to put it mildly, substandard, and their discounts are laughable, with their veteran discount taking the cake for being shockingly meager.What's more, it's clear that this dispensary is the ill-conceived brainchild of individuals with little to no knowledge about the trade. Their glaring security lapse—specifically concerning cinder blocks near the shipyard location entry—which I had pointed out, on several occasions was nonchalantly brushed off. The subsequent burglary, which I had forewarned them about, served as a stark reminder of their negligence.To sum it up, HWY 420 is a textbook example of a business that's destined to flounder due to its inherent mismanagement and ineptitude. I urge potential customers to think twice before setting foot here. There are far better dispensaries to spend your hard-earned money, where respect and professionalism are more than just empty words.

Used to go there a lot but their customer service has gone away. I quit going there as the guys they hired are always snobby. The manager destiny is the only person that was nice. Also their pot selection and prices aren't that great either.

Every time you walk into this store it's guaranteed to make your day! I love all of the staff! Besides being knowledgeable about the product & giving great recommendations, they're all extremely personable and just so much fun to interact with. The bud is great & so are the prices. And they price match!! So glad they're opening another one in silverdale, just sad that I'll have to drive further to see some of my favorite people.

Being here from Colorado, I really didn't like their options in comparison. I didn't feel like their edible section was anywhere close to what you get in Colorado. The Edibles they have are really simple and not that great in taste, and not a lot of options. Nice people working there though. Only reason I gave it 2 stars

I have been coming here for a year now and this is my favorite shop. I have tried others but none compare with the customer service I get at HWY420. The budtenders are knowledgeable and and helpful. Their reward points program is also great and don't forget the special birthday discount!

I've found the staff to be so helpful and kind to those of us who are patients, not just recreational consumers. Everyone is professional and caring, which means a lot to me.I'm worried (being a member of the generation that fought for recycling) about the garbage generated by so many plastic, non-returnable containers, and hope a solution is found quickly.

Good prices for a rec store I suppose. Decent buds. $10 grams of anything from EGP for members. Honestly I think edibles are far too overpriced at all rec stores, this one included. But the staff is very friendly and helpful.
