I've only use this small little store one time. But it's close to my house and the gas prices are better than downtown. The staff seems to be very helpful and the prices are better than the red apple

The staff member working the night I came in was very kind and patient. He was a large ginger man. But this is one store that does one thing that some convenience stores choose to do that I just really hate and despise.And that pet peeve of mine is this: when I walk into a convenience store/gas station and there are no (or hardly any) prices on anything! Then you get to the register and find out that the prices are through the roof! That's my theory on why there are almost zero price tags on items through the store. If ppl saw how much the store was charging before being rang up at the register, most customers would end up not buying anything or only what they absolutely need 💯!I will avoid ever going in there againI might stop for gas and pay at the pump sometime. I do not recommend it.

Went to Hanks to get some gasoline. Bought a scratch off ticket and won $100! Girl behind the counter would not even take a tip. It was a great trip to Hanks!

Always enjoy shopping at Hank's the employees are fantastic and always good conversationalist in most aspects. When I go there I'm most of the time walking my dog and everyone seems to really enjoy him there which makes it always 10 times better as well.

I love this little family owned gas station. I like the idea if being able to give back to the smaller community shops/stores etc.....as well as help out our town and our community in order to continue thriving. Everyone who works here has always been so welcoming and kind. I always feel like they go above and beyond to be personable and make my stop there, one to not be my last, that's for sure.P.S. Their BlueBerry muffins on the counter during check out, are by far the BEST BlueBerry muffins I know I have EVER had and especially for only $1!!

So I went into tonight to get some sodas and I thought I had enough, but the cashier, god bless him. HE'S FREAKING AWESOME, I'm coming back and shopping there for now on and I'm going to be their new regular for now on! That's how awesome I think Hank's Grocery Store is just amazing with amazing ppl working there! Damn I forgot that sweet man's name but god bless him :)

The BlueBerry Muffins They Have On The Counter Right Where You Pay & Check Out Are The Absolute BEST BlueBerry Muffins I Have EVER Had In My Entire Life & They Are Literally Only $1!! EveryOne Who Works Here Is Super Nice & Personable. I Like The Fact That It's A Locally Family Owned Store, This Way I Can Feel Like I Am Truly Giving Back To My Community, Especially During These Hard & Unfamiliar Times. I Had To Wait For My Ride One Morning & The Guy Working That Day Was Nice Enough To Let Me Buy My Coffee & Box Of Cereal & Eat It Inside WHILE waiting For My Ride. He Even Gave Me The Bowl & Spoon. So Thank You For Being So Nice, Compared To Other Gas Station Type Stores, They Have Most Always Been So Damn Rude 90% Of The Time.

well they didn't have what I needed so I went to leave and I couldn't get the key to turn on my vehicle. I waited for my amazing guy friend to come to my rescue. It was like 11:30 pm. I couldn't believe that neither of the people working would come out to see if I was ok. any way my man finally got the key to turn and we went home...

Favorite convenience store in Kitsap county. Great staff, family owned and run, low prices, and friendly atmosphere. I've been going to Hanks for over 10 years and they have my business for another 10 years. Would recomend.

Low priced gas ⛽ if that's all you need!!! The customer service was horrible, the ice at the fountain machine was out (apparently "It's been down a couple months now."), the fountain drinks were all jacked up (all carbonation no syrup), store was filthy, and cashier was talking to friends rather than helping waiting customers. While a woman waited with her kids, to buy near room temperature bottled sodas and off brand candy, the above mentioned employee says to his friends "If it'd been me I'd of told the guy to f#c👌 off." ~Ummm yeah. 👎 👎 👎

Hanks is like home Everyone knows each other it's like you're neiborhood pub but it's not you know someone there pull up A Chair buy a ice cold drink and catch up! Hike family runs a great store love it!

Everyone is very friendly and products are priced accordingly. I could go across the street and purchase the same products. However, I'd rather go to Hanks. I couldn't specifically tell you why. It just feels right.The staff are all very friendly and the regulars too.

Went in to get a fountain drink and started pouring to only realize that the soda I selected ran out. The cashier was great and gave me a drink for free and a cup of ice for my inconvenience. That was great.

Hanks is the neighborhood gas station. I don't know why anyone goes to shell. Hanks has cheaper gas and way better customer service.
