Yesterday was Freddy's yearly fuchsia sale. The whole staff were amazing. Marchon and Jessica went out of their way to make sure all my plants were potted just the way I liked.Thank you for your excellent service and your positive attitude- it was a fun way to start the day!

I bought a propane torch last night. When I tried to use it it made a terrifying ticking noise. Not wanting it to explode in my face I brought it in to exchange this morning. The woman told me they absolutely wouldn't accept returns on propane products and I would have to buy another. There was no guarantee the new product would have the same problem or not. She said there wasn't anything I could do to ensure I wasn't wasting my money. Frustrated I went home and my husband took the item and receipt in. There was nothing in their refund policy stating that it couldn't be exchanged when it was faulty. After speaking to a male manager my husband got the refund that the female manager assured me was "absolutely impossible"

I really don’t like the parking lot, and the store kind of feels crowded, but they have great sales, and curbside pickup is always quick. The produce usually comes well chosen, and the employees are very friendly. Occasionally something goes a little wrong, but Fred Meyer is good about fixing it or refunding it.

This is an amazing Fred Meyer store. A superstore of stores. You can not only buy groceries but clothes, furniture, jewelry and much more. I was not expecting this when I went in to pick up some grocery items.Very clean. Well stocked. Met all our expectations and more.

The recent remodel makes it easier to navigate thru the store.I like the handicap carts. It is s large store with many departments so it helps having a motorized cart.

Great products, service, prices, and location. This place has it all: clothes, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, deli, flowers, eye glasses, jewelry, shoes, sporting goods, electronics, dry goods, canned goods, produce, automotive, cosmetics, cards, books and magazines, customer help desk, banking, coffee shop, pizza, household items, and more!The restrooms are clean, the parking plentiful and easy, and the hours convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Extremely dissapointed in the men's shoes department. It's like sketchers bought out fred Meyers... feels like your shoe department is 75 percent female shoes, 15 percent kids and 10 percent mens. Make it make sense. The stores atmosphere is a mess, chaotic and makes you feel like a deer in the headlights.

3rd time I bought meat steak pork and steak again and it smelled of sour milk. Rest of shopping there is good just don't buy steak and pork from there.

I absolutely love the store every time I’m looking for something all I have to do is look on the app and it tells me what aisle what section and what row I’ll find them in very helpful. Stuff is great. Very clean friendly environment. Great deals in Big Place. Can’t complain.

I really like going to this store since my childhood, old version of it and now it's remodeled and made a lot of changes. I like shopping there for yummy food and stuff to make recipes, I like their deli food, and their fruit there. So good! During my childhood, we usually go there after we watch Deal or No Deal Game and then we go shopping in the evening.

Over the years I have accidentally left cash in the self checkout 3x. The attendants could do a better job of keeping an eye on that kind of thing. They watch my hands the whole time I check out, but I have never had one catch THAT mistake!

edit 5/2023 : they finally fixed it, the smell is completely gone!original review: smells like feces all over the north side of the store, worst in the butter section near the dairy, bread, and peanut butter. wow. big problem and it doesn't seem to be going away.

Great produce in store. Availability of healthy food options is great. Weekly sales and coupons are decent. Parking available all around the store. Pickup and delivery options are good too. Dealing with shoppers during peak hours can be madness because of too few checkout lines are open.

While I was there as an employee I witness the Store manager being petty and jeliouse of any females that shined in the work place. Also the HR was a nightmare and he would slowly push out any one who complained. Horrible management and high cliques amongst adults.

Aisle 6-8 has what smells like a sewage leak under the floor! I was speaking to an employee there who said that several of his coworkers have gone home sick (over the past few weeks!) from the fumes. Sounds like management has a plan to “air it out”?? Definitely needs a lot more than that! It’s absolutely vile! I left my partially filled cart in the store and won’t return until the problem is resolved. And also, how absolutely SHAMEFUL of Fred Meyer to not hastily rectifying the situation and their employees safety!

let me share this minor inconvenience i had. i went to the store and it took 25 minutes to check out with only 3 people in linethey had 2 people on registers on Christmas eve, they ran out of receipt tape.This customer got to the front of the line with no barcode for her purchase. it was a piece of furniture or something. apparently the person that helped her didn't give her a SKU/barcode to scan so a call had to be made. then the customer complained 'that's not the right price!' and the cashier had to explain to this customer that they needed her shoppers card.so the line starts moving after eternity, and then the cashier needs a override and the manager went to get a loan, which can take like 10 minutes to get there and back.this manager also was yapping away on the phone while we both stood there in front of a locked case. anyways, that store is a disaster. i didnt walk out because i found something I didnt expect to find.GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE BEFORE COMING HERE!

I go here multiple times a week. There’s ALWAYS someone working produce! I often see associates checking the bathroom. Whenever I need help the employees can tell before I even have to ask. All the employees are very friendly and remember me.

husband & i visited yesterday evening. we were very pleased with the prices but the woman who checked us out had quite the attitude! we went late (around 9:30pm), and the older woman who rang us up wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence, would only speak to my husband, which i thought was super weird. and then she told us we can’t sign up for the loyalty program cause there aren’t any physical cards in store, which i thought was odd but that’s out of her control.

Love this place. Seriously some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. I'm thankful to have access to such a well managed and generally awesome store!Christian at the gas pump station saved the day with getting my odd little gift card to work, despite us not having a working microphone to communicate with 😂All around cleanliness, quality products and prices, and a general feeling of welcomeness draws me again and again.Plus it's in a super convenient location.5/5

One of the better cookie cutter box stores in the Washington State area, each store is a carbon or cookie cutter identical store no matter where you find one. Prices are mid range, deals on some things, but you really have to search shelves to find bargains. Good quality with the food, not so much on things there you can't eat. Be Safe everyone!!

Employees are always friendly and courteous. If items require substitution they always pick to your advantage. Be careful when buying produce. When items are sold by pound you can't be sure that when you order 1, are you going to get one pound or a single item. I try to clarify in the note section but it doesn't appear they read those notes very closely. Other than that I am extremely happy with this service.
