Even though DaBella wasn’t able to help me with my roof project, the Sales Rep, Craig Brooks took the time to explain to me what was needed to take care of the problems with my low pitch manufactured home roof. He went into a lot of details and explained things so I would understand … even drew pictures of the problem areas. He gave me some knowledge to help me when working with other companies that take on this kind of roof job. Great customer service. I would not hesitate to call DaBella if and when I have other home projects.

Met with Craig Brooks today about a siding project on our home. He was extremely personable and informative, I really did learn a lot! If you’re not ready to buckle down for some knowledge make sure to let them know you’re on a time crunch but I had time so no issue there. Although my husband was not able to be present for our estimate meeting, Craig was able to jot down some numbers and give me an idea of what we would roughly be looking at financing for this project to later share with my husband. Overall great first impression, I’m excited to go over everything Craig and I spoke about today with my husband ASAP.

tl;dr: company uses high pressure sales tactics and offers discounts for reviews.Spoke with DaBella over text about whether they could replace a sliding glass door and a window. They sent someone out in two days.Once they sent a sales agent out, I was informed that they do not do doors and specialize in windows. Like other reviewers noted, they use high pressure sales tactics. Every one of the windows in my house had something wrong, one had mold which which "is deadly," a few double paned windows were leaking, and all of them were blocking no more than 7% of outside weather.I figured I should get an estimate so they never had to come back. It took me about an hour, with a window demo, measurements, and a slideshow. I had to kick the guy out in the end.Once I got the quote, they ended up knocking down the price by 15% if I would sign that day only. Finally, they stated that they "don't buy reviews" then 10 minutes later offered a discount for a review.I won't be going with DaBella. Their windows are nice, but their sales tactics are slimy, I don't trust their evaluation of my existing windows, and I don't trust these reviews. I recommend looking at the difference between Google and Yelp reviews.

I should have known how this was going to go by the lack of communication and disorganization from the very beginning.We requested quotes on the wet wall of two bathrooms. Tub replacement in the hall, tub to shower conversation in the master.$30k with $3k down and payments monthly, to be started in 4-6 weeks.After not hearing from our sales representative or anytime from DaBella for 8 weeks, I called to get a start date for the project.Finally, a crew came on the 11-week mark. Started on June 26th. Masterbath converted from tub to walk-in. No door, they ordered the wrong one.On June 27th, they started the hall bathroom. Tub and surround replacement. Looked amazing. After waiting a couple of days, my daughter took a shower. And it flooded the downstairs bathroom. The installers broke a brass fitting, and water was pouring through the ceiling and light fixture in the bathroom below. Friday the 30th, Jamie came out and cut open the ceiling downstairs and ripped out the new tub wall to find the issue.Jamie came back and fixed the hall bath and patched the ceiling downstairs.It took almost another 3 weeks to get the door for the master shower. Installed on July 18th.Jamie does solid work. He was the only positive in our DaBella experience.I am so torqued about the entire experience. The idea of paying Jamie through DaBella makes me sick. I wish I could have found him, hired him, and paid him directly.I do not recommend using this company. I feel robbed.Edit (and I can not believe I forgot about these)1. They put some kind of sealant in our Master bathroom toilet.2. They got some sort of clear adhesive on the glass door that we are unable to remove.3. I ordered a bench seat in the walkin, they talked me into a corner seat because of the room from the shower door - we didn't want to maneuver around the seat. Then they didn't even install it!4. No one from DaBella has contacted me.

Marisa and Nick went above and beyond my expectations while finalizing the contract for my siding. They were very likeable and treated me in a very professional manner but also made me feel like family. I enjoyed the slideshow of DaBella and their history. The presentation of products and service was clear and at my pace. They really made the financing portion painless and with no pressures. It was clear to me they cared about getting me a good product at an affordable price. All that said I would highly recommend anyone in the area who is in need of house repairs for siding, windows, roofing and bathrooms to contact DaBella.

Nikko and Sebastian were the representatives who came out to my house. They were both very honest and curteous. I loved the 7-step system, American-made products, and elite installers. They were willing to work with any income level and saved my lifelong house from any further damage. They went to great efforts to find a monthly payment which worked for me, while still giving me the an AMAZING warranty to make sure I never have to worry about my roof again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor that's affordable

Nikko was super friendly and so informative. We asked that he suspend the "fluff" and he did, but all the info we received was pertinent to OUR roof. Everything felt so personalized. I can't wait to see how our roof will turn out. The inspection shed some light on what our inspector missed when we purchased this year. He gave us an overview of what we were looking for in a roof and the warranty is top notch AND transferable.

I met with Jarom Gillins and Raziel Plascencia this morning to discuss possible window replacement. They were fun, pleasant guys and also very knowledgeable and professional. Normally, I don't respond well to these kind of sales tactics, but their demeanor and attitude put me at ease and are a credit to the company. They failed to get a commitment from me today, but because of them, I will replace my windows with Dabella when the time is right for me. I'll also give credit to Jeremiah, who arranged the appointment the day before. He got me to say yes, even though I would not typically have done so. You owe him.

Tacoda and Dustin managed my expectations with hard industry data that matched what other contractors had bid, then worked with me to find options, price, and financing that came in under other bids and fit my budget. Not the worst but a close 2nd! I contracted with them knowing they were more expensive than others but they would do the window and siding replacements together and I wouldn't have to coordinate contractors. Window install was not how I thought it would be at finish and the siding job was horrible. They were two months later than expected getting started and then they wanted to raise the price $20k after they put the material in may driveway. Apparently the job they bid was to go over T11 siding which my house does not have and my sheeting, that was visible during the bid, will not hold Hardie so they would have to resheet my house.They then gave me the runaround about lead testing my siding and soil which cost me another grand and messed up my decking schedule. then after finding out the siding had lead, they continued to do the job with no PPE on the crew that did the job, why did I need to test?!?!?The crew was fast and polite but I could not communicate with most of them. Additionally the communication between Dabella and the crew(subcontractor) was poor and I was never notified of the time line or arrival of anyone or anything. The crew showed up to start and Dabella had not even delivered the sheeting material that had to go on prior to the siding.The end product was poor finish work with nothing reconnected to my house but they wanted me to sign off on completion and pay them(gutters still on the ground and HVAC hanging off the building). See pictures. I finally told them to cut a grand off and I would reattach stuff, boy did they get off easy. I should have charged them $5k for everything I had to do to finish. they messed up my lighting, lost most of my hardware for lighting and doorbell and didn't block everything like they were contracted to do so some of my outlets are not blocked or sealed.Just look at the photos and if you see something wrong, they did that. Poor caulking, missing blocking, missing vent covers, blocking with wrong size openings, hose bibs no attached, missing electrical boxes, gutters hung wrong, wires caulked so you can't push things flush with house to reattach them, damaged window sills and on and on.

I had a great experience with Dabella roofing company. They installed a new roof system on my house and it looks amazing. The whole process was smooth and professional, from the initial consultation to the final inspection. Dean Langdon, the sales representative, was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the features and benefits of the roof system. He also gave me a fair and competitive quote. The installation crew was courteous and efficient. They completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the quality and appearance of my new roof.
