Everyone who works here is great and I've had wonderful experiences. My cat is super anxious so I was nervous to get him groomed but the ladies here are super patient and sweet with him. They recently opened a space next door just for cats which is a lot quieter and a more relaxing environment for them. He usually gets a bath and a teddy bear cut and always comes out looking handsome and smelling good.

We absolutely love this groomer!! They have always taken wonderful care of our Teddy and Eugene, and we so appreciate the extra precautions and cleaning procedures they’re taking in light of this respiratory virus. The last time our boys were groomed, we were so impressed with their haircuts that we just couldn’t stop commenting on how good they looked! We will keep coming back again and again.

My boys act like it's the end of the world when they're bathed and trimmed, but these ladies were so patient and did such a great job with them. Will definitely be taking them back regularly. So glad I found them on Google. Definitely recommend.

The groomer is so delightful to work with and so patient. They're very accommodating and the first place that hasn't caused my puppy to freak out. They do have self service,dremmal, clipping, and grooming. I definitely suggest doing a dremmal, it's very worth it. They also often send her home with the cutest bandannas! I wish I could show a better photo to reflect there fantastic ability, but my puppy is often too excited to sit still after picking her up.

My dog is always very nervous going to groomers, but this place was so kind and patient with her even though she had bad nervous gas! Little more expensive than petco or Wilco, but worth the extra money!

Aprons at this facility could be of better quality, especially for washing bigger dogs. Same goes for the shampoo and conditioner they have available for self wash baths. Hours are a bit off, they claim to close an hour early but stop letting people in way before then.

I use the self wash every now and again for my poodle and for friends dogs that I've taken care of while they were on vacation. The salon is always clean. Staff always helpful. It is 100% better then trying to wash her at home PLUS they have driers that you can use so that you don't have to take home or deal with wet dog all day. My children often come with me to assist in the dogs grooming and they are treated with as much respect as I am

Well I’ll be darned when I know I’ve been here numerous times (last visit was 2 weeks ago) I always come after work around 5-5:30 today when I came in at 5:30(for self service) I was told they stop services at 5 (hours listed online state 6pm) that sucks. Guess it just goes by whatever person is working behind the counter that day.

Blue Collar is the best groomer in Kitsap hands down! Believe me, I am an incredibly trustworthy individual with excellent taste. Their staff works so hard and takes great care to ensure the safety and well-being of all their four-legged clients. Very affordable and friendly. So tucked away you wouldn't know they were there unless you were looking for a cat groomer (Hot Rod had some pretty badly matted fur). They offered to fix him up like a lion! He really seems to appreciate his new style!

I took my 6yo border collie for his first professional groom and Blue Collar did an amazing job! He looks (and smells) like a real gentleman!I called for an appointment and was able to get in next day. I had to drop him off a bit early to accommodate my son's nap, which they were fine with. Historically, my dog doesn't like the force air dryer, I told the staff and they were more then willing to help my guy out. Blue Collar's groomers and staff most certainly delivered! We will definitely be going back for his next trim.

I had been taking my dog to another place for a long time and the job they did the last time was just the final straw. Decided to try this place and was not disappointed. My dog came back happy, she smelled fantastic, and her haircut was absolute perfection. They’ve got a customer for life now. Can’t recommend this place enough. And they were CHEAPER than the previous place I was taking her!

I usually take my Husky to Petsmart but I wanted to stop supporting them and start supporting a local business. My dog hates going to the groomers and gets really upset and anxious when she knows she's about to go to the groomers, I also think she just gets really uncomfortable because a different person would groom her every time. Blue Collar was so quick to get my baby in and out of the salon, she looked like a whole new dog, her nails were trimmed beautifully and I can request the same groomer every time!! I also wasn't expecting availability so soon but they get me in fast! I can't recommend this grooming salon enough!!!

Wasn't traumatic for my puppy. Last groomer I brought her too said that she was to scared to get the nails done. This was surprising because she's very well behaved and gets bathed regularly. No problem with this groomer. This place was great,fast,and actually responds to their phone.

The staff is so friendly. My cat had never been to a groomer before so it was going to be a tense situation. The groomer discussed what was best for the cat at the time I made the appointment. When we arrived they took him back and assured me they would do everything they could to keep him as calm as possible. I was able to leave him and run errands. They took such good care of him and communicated with me through the whole process. He looks fantastic! We will be back for sure.
