THE CASHIER LITERALLY LIED AND STOLE CASH FROM ME AND FROM THEIR COMPANY. Ads all over the coffee and muffin area say $2.49 for muffin and any size coffee. I decided that seemed like a great deal. I saw the register say "$2.49" and Paid with a $20. Got $15 and change back. When I asked about special price, he said that isn't valid and would not give me more change!

Always one of the better convenience stores to shop when you need to shop at one that has everything you might ((or might not)) need, 24/7 day or night, this chain of stores NEVER closes!This particular 7 11 I visited the other day is still a cookie cutter format, which seems to work very well with the masses, as everyone keeps showing up there the same time I do! Our corner 7 11 is clean, well stocked and friendly managed around the clock, for everyone around the block! Stop in, if you are in the neighborhood!! Be Safe, Stay Healthy please! ;{. °)

Prices are not posted for any fountain drinks or Slurpees. The reason why seems to be because the prices appears significantly higher than other stores. For instance, large Slurpee $3.29 plus tax - $3.59. Perhaps they have active pricing based on weather.

July 9th 2023 1130 am. Small change thief working his magic. I got charged 10.01 for a nos and and full throttle which are 2 for 4 dollars and 2 taquitos which are 2 for 2.22. This guy had the gall to say to not worry about the .01 cents. (because he already ripped me off for 3 dollars)

I’ve done some train hopping and a lot of commercial fishing up and down the coast and coast to coast … I’ve been in some sketchy towns with sketchy 7-11s ..This is hands down the most sketchy 7-11 I’ve ever been too . Always homeless out front always hat looks like a drug deal going down out front every worker here gives you the hardcore creep vibes and honestly it’s hard to tell the difference between the tweekers that seem to constantly inhabit the place and the actual workers thank goodness for the vests they wear ..other then that if you got hand sanitizer and weapon in your car it’s just like any other 7-11

It's ok. Good place to pick up quick drink and snack but you have to be careful. A lot of obnoxious and unsavory looking people are often hanging out there and there's often garbage all over the parking lot.

I went to 7-11 with plans to buy a new "Space Jam" vape pen, a Big Gulp and Hot Dog combo, and a display for a 12 pack of Budweiser caught my eye. I brought the beer and drink to the checkstand and told the employee I was getting a hotdog for the combo, and a vape pen. She listed off several cigarette brands, so I specified I was getting the Space Jam vape pen. She told me they don't sell that product. I looked at her blankly for a bit, then explained that I had twice bought the vape pen at that store before. She replied "I've worked here over 6 months and we don't sell that product at this store." After a longer pause, I said and asked "Maybe you didn't know about it, but I've bought the pen here before. Is there anyone you could call and ask to see if they know where it's kept?" She replied "No, we haven't sold that product here in the past year. I know my store and I stock these shelves and we don't sell that."This is frustrating. In the last couple of months I have bought 2 of these vape pens from that exact store. The employee is refusing to help me, tells me "you must be mistaken," and has already started setting my items to the side to start helping the next customer, ignoring me.When I started to speak again she said to me "You're not welcome in this store anymore, goodbye."I called back to ask her name. "They're not going to do anything-" and hung up on me.

I have been a customer with this particular 7 11 for almost 2 years, other than the few that ask for money or if I have a smoke, the experience is well, convienient. Its one of the very, very few stores open 24/7 in Bremerton and the clerks are always busy cleaning or organizing, very attentive to anyone who walks in the door, and I have never had any of the employees ever be rude or not know what they are doing they ring me up quick and never seem to become confused or overwhelmed no matter how many customers are in line. Greeted with a hello and left with an old small town see ya later, makes me feel very welcome to come back in. Ofcourse, I have only had to use the store after hours, I dont frequent the convienience stores, but, if I ever have to or need to they are open. The 24/7 hours a days is a blessing for an emergency, they carry a wide variety of necessities and then some. If you need something they probably have it. Thanks 711 for being here in Bremerton cause with out you we would be sol after 1am until 6ish am when the larger grocery stores and retail stores begin to open.... Alanna (Bremerton)

Above and Beyond, I only wish I caught her name. I purchased two single cans of beer, and while I carried it out of the store the paper bag ripped, sufficed to say she was courteous to replace the destroyed product. I will make this location a feature in my future purchases because of her care for customer service.
