BEST BURGER! Legendary experience. Perfect bite. Smash burger mastered. Juicy meat with an amazing sear. Full of flavor. Great burger to bun ratio/coverage. Loved how the fries came unsalted with the option to salt your own with the special flavor blend on the table. Get a side of burger sauce for dipping... I devoured the entire plate.The salad is a must!! I don’t usually order salads out (I make good ones at home) but this house salad is special. Try their vinaigrette, it went so well with the beets and chèvre. A big healthy salad is a refreshing balance to burgers, fries, and doughnuts.Get the 5 piece ‘Bownuts’ to finish your meal. Next time, I’ll have to try mine with some ice cream.

Holy moly! This place blew us away. Took my 4 year old to the aquarium then we stopped here for lunch. It's one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. The crinkle cut fries were excellent. And they gave my kid a cool kids cup that I don't think they normally Give away but my kid really liked it lol and the guy was very nice. Im gonna be making this a must stop when in town. They get all my praise and money. Can't say enough about this burger!

Moist delicious burger, I chose the salad vs fries, absolutely wonderful homemade vinaigrette dressing, beets, sunflower seeds. Burger is super moist on a toasted bun. Agreed! Best Burgers in Bow!The chicken burger is my fav and I will be dreaming about going back for another. Also had a smash burger and it certainly lived up to the hype. I have to admit I was skeptical about the 50/50 beef/pork blend patty. However, it was indeed really tasty! Reminds me of a tarheel burger (a local fav burger style with a beef patty + a sausage patty) made in the yummiest possible way.. All the burger fixins were top notch too. This cafe is cozy, friendly, & clean. A great stop on a scenic drive.

No checks or 100$ bills. The Cinnimon rolls are so tender. They have had to make them everyday this week I hear. The French fries were very tasty. Very friendly staff. The lemonade was quenching.

I am so glad the Edison Cafe has re-opened!! They have new ownership and offer delicious hamburgers with an amazing proprietary sauce, a great salad as well as vegan burgers. I’ll be going back soon!Parking: plenty of spots for the number of tables inside I’ve never had trouble parkingKid-friendliness: It’s casual family, friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: It’s all flat, so I don’t see there would be a problem with wheelchair and many of the tables have chairs which can be removed.

Great little diner. Pretty typical offerings but well cooked and the staff is friendly and it feels like a family not a business. Perfect for a small town.The pancake was huge, fluffy, and very tasty. The over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy.

Best burger in the Skagit Valley, hands down! If you're thinking of making the trip out to Edison, do it. Ran by an amazing couple who you can tell take complete joy in being a part of the community and providing good service. Don't forget to get the fry sauce! Still waiting for them to bottle that stuff!Also need to mention how incredible the lemonade was, and the Italian soda made me feel like a kid again.

I went fishing in this area and found this place. The food is excellent and the customer service was amazing they're offering to refill my drink and my buddy drinks coffee was also got refill!!! That most never happened in other places. They smile 😃 and happy when you walking in and especially the place very very clean! Can't wait to try it again amd you guys should try it too!

We stopped here for a quick bite with a large group on a road trip, and ordered just about everything on the menu. (Everything was so good.) The burgers were perfectly smashed, the buns were toasty and the veggie burgers were virtually indistinguishable from the real thing! Service was speedy and friendly, and the outdoor patio was perfect.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and fries - both delicious!

We just discovered Edison, Wa. This town is awesome. We stopped by Edison Cafe for lunch and the food was great.We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was very good. The server was very nice and on top of things.I can't wait to take our friends and try their breakfast.
