Fun and funky location...with a atmosphere that can only experienced. The Longhorn is a classic old style saloon...and a local landmark.The one server did an outstanding job...with a happy face, serving a table of "mature" people.The food was tasty, ample, and hot...timely service considering one server.Discovered that this place has an connection to the famous annual "oyster run". Google it:)

Happy New Year (Jan. 2/24) Adrienne once again was the hostess with the mostess! Our Prawns were seared to perfection, the “all flats” were delectable, and the wine was scrumptious! It doesn’t get any better!!!Another update 4/4/23: Jessica or Adrienne always take great care of us! They are both one waiter “whirling dervishes” they are!! And……..Weather permitting the back area is a new find we didn’t realize existed. Updated 2/16/23: Wow, wow, wow! The Wings! The Prawn Basket, the Burger Dip, the FRIES!! All top notch! Between Adrienne and the chef, the Longhorn is now our new favourite north of Seattle! Superb service and food that exemplifies freshness, thoughtfulness & care, you cannot do better in this part of the world, maybe even along this coast! Previous review: A great dive bar that offers up everything one would expect. Great service, good food, dive bar atmosphere, local flair. The Longhorn has its own unique "charm". You cannot go wrong, winter or summer, it's a great stopping point when you are out for a drive in this beautiful part of the world.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options which is such a welcome relief!!!!Parking: Easy out front parking!

The wings at this saloon holds up with the hype. We got a few dozen Thai Barbecue Medium and they were crispy, not greasy, and all flats (which is arguably the BEST). The staff was very friendly and efficient. Oh, their ranch and blue cheese was also on point.

Traditional bar and grill with burgers, wraps, fish and chips, a broad choice of bar appetizers ("stupid" hot chicken wings) and even salads. Rotating beer menu as well. Bar attracts bikers out on runs through the countryside, and can get very busy at the weekend.

Love this place. Always friendly service and cold beer. Solid burgers and fries. They have covered tents for when the weather is not no good, but if you’re a real man (or real woman?), you can sit out at the picnic tables, rain or shine 😉 Bring yer (well-behaved) dog.

Authentic roadhouse-style saloon in downtown Edison ... friendly service, wide selection of beers on taps, and oyster shooters! Dog-friendly too thanks to their outside beer garden overlooking the river. Great place to stop for a beer or burger or just to hang out with a bunch of bikers.

Cold Mannys for $6.50, great serving of shoestring fries with the burger.Place was slammed as it was a sunny fall Saturday with masses of hogs rolling thru the tiny town. I'd say the burger + fries were fine. 5 stars for providing a service to the community.

Best bar to get trashed drunk! They never cut us off, and will totally serve me and my buddies 5+ doubles in an hour! Local privileges and the bartenders don't care as long as you hand them 20's!

We always stop here when we're going near Edison and it's always a great experience. The staff are always so nice and friendly, always good local beers on tap and this time we had a chance to sample the food which was absolutely excellent.

Kat the bartender was very unwelcoming. Will not return to the bar due to customer service. Go down the street your money is better spent. Food sucks as well. Have never had such a overcooked burger....... McDonald's is better

Edison, interesting town that pops up in the middle of farm and livestock land. Saloon was quiet and staff laughed at our corny jokes. Food and drink, what more do you need.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time . But spent 20 buck on a not so impressive over cooked burger and overcooked crunchy frys.. there was only 3 other customers at the bar... and like a 50 ish minute wait time. Idnk just a heads up .. menu looked great though and the establishment was healthy looking and seems like great times to be had if you drink!
