This place was fantastic. Totally not what we were expecting. We came in for breakfast and WOW. I got the tres leche French toast and it was phenomenal. My partner got the eggs Benedict and he stated the eggs were perfection. We both cleaned our plates. Warning! This place is so amazing you are at risk for overeating because it’s so good you just can’t stop!

We really enjoyed our night out at Cob and Cork. Lovely atmosphere- we ate on the back deck with beautiful views! Everything we had was amazing and delicious! We loved the firebrand and brie as appetizers and could easily have made a meal just out of these two dishes alone. My husband had the steak and I enjoyed the schnitzel and both were delicious and cooked to perfection. I especially loved the compote and aioli with my schnitzel and delicious oven fries. This immediately went on our list of favorite places we will be visiting again and bringing friends!

This is a great little restaurant, located in the farming community of Bow, WA - it’s about 30 minutes from Bellingham. We drove down Chuckanut Drive and stumbled into it… Some of the locals told us it’s a newer restaurant and has been there about a year. It looks like they are a farm to table restaurant. We decided to try it out, and were pleased with our food. We sat at the bar, since there were no tables, but honestly I liked that better! It has a dark but cozy interior, with a modern farmhouse vibe. For starters, we got the fries with a flight of housemade dipping sauces. We also got a salad with blue berries , candied nuts, and goat cheese. For our main course, my husband got the seafood plate and I got fried chicken. Drinks were good. We were too full to eat anything else… but if I had room I’d definitely had eaten desert! It was all really tasty - we will eat here again when we are in Bow next time!

Cob + Cork Kitchen/Bar is an old gas station turned awesome dining experience. You have the option of indoor and outdoor dining. It's still a bit cold out, but we chose to eat on the patio. Soft blankets and a patio heater provided.*Call ahead to see if reservations are required/recommended.We started with drinks- a Martini and a Bramble. If you like your drinks extra heavy on the booze, you might find these lacking. I thought they were delicious. For an appetizer we ordered Chickpea Coconut Cakes with Thai basil and Ginger Pineapple Chutney on the side. It was also served with a light curry sauce. The dish was delicious. Every bite was its own delightful experience. I might have liked them even more if the cakes had more of a toasty crust on the sides and top and a sprinkle of finishing salt. For Dinner we had the Sicilian Prawn Bowl and the Surf + Surf. We were so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the layers of flavors. The mashed potatoes had an unexpected texture, and were super yummy. We rounded it all out with Warm Crumble + Ice Cream at the table, and Caramel Chocolate Cake to go. Both desserts were as amazing as we expected. The beautiful, decorative, fire lights are not great at providing heat, so the patio could benefit from a few more functional heaters. The patio is clean and well lit and somewhat protected from the traffic noise on Chuckanut Dr. There are outdoor speakers, so we got to enjoy some chill instrumental music while we ate.Cob + Cork, Nailed it! Amazing food and drinks. **Great Service** Excellent experience. We'll be back!Features: The tables are cleaned between customers. The staff always had masks on properly and some customers wore masks when up from their tables. There is outdoor, heated seating.

This place is in a charming and cozy farm area. However, the food is just average and doesn't match the high price. The dishes were either too salty or overly garlicky, which was overdone. I usually like supporting local restaurants, but the price isn't worth it in this case.

What a great experience we had. Fantastic people from the hostess who sat us, to our wait and bar staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent. Nice understated flavors with fresh ingredients and delicious nuance. Thoughtful and fun cocktails. Inviting spaces both inside and out. We will be back.

Wow. Tough to understand why this place isn't jammed, but maybe we just hit them on a quiet night. Phenomenal, rustic, farm-to-table food in generous portions, and prompt, super-friendly service. Even the cocktails were first-rate. Dog-friendly too, thanks to their outside patio (definitely worth asking for on a warm night but the indoor space is great too.) We'll be back!

Absolutely loved our dinner experience at Cob + Cork! Staff was super friendly and attentive, shout out to them. We got several items from their menu including drinks. The Hibiscus margarita was so good, would definitely recommend if you’re a margarita drinker. They also have n/a drinks. For appetizers we got the oven wedge fries, stromboli and arugula salad, everything tasted fresh and flavorful, this could’ve been our full meal! For entrees we got the crab mac (image below), schnitzel and ranch burger, ALL so good! I honestly can’t say anything bad about this place, food and staff were amazing and we sat outside on a gorgeous evening so the view was a plus. Definitely take your time and enjoy what this place has to offer. Will be back!

Wonderful food and people (thank you Carlyn) at the Cob & Cork. The vegetarian options were plentiful and delicious including both of the soups. We didn't need to order anything other than their very thorough happy hour menu, but we did. And then took most of our entrees home. The daily dessert special tart is worth it, so save room. If you're hosting out-of-town guests, I recommend the Cob & Cork and the rest of Edison, for a great place to highlight what makes Washington special.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly service. The bad comments don’t reflect the experience my partner and I have had when we’ve gone. It has been a year since we were last at the restaurant and it was still as good as we remembered. We haven’t tried their dinner menu, but the brunch was delightful. The drinks we got were lovely as well. The employees were also gracious enough to bring our dog a bowl of water without us prompting. 100% recommend this spot for anyone in the area.

Reserved weeks in advance for our anniversary. Were looking forward to the experience. We were among the first to arrive, but sat there for almost 90 minutes before our food arrived. Others came in after we did, and received their food before us. Some finished their meals before we got ours. This affected our whole experience. When the food came, it was pretty good, but our mood by that time was not. I don't know if this was due to the way the establishment handles reservations, booking, or maybe the kitchen itself, but our previous positive mood and expectations were diminished. It was expensive and we left no tip, of course.Parking: Found a spot on the street.

My husband and I have pretty high standards for food having lived in several big cities around the world and Cob and Cork is up there as a classy establishment. Their coffee is some of the best in the area. And just this week we've had both dinner and Sunday brunch (Dungeness Crab Benedict!!!) and been really impressed with both - high quality ingredients cooked with style and refinement, very generous servings at very reasonable prices. All set in the lovely Skagit Valley with very friendly staff (shout out to Oliver!). This place is an absolute treasure.

Great date night out. Happy hour was fair priced, cute little spot. We had the potatoes and yams to start-this was a very large portion for two people. The ketchup is to die for, the habanero aoli and garlic aoli were fantastic. We share a pound of the muscles and loved it. The Thai coconut broth was great, muscles were pretty big. Only down side is it does not come with bread-what are you supposed to do with all the broth?? We ended up with two servings of baguette (it’s a fairly small amount they give you).We will definitely be back!

Cob and Cork is our absolute favorite date night experience! The service is personal, the chef delivers on every plate, and as I’m sure they welcome children…we have had a kids free experience (our own and not our own) every visit. Tonight’s New Years Menu was exquisite and the service was as expected, top notch 👌🏻

Cob and Cork will be a favorite of ours in the future for fine dining. I'm so glad we were lucky enough to have Carlin as our waitress. The food was incredible & the service impeccable. The restaurant atmosphere is edgy and sophisticated. I highly recommend a visit to anyone, it's definitely worth your time.

All around awesome experience dinning at cob and cork. I would recommend this spot for any special occasion or just a casual dinner with a special someone. My brother and I dined for my birthday and was treated with the best service from our server Carl!! Carl had extensive knowledge surrounding wines, beers, and craft cocktails and what each drink would pair well with. The front of house manager, Marle was also very helpful, attentive, and kind. The service was impeccable and so was the food. Our appetizers were on point and the timing on the entrees was well thought out. All the flavors of the dishes were well balanced and either had a contrast or a compliment dynamic to them. Lastly, the desserts were beautifully and artistically plated and provided a sweet finish to our dining experience. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Definitely going back for another wonderful experience.

Just had a lovely time here on my birthday. I really like the vibe, a clean and dark space, modern but not cold, with great wood accents. The cocktail list was simple but had some delicious choices. The wine option were also good. Our starters and mains came out great. Above all that, the service was fantastic! That is refreshing, given how service seems to be a dying art, even in 'fancy' places. I will definitely be back, thanks for a wonderful evening!

Food was excellent as were the cocktails! Truly a farm to table place. Everything fresh, local and perfectly prepared. Marli was our server and she could not have been better! She was sweet, attentive, prompt and fun to meet!I had the Guinness Pie, my daughter had the schnitzel. Both were excellent and large servings so we got another dinner out of it. You must try the Hibiscus Margarita and the Jackie Oh cocktails! Perfect!! Great experience all around. Make reservations!
