End of the season approaches (August) but we had a good visit. Tried the blueberry ice cream sandwich, made with Lopez Island Creamery blueberry ice cream, as well as picking up a punnet of heritage blueberries.Fun to visit.

If you love blueberries, you’ve got to see this adorable little blueberry farm store. Even though the berries were not ready to pick we tasted and took home a bottle of the Blueberry Marinade & Salad Dressing. We also enjoyed a Blueberry Icecream Sandwich and a Blueberry Creamsicle.

This farm is amazing. They have U-Pick Blueberries, (which aren't available during the pandemic) and almost everything you can think of doing with blueberries. They sell blueberry salad dressing, blueberry powder, and even blueberry ice cream & popsicles. You can buy the ice cream by the half-pint. I will definitely come here again.

Highly recommend stopping by during the weekend for blueberry picking!!I originally found out about Bow Hill at the Ballard Farmer’s market and fell in love with the blueberry juice so I had to come stop by the farm during blueberry season.Blueberry picking was a blast. We stayed for about an hour and they teach you how to pick the berries that are ripe. They provided a bucket and had couple lanes open for picking. The blueberries were delicious. We had so many blueberries when we got home that we had to get creative. We froze some for later, made blueberry cobbler, blueberry pancakes and blueberry juice in the blender.

Our 1st experience visiting the Bow Hill Blueberries shop, so glad we did. We treated ourselves to their blueberry honey and a bottle of blueberry juice. Should have got a larger bottle of juice 😋

The people who work here are so incredibly nice! Went there 2x this season! Fun, relaxing and picked some of the best blueberries I’ve had! Stopped in the store and found some blueberry juice and cute gifts. If you have friends or kids this is a great alternative to “ sightseeing “ Seattle!

We went the first weekend in August, and arrived just after they opened for the morning. The parking lot can feel a bit small if it’s a busy day, so try to get there early. This isn’t the cheapest spot to do blueberry picking but it is a lovely one. You pay a $5 grazing fee and pay for the berries you collect. The bushes are a taller variety, so there isn’t much bending over needed. They’ll supply the bucket and bag for picking, there’s a portapotty and a hand washing station, so it’s set up nicely. They also have a little shop with a small place to eat (some picnic tables, a bench, chairs, and a hammock) which is lovely if you just want to purchase blueberry themed things. I prefer their blueberry lime popsicle (amazing on a hot day) but they also have blueberry lemon, and pints or half pints of blue berry ice cream. My spouse loves the blueberry juice. They also sell fresh blueberries, hats and shirts with their logo, and a blueberry scrub that I love. The blueberry scrub makes an excellent gift if you’re looking for something self-care related that’s a bit fancy and high quality.

Beautiful farm with tons of Blueberries. They even have ice cream for when you get hot. A little pricey but worth the trip.

I didn't realize I had missing out on what truly incredible blueberries tasted like. They have a ton of unique blueberry based products as well - if you get anything, go for the blueberry ice cream sandwich. I don't think I'll ever find anything that tasty. These guys are passionate about organic, good quality berries, and its exciting to hear all about it. Highly recommend stopping by.

Super cute little shop. Delicious blueberry juice, perfect for sipping or craft cocktails, and tasty summer treats like ice cream and popcicles. The staff is friendly, and there is a lovely seating area outside where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream in the sun.

Bow Hill Blueberries products are amazing. I love the heirloom blueberry powder and use it on my oatmeal for breakfast! The pickled blueberries are amazing on so many things, salmon, cheese and crackers and so much more. Can’t wait to drop by the store again and pick up more supplies!

A great family business that specializes in Blue Berries! Their syrups, and ice cream are a delight! I wish they made homemade blueberry pies or man pies to eat along with a hot cup of tea or coffee! I would stop by more often for sure!Definitely stop and sample and buy some good blueberry products!Make pies!😀😀🥟🥟🍦Cliff from Bellingham

Great crop of blueberries and I even had the opportunities to learn things about my blueberry patch back home. Great things to purchase in the shop as well. A great option for self-pick berries, not far from Seattle.

This year, being 2020, U pick blueberries are not an option at Bow Hill Blueberries. Instead I ordered online. They have several locations options for pick up. I chose to go to the farm. You can order blueberries in varying quantities and choose your pick up time. They have fresh or recently frozen, all freezer ready, packages. You may want to pick up some Lopez Island Creamery ice cream made with Bow Hill Blueberries. The ice cream sandwich is especially delicious.

It's a cool place. They have 4 different types of blueberries you can pick. I'd give it 5 stars but because of what feels like a rip off, I'm not.I essentially paid $25 for 3 pounds of blueberries. Here's why. They charge you $5 a person (no matter the age, my lo is 3.5 & I was charged for her) for a "grazing pass", which means you can eat all the berries you want while your picking. If you want to pick you have to pay for the pass. They do offer you a refund of your $5 IF you pick more then 10 pounds of berries. So get get my $15 we would have had to pick more then 30 pounds. I understand and get the concept behind the pass, I personally just think it's a little much.

I always enjoy going to Bow Hill. They don't have sandwiches or anything g so you do need to pack a picnic, tables provided, but you can fis is it off with ice cream made from their own blueberries. I go a cpl times every summer as an outing...and to get blueberries of course!

Picking berries is a great family outing. We had a great time picking several different varieties. Don't forget to stop by the nearby Sammish Bay Cheese farm too. Their yogurt goes great with fresh blueberries.

They open up the farm to families and kids during the festival of farms, it's a great family activity. Besides that, the range of blueberry products they have is great, there's always something new and interesting to try. Like blueberry mustard. It's not what I expected.

I would never, ever go to pick blueberries at thus farm. They charge $5.00 a bucket for grazing fee (whatever that means) allowing you the pleasure of walking in their fields. On top of this fee we paid $2.75 per lb, u-pick. The field was completely picked over. They fields that did have berries were corded off.We ended paying 10.00 in bucket fees, 5. 1/4lbs blueberries costing us over $24.00 for 5lbs of blueberries. U-pick, resulting in approx $4.75 per lb.When I asked the clerk this question, she immediately became defensive. She could not or would not answer my question regarding how much I was paying per lb, button I indeed was getting a better deal than the ridiculous 1/2 flat, they picked.I will never recommend this farm.I am all for organic sustainable, support your local farmer, I support all in the Skagit Valley (I live here). I feel I was, I have been completely taken advantage of.How is this okay? How is this allowed? How is this exceptable? It's not!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, clean. The w-xl shirt I bought should have been labeled k-xl. All in all, worth going barely out of the way back from Fairhaven and Billingham to Seattle area. WOW! What a view!!

Very picked over. Spent $17 for 0.67 lbs because they charge 5 bucks per person to enter. The roped off sections that are not u pick were huge blueberries. We will definitely not be returning. Very very disappointing
