My favorite pet food provider in the area! There is no pressure from sales staff but if you need help or have questions, they will gladly answer with lots of knowledge and cheerfulness. They have such a positive attitude and always offer samples. You can instantly tell everyone here is a full-time animal lover and genuinely wants to help you feed your pet the best. Typical Mud Bay. Feels a bit more dog centered than cat. Decent selection, prices a little high. But the fur babes love their fur mice and orca, so that’s what counts.

The mud bay has a wide range of pretty products. Our Corgi loves visiting! There are tons of different brands of food and treats which is perfect for our dog with tummy troubles.

I don't know how mud bay is doing this but all pet store chains should learn from them when it comes to hiring amazing employees. The staff at this mud bay store (as with every other mud bay store I've been to really) are just so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. Thank you as well for the freebies when I went in to purchase treats for my dog's birthday. You guys are the best and I'll continue to shop here mainly because of the amazing people that work here. Thanks for also taking the time to always listen when I'm trying to figure out the best treat or food for my very picky pup. I can always trust the staff here to have my pup's best interest at heart!! I can also feel the love they have for animals and it really makes each shopping trip a positive and wonderful experience. This is one of the best pet stores for keeping pets healthy and happy . They have a large variety of dog and cat food. I bought a toy and birthday cookie for a puppy bday party!!! He loved them. The employees were helpful and welcoming. Thank you

Mud Bay may not be the low-cost leader for pet supplies in the Seattle area, but their prices are extremely fair for a locally-owned business, and they always sell the highest quality pet products. The staff really makes the difference, here. They know about specialty products for health conditions and dietary concerns, they're always friendly and helpful. The business does what it can to earn your loyalty, like they've earned ours.P.S. They seem to love meeting your pets of whatever variety...

The customer service here was top notch, all staff was very friendly and well educated on the product. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and never felt discouraged from asking questions. My dog says thank you! He clears his bowl faster than ever.

I feel sorry sorry for the employees that work at this store, because they are absolutely a delight, and deserve much better than this store. This store is an absolute mess. First it is very hard to get into and difficult to find. Then on top of that they are never able to keep up on stock. The employees are forced to write little hand written notes all over like "manufacturer out of stock" for hundreds of items throughout the store. This applies to many different types of food from many different manufacturer's, so you know it is all untrue. Unfortunately, the company is putting their workers through this.

Amazing staff, helpful and informative. Really appreciate their trial comp samples, few time, with puppies and with grown dogs, I was able to find right food for them easily, thank to Mud Bay. Will always be my first choice in pet supplies.

Great store with a wide selection of good quality pet products and supplies. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave my dog lots of love and let her sample a few treats which she was very happy about. They were even sweet enough to give my son a candy cane! I got some great new treats and toys to spoil my dog for Christmas!

The two people who were working there today around 10:30am were unwelcoming and rude to me. I walked in and they didn’t greet me, which I thought maybe they just didn’t see me. But as I got closer to one of the workers (clearly looking lost as I was looking for a specific brand and couldn’t find it), the gal still didn’t acknowledge me, but said “welcome in!” to a customer that had just walked in. So I said to myself, “okay, I will find something that will work and and be on my way quickly” as I felt uncomfortable. I gathered what I needed and waited for the gal at the counter to wave me up. She was wearing a mask and called me up, but I’m hard of hearing and tried to apologize if I was rude for approaching as I couldn’t hear her. She barely acknowledged me, asked if I wanted to use a number and if I wanted my receipt, and that was all for that interaction of my transaction with barely any eye contact. For the context of why they were rude to me, it was probably because I looked exhausted, had my puppy’s fur all over me (Finnish Spitz breed, lots of hair!) and dirty tennis shoes. I am moving to a new home that are 5 hours away from each other, and had to take a 2 hour morning trek in traffic to drop my husband off at work in the Canyon Park area with a very distraught puppy who insisted on riding on my lap (uncomfortably) most of the way. All of my clothes are in storage, and our yard is ripped apart due to a new septic field, so dirt has ruined my only pair of shoes that I currently have available. My husband insisted I stop by to grab a treat and toy for our puppy for our long trek home, and I told him never to go to this location again because I was treated poorly. He works right next to this store and shops there regularly before coming home, but unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere. Perhaps the employees of this store should be trained on customer service and general kindness towards people, even if someone looks unkempt. Moving for the last week and dealing with a stressed out puppy takes my time, my appearance does not, and I didn’t need to be ignored and treated with judgment during this stressful time in my life. Love the products, do not like this store anymore.

I always have a great experience here! Staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out whenever I have a question about products. I also love the return policy, specifically regarding food or treats; if I’m not mistaken, you can return an opened bag and they’ll actually accept your return/exchange and then donate the opened bag to Homeward Pets (adoption/rescue agency) in Woodinville! I definitely recommend this MudBay location to my friends and family.

Megan always goes above and beyond with explaining different food options and why one may be a better fit than another. Her "Where the wild thinks are" wild thing pick is kinda garbage tho. 🤷🏻

Mud Bay is great! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have an array of different types of food for our diet restricted pets. If. I had to complain about anything, it would be that their prices are substantially higher than other places that sell pet foods and supplies. It seems that the quality and knowledgeable staff make the difference.

Stopped in on my walk home, and was so impressed. They let me browse after pointing me to the cat area. Picked up a couple foods to try on our little guy. When I went up to the counter the lady was so knowledgeable and kind. Got a couple of samples to try on our little one as well. Such amazing customer service experience, I will be back! Hopefully to buy one of the foods that we got a sample for.

Service at Mud Bay is always phenomenal. They always do their best to accommodate me. They have a great selection and encourage bringing your pet in. They were even super sweet when I came in with my 3yr old little maniac. They let him carry around one of their toy stuffed cats to play with and he loved it 😁 Keep up the great work, guys!

All the mud Bay's are my go-to places for my dog for everything and anything. Their people are the best really helpful, offering suggestions helping you to fit harnesses, paying attention to your dogs Etc. I find their prices comprable with everybody else.And they have a great return policy, I had to exchange a dog bed once, easy and also returned a large sack of dog food once because my dog just wouldn't eat it, no idea why it was high-end but apparently the dog didn't know that!I do also go to some of the local pet shops as you'll see for my reviews but overall pick Mud Bay more consistently.

Love this place! They don't have a huge selection, but the products they carry are carefully selected for quality and uniqueness. Got a pet gate here that was so much better than the one I got a a big-box store, and for a great price.

I just LOVE this Pet Store, where your Animals are treated like royalty. They encourage you to bring in your pets to sample the food before buying it, to make sure both your pet and you are happy customers!They even gave me a Wecome card and a $5 coupon for my next shopping trip!Great people with special care and great knowledge about products they sell.The selection is plentisome!I feed my Dog grain free food, and they have a wonderful selection and variety.Oh, and the precious clothing... too cute!Can't say enough about my "New" favorite Pet Food and supplies Store!

Made an exchange and it was easy. They said they give items to charity if they can't resell, which is awesome. I buy sweatscoops, but there packaging is odd. It costs more for 36lbs instead of the 40lbs I get at Petco. Not sure why they don't just sell the 40lb bag. Also their bag is plastic and more difficult to open. Seems less environmentally friendly to me as well. Service is good and they ask if you need help.

A great place and awesome team to help you nourish and treat your fur babies! We find here the healthy choices including raw foods and natural, bulk treats.The staff are also eager to help and entertain the doggies! Spare leashes inside the door, just in case you forget yours.

Expensive, but worth it. They are knowledgeable friendly, and return food your pets don't like. Not sure what new food to buy? They give out samples. Overall a great experience and you don't need to research the brand before buying.

I will never visit the canyon park location again. We were going to go in, and there was a handwashing station outside. It was filthy looking, and we had just used our sanitizer, we went in and as we were putting on our gloves we were met with a very rude red head employee. Who said that we couldnt shop there unless we used that station or picked up and used the hand sanitizer next to the door. I am 9 months out of chemotherapy and radiation. Myself and my other half both had masks on, and were getting ready to put our masks on. Of which she and the 2 employees over by the counter were not wearing any masks. Because of my comprised immune system I clearly take more precautions than this location, and she was just downright rude. So being that we have bought our cats food from mudbay for 2 years this had me seeing red. Went across the street to find that pet store doesn't carry his food. We ended up going to mill creek mudbay. They were super kind. We had called ahead asking if they were also going to be the same way. The lady we spoke with, said no. If we were using our own sanitation and gloves she would have no problem with that. While they weren't wearing masks they were keeping distance. Also offered to grab the items we needed for us, and let us know about curbside. At a location where I hadn't ever been into while I was fully bald, they were much more understanding and kind than a location that I go into every 3 to 5 months and had been into through the stages of my cancer. Original thought was pickup some food so I could order from somewhere online. However mill creek managed to retain me as a customer to mudbay. Where canyon park had me so spitting mad that if I hadn't been in need of getting my cat food that day, I would have never bought anything else from mudbay.

The woman that worked at this store was very helpful, girlfriend and i needed a particular dog food for our new puppy. She knew it was important and she called all these stores, gave us all the information we needed and gave us some probiotics for a close to food if we couldnt get the exact one, so his stomach wont be out of wack. And they give you a card for being a new customer with a coupon, all their items are natural, small homey store. Would definitley recommend for healthy dog food, anyone going the extra mile for their pup or cat.

There are other places to get pet food and supplies, but Mud Bay is the only true quality chain I want to go to. The staff are no nonsense people, who understand both the excellence of the most expensive food, and how to feed your pets when on a more restricted budget.Not to mention, but none of the foods contain meat by-products, so it is possible to get only good foods by just price shopping.
