Pretty decent selection. Quality of some items is poor, and I'd recommend going to a specialty store. Items such as plumbing fixtures have name brand but not the higher quality of a plumbing store. Employees are friendly and try to help as best they can.Great tool rental area, plenty of parking but could use more spots for large trucks hauling trailers. Easy to find.It's a hardware store, what more can you expect?

Headed out the door with my purchases in hand when I lost control of a paint sample and it ended up being a sad day for John in the self checkout near me. He took the brunt of the bright yellow paint. He was so kind about it, I was mortified. The staff helped get us cleaned up and even gave me another sample and didn’t charge me. Thanks guys!!

Love shopping 🛒 here although my daughter works for Lowe’s 😂 Large location. Customer service has been great. This location frequent for all my home and DIT needs.Havanna, loves to shop and stroll as well.

Probably one of the nicest home depots I've been to. Abby, kelly, Anna and the entire staff I ran into, one was nicer than the next. When I shared my experience with Alex the manager he was more than appreciative for the comments. Great store in a really nice neighborhood.

Last few times in the Home Depot their new mouth breather employees middle aged mouth beathers are careless lazy. I asked one guy for help three times and he sat by his little computer in the kitchen area telling me he's bringing somebody over 15 minutes later I walked by and see him and some mouth breather lady employee chit-chatting in the aisle leaning on freezzer. Both of them look like they have trouble tying their shoes in the morning and need to wear velco.

I called in to get some tech help on a washer/dryer and spent 20 minutes for someone to pick up in the appliance dept. I understand they must be busy but this is ridiculous. I give up. Hung up.

This location is one of the best in the country. Shout out to Manfred for making it the best due to customer service and his down to earth attitude. I've been to many across the country, and try to stay away due to poor quality. This one has clean, not creepy bathrooms. Great employees!! Three went out of there way to help me. And Manfred made sure to fully help me with my project and was engaging the entire process. He made what would have been otherwise a boringly dull (possibly awkward) wait, an entertaining one. I highly recommend!

This is a very nice Home Depot. Large and well stocked with friendly staff. It's specious inside and not to busy. They also have an appropriate amount of cashiers along with self checkouts. much better than the lowdown lowes down the street.

Not great,not terrible. Average is a good word. Didn't find what I was looking for. I did have 2 associates say hello to me. Clean. No dead or dying houseplants, which is a win for Home Depot, honestly.

You should just accept the fact that whatever HD is or isn't, any of the stores in Bonney Lake itself are smaller and less stocked and it takes longer to get something restocked. That said, it's less horrible than Lowe's.

I'm not sure what happened but their selection of items in store is terrible. Unless I want a lightbulb or lumber it's probably not there. No foam board, tarps, wire stripper with threaded bolt snipper... it all has to be shipped. Fortunately Lowes is stocking all the items HD isn't. Their closer anyway.

Drove almost an hour to get to the store because thier website and app said that they had plenty of what I needed in stock. When I arrived there were none in the correct place. When I contacted an associate he located the stock but said he could not get any as the other workers were unloading other supplies. This was between 6-630 pm. This was not the Associates fault but an issue with the store practices or management. Needless to say I would not recommend shopping here.

Not knowing how to do it my self, I decided to purchase & have HD install so I would not have any problems. This started July, they had a 3rd party installation Co (Romanoff Flooring) do the installation . I noticed right in the middle of the floor there was a couple of defective pieces . I told the installer before he left that he would probably have to come back and fix they because I was not happy. He told me to call the office the next day. Icalled Romanoff and left several messages and finally a couple weeks later they called. She told me there was not they could do but send my pics to manufacture & it would be a couple weeks. After 3 weeks later I called again and she said she had still not heard from them. After another couple weeks I call Home Depot & talked to the manager Ron, he seemed concerned & told me he would call me back in couple days with a solution. Again, I left several messages for Ron, and still no call back. I have spend 2 months trying to reach anyone that can help with this problem. I am very upset with HD for not addressing this issue or even returning my call. I have purchased 2 refrigerators, dishwasher & Etc. I will think if I will continue to use them in the future. So I guess I just have a messed up floor for everyone to see!!! I will also never use Romanoff floors again customer service is lacking!

I had a terrible interaction with a customers representative where I felt she may have acted in a rude way because of the color of my skin. I have shopped here before and have had my contractor purchase materials at this store. I have to evaluate shopping here again. Let’s be kind to one another, the world is already terrible.

Pretty much your standard well appointed Home Depot. I travel a lot and think these are some of the most helpful people in HD land. Hint: if an appliance is involved give their web site a try.NOTE: if you are coming in on 214th South, (towards 410), there is a sneak way into the lot before the light, bit hard to see, look for the mailboxes under a small roof. The North end of the lot is for the rest rooms and the contractors, garden center is on the South end by the sheds. There is a most wonderful sneak route onto 410 that starts by the garden center.

This is hands down the best hardware store on the plateau. They have it together better than anyone else nearby. I got my kilz stain block paint there, and it got the job done.

Make sure to ask for Tim. He’s the most helpful employee. So jovial and friendly. An absolute pleasure, he made finding a dimmer switch, door knob, chain, and light fixtures a breeze.

Excited about all the Halloween decor! However I bought a Why wasp trap and it didn't have everything in the package to catch the wasps, someone must have taken the stuff out and it was put back on the shelf without a discount. Didn't realize till I got home so I'm glad I bought an extra bait pack to go with it since it was an incomplete package

Came in looking for a product that ended up being in over stock. Tim who I asked for assistance got straight to work and got a forklift out to pull a giant box down and get what I was looking for. Amazing customer service!

Very poor communication between departments. Wrong dryer delivered, then incorrect dryer reordered. Total of 3 deliveries to recieve the matching washer and dryer set. Customer service ordered each time. I was also required to buy another dryer while i waited for my refunds. Everyone doesn't have an extra $2,000 lying around to cover Home Depots errors. Not to mention the inconvenience of two weeks to recieve the correct machine.Paid debit, so I had to go back in-store each time (after dryer scanned back in) to recieve refund. In person representatives tried to give me back a lower amount than I paid. Lots of hassle and im currently waiting 3-5 days for my refund. I DO NOT RECCOMEND buying through them because of third party sourcing and lack of communication.
