I love having the option for drive up to pick my orders up. This has helped me to save so much time and to be able to get the items I need quickly when it is convenient for me. The staff are always super friendly, quick to bring the order out, confirm my name and load the bags into my car. Thank you for providing the option to order online and pick up my orders!

A woman was using the nursing room as a changing room with the door unlocked, kinda disrespectful when I have a baby girl to feed! Wasn’t super clean, disappointed to not see a changing table.

It was fine, found what I needed but it seems like Target used to have more in their home goods section. At first, I found what I was looking for but the only one they had was dented. It would have been nice if all of their home shelves were filled with options. It was slim pickings. I did find stuff that was ok, but nothing that I was truly happy to purchase.

I had the best shopping trip at Target in BonneyLake, Wa today. All employees were so helpful in assisting me find the holiday mugs. She went out of her way to find them and hunt me down!!!! Loved my experience ♥

Sloppy inventory control, items listed as in stock on the website are often physically out of stock at the store or often even multiple stores in the same area. Wasting an hour per store waiting to get the email or 20minutes per store plus fuel driving from store to store based on false information. Not a big deal for items that can be easily substituted such as potato chips, but a real problem for stuff that you are counting on to be a specific model or type.

I ordered one thing, but was charged $0.80 cents for a bag I didn't want or need, with no choice to opt out of the charge. So I was expecting a store cloth bag for that price. What I received was a regular plastic bag that every other store charges $0.08 for. I should have had a choice in whether I wanted to buy a bag, for 1 item, or get a bag that is worth $0.80!

This would be a great Target, it's usually clean and has inventory. They almost always only have one register open. On the weekend during a sale there are at least 20+ people in line but it's like this most days.

Employees are friendly and keep good spirits despite being tired and overwhelmed by the amount of stock [I saw their cart and it was a lot considering the aisles were packed full of goods]. I like the human aspect of them relaying how they feel and that they feel open and free to express themselves without fear of reprimand. As long as Target keeps this kind of atmosphere for its employees, I'll continue to shop there.To other customers: Please treat the employees well. They work hard and it's so clean despite the change in the store layout, aisles, and the regular holiday havoc. They're doing so much better than Walmart who's employees seem generally fearful of their superiors. Please continue to keep this kind of atmosphere, be kind and Happy New Year.Would also love if this location brought back its variety in the food department. They had so many Target store brand foods that were far cheaper than Fred Meyer options and now there's very little of that left without having to drive out to the larger locations.

Always friendly. Whenever a return is needed the process is very quick. Funds go back to target card very easily. Clean store and usually lots of product with good selection.

Check your items if you use drive up. They’ve missed items multiple times and the last time I went, they gave me an empty box. The app is good about getting refunds to you, but it’s still a massive hassle to have to go back or to another store to get what they forgot.

Less than one if I could. Horrible store to shop at. One of the worst Targets I've ever been to. Where are all the store clerks at? Floors are dirty and produce looks horrible. I tried looking for a battery I needed and the shelf was empty. I guess theft is pretty high at this location.

It’s always the best experience they have great selection. If you don’t want to go in the pick up is almost instant. You pull in and within seconds they are bringing you your items.

Everytime I come here you are out of half the things I need. Tonight there wasn't even a checker on duty to ring up my order. Why should I have to ring it up myself? I'm tired of shopping at these store that openly allow people to just walk out and steel full carts worth of merchandise. No wonder you guys are closing stores. Ever think about hiring more clerks and loss prevention officers?

The Starbucks is Amazing! Every single Starbucks employee at Target is so friendly, kind, and have great social skills. Their coffee making skills are amazing too. They make a great team and are very efficient with how they prepare orders. They get the job done quickly and always have a great attitude. I love it.

I ordered my son's school supplies online for in store pick up. Easy to navigate website. Great deals. Fast, easy, and convenient. Good communication for my order status. When I went to pick up my order the employee that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5, there is no signage in the store informing of where to pick up online orders. I had to find an employee and ask... After going through my order, they left out one item but I still paid for it. Went down a star for that

I recommend reading the expiration dates carefully here. I bought bread, 2 types of cheese and 2 packages of cold cuts here and everything was either already bad and/or expired the next day. In fact, a package of cheese showed mold the day after purchase. Total loss to me was 16 dollars. Won't be shopping here ever again for perishables

The store is clean and the prices are reasonable.I used online ordering with the option to pick-up in store. First time I have done an order like that anywhere. Target in Bonney Lake, WA set the bar high. I received a text within 30 minutes that my order was ready, so I zipped down to the store and went to Guest Services. No line, everything was ready to go. The gal helped me get the bar code up on my phone and she was happy and calm, no annoyance, no impatience, no attitude, just a person who does her job at 100% and then tries to go take it further.I had been cleaning and needed a few supplies, so I was kind of frumpy looking and a bit embarassed, she let me know that they just opened the drive-up, pick-up lanes in the parking lot so that we can pull up and they'll bring the order out.I'm very pleased with the whole process and appreciate employees that make the whole process go so well; from whoever shopped my items to the gal at the service desk. Thank you, Target!

They charge an .80 bag fee on every pickup order, even when you bring your own bags and decline their bags. There is no 5% savings when fees are being added. I've contacted their support team and instead of fixing the problem, they ask you go in for a refund. There's a reason I do pickup. Please just fix your system.
