Amazing groomer, would recommend to anyone! They got us in on short notice, the place was very clean, and everyone that worked there was so kind! Taz’s groomer did an amazing job and really listened beforehand to what we wanted done. He had quite a bit of mats but she was able to work through them without cutting him too short. Will definitely be going back! He even got a fancy boy bow tie :)

This is a great place to give your spoiled pooch a spa day. They are great from reception to Groomers. I have a regular monthly appointment for my spoiled pooch.

First time going here. Super disappointed and unprofessional. Initial impression was not a welcoming vibe- I simply felt like they didn’t want me there. They did not have my two dogs down for the right service so I was only able to get one dog groomed due to the time they had. They asked what cut I wanted, said they needed pictures, and had nothing on hand for me to choose from. My normal place is very organized and has all of that. The gal seemed unsure of my request for the haircut. And she told me I would not receive a call to pickup my dog but instead just gave me a ballpark on when to return. Ended up having to settle with just a bath and no haircut since I didn’t trust them.Will not go back!

We just went for a nail trim, and they were fantastic with our noisy Icelandic Sheepdog, who has a lot of anxiety around the procedure. (We don't know why.) The place appears clean and organized, and everyone has a really positive vibes, including the other dogs coming in and out. Definitely becoming a regular here. Thanks!

My dogs have never liked having their nails trimmed but after coming here just a couple of time my dog will happily run up to the staff and sit perfectly still content to let them trim her nails. They remember my dogs when I come in and ask about them if one doesn’t come in. My other dog had surgery just a few weeks ago and the staffer asked about him and his recovery. They even took extra steps to make sure they didn’t push him too far. I love that the staff makes my dogs feel comfortable while they are there!!

Wanted to pamper my new rescue dog for the first time since I was not sure how she would do with a bath and nails trimmed.Tofii loved the doggie spa, was so happy to show off when she got home. From start to finish it was fun for her and I was pleased with how well she did with her groomer (I promise to remember her name next month). She felt so soft and smelled yummy. Thank you for spoiling my new little princess with/for me.

It was my first time here at the spotted dog pet grooming 2 and I will be back.They are very organized and have great communication, from the time you make your appointment until you pick your pup back up after grooming. I appreciated the text reminders for my appointment.Allysha did a great job of grooming my 10 year old pup. She looks wonderful; no more matted hair, and all cleaned up.

We take both of our dogs to this groomer, each time we give them certain instructions and they actually cut it the way we want. You do not get the sense that this is a high production groomer. Good quality grooming.

Very unhappy! Went into the shop couple weeks ago and was told earliest appointment was on Augest 4th. They sent email to remind of appointment on Saturday. Been a couple months since we were last in, asked how much for cut, bath, nails and glans. Was told $60.00. Brought my senior dog in (a snoxie), reminded them I want a Schnauzer cut and asked again price. Again told $60.00. Was called a couple hours later for pick up. Came in and was told price was $95.00, $65.00 for that day and $30.00 for missing appointment on July 16th. I explained I did not miss any appointment that the 16th was when I came in and made Augest appointment. Employee was rude, insisting that it is in her computer and I missed appointment. I refused to pay late charge, she went and got another employee (who was nice), she also said I missed the date because it's in their computer. They dropped late fee but charged me $65.00 for today.

I took my dog to get nails trimmed (grinded). They were still long when they were done. People actually commented the next day how long his nails were without knowing I took him to the groomer the day before . Not a great experience.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but thought I should let any interested consumers know that this is the only groomers I have brought my dog to that has terrible customer service. Don't dare be 20 min late picking up your pooch, they will scold you and make you feel terrible. I wont be going back...
