Bought a huge can of Monster Energy here then chugged it within 20 minutes. Caused heart palpitations and extreme paranoia. Smooth transaction though. Will return.

I went to pickup a prescription that was ready and prepaid. I arrived at the drive thru at 118 and talked to an employee at 121. As soon as they talked to me they informed me I would have to come back after 2 because they were going to lunch. I told them I just had to pickup. They asked me to hang on a moment. At 126 they came back and told me they were closing for lunch. I told them I’d been there waiting and they told me to wait again. In this time they never asked my name. The person had a manager come and tell me they were closing for lunch and I had to come back. The manager informed me they have to close up earlier than 130 so the employees get their full 30 minutes. If this is what they need to do they need to change their closed hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous to know I arrived prior to their lunch and to be put off.

What a terrible shopping experience! My daughter and I were followed around the store by two employees who appeared to be monitoring for theft. Then, after making my purchase, both followed us to the door and one actually requested to see my receipt to confirm I had paid for an $8 hairbrush!?! I realize this store has experienced a terrible amount of theft before, but this was taking customer service to a whole new low. Transferring my Rx this week so I never have to come back.

I agree with almost everything said about the pharmacy . The lady with red hair is RUDE and can NEVER get it right. It’s NEVER on time or correct. She argues and fights u when u try to correct her. Never have I had a good experience with this pharmacy.

Each time I have needed a prescription filled this place took much longer than any other pharmacy I have ever used, sometimes days. I have used them 3 times and that is more than enough to know that they are not a capable staff working behind the counter. If you need a prescription fill quickly go anywhere else!

My husband and I got a shingles shot yesterday. We didn't have an appointment and waited about 20 minutes. The young man who gave the injection was friendly and professional.

You'd have better luck filling a prescription at the local Chevron . I've never ever dealt with a worse corporation. EVERY RITE AID IS THE SAME. LANE AS LAME CAN GET!!! As too the response from the owner, not interested in your poor excuses. Prescriptions will be transferred to a competent pharmacy.

I was Literally in line at Bonney Lake riteaid as a car drove off it was 1:23 pm, she closed the curtain and their sign says they go to lunch at 1:30-2:00 and mind you I'm the last car and it is 1:23, I even had my daughter with me,I pushed the call button and she did not acknowledge all, talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE to the extent she is the one with long wavy hair. WOW

I have a rare autoimmune cancer and stage two chronic kidney disease. As a consequence my body filters out magnesium and potassium at an accelerated rate. I had my doctor at the cancer center send a prescription for magnesium to this pharmacy on Friday. I call today, Monday morning, to see why it’s not been refilled yet. The pharmacist told me she refuses to refill my prescription because it can be easily found over the counter (which this specific type of magnesium CANNOT), when without my magnesium prescription that I’ve been on for three years now, I experience intense muscle cramps throughout my entire body and am at risk for heart attack and increased blood pressure. Don’t use this pharmacy if you’re a high risk patient, they and their service are not worth your life.

I want people to be aware that this location (Bonney Lake, WA) will give you medications that are close to expiring and then when you ask them to give you medication that is not expiring they will charge you full price for the new medication. Also their pricing is very flexible (not in a good way). One time you might pay a dollar for a co-pay the next time you might pay twelve dollars. I would be very leery of shopping here. I immediately transferred all of my prescriptions to another local pharmacy and will not shop here for incidentals anymore. If I had been able to give them zero stars I would have.

I usually have no problem here. However, me and my husband stopped in for something to drink. And while we were in there one of the employees right in front of me tries hitting on my husband. Now, I usually wouldn’t mind but after clearly seeing me with him she continues. And I gave her a look of enough is enough lady. But she was persistent. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store. This lady was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. What a horrible uncomfortable encounter to have at rite aide. Keep in mind me and my husband are in our 20’s and this lady is like 40 I’m guessing. I’ll only be going here to pick up prescription through the drive through window.

The pharmacy is horrible for SO many reasons. Please do not use this pharmacy!!!Update- RX called in at 2pm yesterday. Called this AM at 930 and they told me it's still not ready and I should have called last night. I have a biopsy in an hour. Calling a RX in 9 business hours before its needed is PLENTY of time to get it ready. REGIONAL MANAGERS READY TOUR REVIEWS!

I just had dental surgery and had no one to drop off or pick up for me. Came in an gave my prescriptions to the clerk. Explained I had no insurance, but I had the single care app. She said no problem, we have our own discount plan. So when I came back to pick up my prescriptions, I was not feeling well so I didn't want to argue about cost which was so much more than I thought I should have paid. Came back next day, feeling a little better, but didn't get any understanding or compassion to resolve this issue. Told me to do anything, I would have to remain in the store 45 mins to an hour to research if they could adjust the cost of the prescription. I walked out.

Terrible pharmacy and terrible customer service. They send automatic texts when your prescription is ready, and they are not correct. Then, they say they can't do anything about it and won't fix their automated messages. I received a message a few days ago saying my birthcontrol is ready on 2/4 (TOMORROW) then they called me today, 2/3 to tell me it has been there for 13 days and they are sending it back. I told them I am picking it up tomorrow as THEY TOLD ME TO, but that they still had to send it back. If you've been to this pharmacy, you know they have nearly hour long wait lines. The pharmacist told me I would have to wait in line to have it refilled and then wait in line again to actually get it, even though this was their mistake. I've watched it happen to other people in line. They tell them they received a text saying it's available this date, and then its not there when they come to pick it up because they sent it back. Creating a lot of issues for their customers but won't acknowledge or correct it. Not to mention, the lady argued with me when I told her this was their mistake.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. There are so many issues with this pharmacy you are better off filling your prescription somewhere else. Here are some of the issues: 1) They do not fulfill prescription refill requests submitted through the automated text system so you have to call them every time you need your prescription 2) They never pick up the phone: expect to have to try multiple times over the course of several days and wait long times on the phone 3) They take a long time to fill a prescription and do not contact customers to let them know their prescription is filled 4) Their staff is rude once you manage to get through to them on the phone.

Rude and apathetic staff. The manager (at least I think he is) looks and acts absolutely miserable. I don’t like my job either but I don’t use that as an excuse to be unpleasant to other people and there was a time you had to have some sort of charisma or customer service skills to get a leadership position but I guess these days people just fail upwards.Multiple times I’ve been one of the only people in line at checkout with just one or two items and had to wait upwards of ten minutes while multiple people behind the counter seem content to do everything but help customers. Last time a little over a week ago the one working cashier kept repeatedly answering the phone and having conversations with customers calling in and two other employees stood behind the counter having a conversation while I just stood there waiting. Don’t know what the typical clientele is at this store but I for one don’t have all day to stand around until one of the employees feels like helping me. Can’t imagine how long customers have to wait when it’s actually busy if this is how I’m treated when I’m the only customer in line. Seems like a waste of space to have multiple registers if you never use them. Will not waste my time at this store again.

I was out of town visiting friends and forgot my medication at home. I went to this drug store because it was near where I was visiting to see if they could help me. My expectations were low because this is not the first time I have had this problem and my previous experience did not go well. To my great surprise , the pharmacist , I think her name was Ivy was so kind and patient with me. She worked with me until the matter was resolved and even assisted with questions I had about over the counter drugs. They were quite busy but I was so impress that I had to tell someone. Thank you Ivy your hard work and care is much appreciated!!!! Hope you read this.

I vote absolute worst pharmacy in the state. I dont believe I have ever been without an issue. VERY rude. Here we are again. Automatic refill on Friday, they do not have it., Called in Saturday. will be ready Monday by 9 45. Now it is Wednesday 5 30 waiting for an hour, but no worries its just heart medication. After walking the store forever I sat and waited. 10 people came thru 2 were ready. The person before me had them change to another store and 2 people said they had been there before to pick up and still left with nothing. They will not answer calls so if you have an issue with medication you are on your own.

The worst pharmacy ever. After going to urgent care, I was told to go to Rite Aid to pick up prescriptions. I was very sick so my daughter went. I tried to call but they NEVER answered the phone. The pharmacist told her they would not fill them until they knew the form of payment. I’m paying cash. They refused to accept that. What the h—l . I had to go back to urgent care to change the pharmacy. I will never use Rite Aid again!

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE at communicating when there's an issue! They just let you come pick it up & find out it's not ready. They NEVER answer the phone! One of the pharmacists is super rude! I used to do in-home care, used them frequently, & now it's only my backup incase my regular pharmacy doesn't have a certain medication. I have ALWAYS been disappointed with the service here, it's never gotten any better. Every single time I used this pharmacy there was an issue I'd be given some excuse as to why it wasn't ready, usually "we've been busy" or "we're short staffed" or "insurance denied it" but yet they didn't call me or try to remedy it. DO BETTER RITE AID! You're the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with hands down!

The pharmacy leaves plenty to be desired. This has been our pharmacy for just over 2 yrs now. Had Dr send in the order to be filled. Ran another errand in between just to give them time. Wait 15 minutes at window just to be told to return in 20 minutes to give them time to run my insurance when I gave them a valid up to date card. We are on file. Same insurance. Really? Pay and come back back later. Or wait around. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I have made a corporate complaint about this pharmacy and nothing seems to of improved. The customer service overall from everybody at the store is absolutely horrible. It is impossible to get through to the pharmacy without spending 20 minutes calling them, they don’t fill or order prescriptions on time. Prescriptions are in necessary thing and people take life-saving medication. The way they operate should be illegal when they are messing with peoples meds

Good luck getting through to the pharmacy when you call. They don't answer the phone and when they finally do they put you on hold for a long time. In addition, the prescription refill system via text message doesn't work with them. Every time it's time to refill my prescription I get a text message from Ride Aid and select the option to refill but they never get the notification, so I have to call them every month to remind them to refill my prescription.

They kept telling me my insurance was rejecting my med claim. Even though I handed her my insurance card and my policy number and claim number. She was beyond rude. I found out later they were trying to send it to a old claim in a different car accident from 2012.Took it to Walgreens got it Awesome customer service. I just wonder if i can sue Rite aid employees for Insurance fraud .

Every time I’ve come in for a prescription pick up, I’m left waiting for quite some time, 30 minutes to an hour or longer.No matter the day, time, hours after rx was sent over or days after. Today marks the day I will never return.I don’t know if I have other options for quicker, more pleasant service…. I will try to find it.

I had a great experience getting my COVID vaccine, thanks to Pharmacist Ivy Dang. She was very kind, patiently answered all of my questions, and was very efficient. Thankfully, I won't need another COVID injection thanks to Johnson & Johnson, but if I did, I'd go back to this store. Please pass on my thanks to that team. I wouldn't want to be doing their job during a pandemic and I'm grateful that they are there supporting our community and making us all safer.

Love this pharmacy! Came in with my son's prescription right before they closed and Ivy the pharmacist still took the time to look over his antibiotics and make sure it was ok for my little guy. Even called the on call doctor while we waited. Wouldn't take my scripts anywhere else!
