Today I took my mom to meet Melissa and she had a few things that she wanted to take in to see if she couldn't get a little money for to help with the bills and just some basic everyday things! Melissa I really just wanted to say thank you and to let you know how much I appreciate what you did for my mom and for us she immediately took and put the money in her bank accounts and we went straight to the gas station gas up her car and I just really wanted to say thank you and to let you know how much I appreciated what you did for her for us! it was very generous and we are very grateful thank you very much! Had a great experience at Pistol Annie's. I was looking for a used shotgun for my son as a starter. I told the young man behind the counter what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend and he was great. I was shown plenty of options in the range I was looking for. We bought my wedding set from Pistol Annie's in 2019, it was time to havethem cleaned, inspected, and repaired. When we dropped them with Melissa a few weeks ago, we knew they'd come back looking brand new, but they were even better than expected. Since she'll only use a master level jeweler, there's never question of quality. This repair returned our jewelry even better than new. The jeweler not only fixed the prongs on my diamond, but refashioned them completely so that I'll never lose my stone. It's even prettier than before, I wish I could post a picture here. Wow? Yeah, I don’t know what else to say! On this planet in this country, there are not enough words. It’s a humbling experience to walk into a pawnshop for a loan against something you own. Well, I’m here to tell you something. I’ve gotten alone against an item twice now. Each time is like the very first time. In my case, it was not uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like eyeballs, looking down at me as a meal ticket. Instead, a lot of people working as a team and I mean I spoke to each and every one of them in this transaction. They worked as a team. I really feel they had my best interest in mind. I have made purchases on top of my loan. Yes, from them. Why? Because they explained it to me and told me how it worked and how it would benefit me. Wow these people are really cool. You’re not gonna find a better business that will treat you like a human being. Talk to you like a human and give you your best deal. Thank you Annie.😎😉

This store is one of a kind! Feels less like a pawn shop than it does a high-end gun store and jewelry store. The firearm selection is exquisite, not to mention the accessories for firearms. And the owner is not only a professional jeweler but an actual gemologist. So all of their jewelry is kept in top notch condition and is absolutely stunning. In addition to that you get amazing information and education from the owner when you ask about jewelry. Looking at some of their diamonds I felt as though I were in a Tiffany and Co store! Can't say enough good things about this place. I've only been in there twice, but they have earned a lifetime of my patronage because of all of the exceptional qualities this store embodies.

Went today to sell silver rounds for nothing but silver weight,as they were nothing but silver rounds.The lady helping me look them up and said that they had no numbers or such and that they were in different conditions.now I'm a little confused as to why we are going threw all this, because all that needed to be done was count how many rounds and pay me for the weight,which today was 24 dollars.i had 40 of them and she offered me 200?I declined and left.i went to a different place and it was simple my silver rounds were counted and I was told that ounce weight today was 24 dollars but was quoted completely lower price from you guys.so after nice man counted and made sure that silver was real,guess what I was paid 860 dollars! Wow what a difference.. so now I'm not sure if I was trying to get cheated or if the lady who was helping me has no idea what she was doing.i am sure that I won't be returning.

I went to annies jewelery and pawn for the 1st time today and I've got to say it's one if not the nicest pawn shops I've been in the ambiance was amazing. I went there to do a gun transfer and when I realized I didn't have enough money the people there said it was no problem and that I can just pay the balance when I pick up my firearm.. the fact that they would do that for me and save me the time from going all the way home is priceless to me.. what a GREAT PLACE .. i will use them more often foe all my ffl needs. Beyond satisfied

I love this place!! I’m young and just got out of high school, asking my wonderful girlfriend to marry me, Melissa was the one helping me and let me tell you she is so amazing! The entire crew at Pistol Annie's is incredible. They have amazing items there- forget about any ideas you may have about a dirty old pawnshop. Melissa keeps the store immaculate and has an incredible selection of jewelry. If you don't see it, Melissa can have it made into a piece you'll love. Gun lovers; this is a MUST. Mel carries awesome estate pieces as well as brand new. She can order anything your heart desires.

I first came to this pawnshop all the way back in July 2022, and since the very first day I walked in there I can’t stop keep coming back here for all my firearm needs. They answer every single possible question I have with no problems, when they see me looking at one of there selections, they hand it to me to inspect and give me all the details and rundown of the firearm, they are all extremely knowledgeable. I have bought well over 10 firearms from them never regretting a single purchase because they make sure every purchase is personal to you but unfortunately I lost all of them in a boating accident. Anyway I haven’t met the owner but all the employees that has helped me there so far are wonderful and down to earth people. Lots of love to David, Gary, and Josh. Always a pleasure doing business with you guys! 🤝

*UPDATE 9/11 after owners reply: As stated we were told and confirmed to come in on the phone, your incoherent employees can be to blame! * Wasted 40 minutes driving here just to be told completely different information than was originally told on the phone, apparently the “owners” are “very indecisive and uneducated” according to their OWN team of Saturday employees, very odd and off putting. After even seeing the “owner” reply recklessly on these reviews, I’m sure their employees are right. Take your business elsewhere!

This review means a lot to me. It took a while for me to put into words just how wonderful of a business and extraordinarily gracious of humans these people are who own Pistol Annies! They did something that I will always forever be grateful for & there's not enough words to tell them just how much I appreciate them! I was sick & I needed money to get my medication. I was depleted of all resources & they took my rims, gave me the money for my medication & didn't even expect for me to pay it back. They held on to them for 5 years! Every time I think about it it makes me cry.They are caring & compassionate. They run a great business & they keep a very clean business. Go in there they have all kinds of things that you will absolutely love! You will be in there for hours! It is a great place! they are wonderful people,, strong in family h values - I can't ever say thank you enough! I love u guys, u guys will always be my family!

Great friendly service. I’ve purchased several firearms here. Transferred ownership of several others. The staff is always friendly and willing to just chat (over a cup of coffee on occasion). The place is almost like a town hall. Their prices are always reasonable. I haven’t had the occasion to pawn anything but I’ve heard the staff working with pawn customers and they treat people great. If the crew doesn’t have an answer to my question they always know who does.

Mostly friendly staff, eccentric hole in the wall mom and pop store..... Big "but" though: if you drop something off for a loan, be real real punctual about picking it up. Based on other reviews, any leeway in picking up your item up a few days late is inversely proportional to how desirable/resellable it is haha. Hard lesson learned.I get it's contractual, and I'd probably prioritize the store's needs over repeat business too (recession) - bad mouth feel nonetheless. Shout out to David for always being cool.
