I went here for the first time and the store looks neat. I found a great buy that is cheaper than other places too with their special. My dogs are power chewers and almost everything is gone as soon as I give the treats to them that it’s been harder finding long lasting treats. I found some chew sticks that are all sorts of proteins for $12 for a handful of five sticks. 😯🎉 Some other things were pricy, but there’s a huge selection of all sorts of foods.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The last time I had a pup was decades ago. As it happens, dog food has gotten really complicated since then! Wet, dry, fresh, raw, freeze-dried, grains or no grains… my head was spinning! Fortunately, Jamie was able to talk me off the ledge! Solid, sensible advice and my new good girl loves her new chow! Thanks Jamie!

The young man in Bonney Lake store greeted me & offered help upon entry.I was just in to browse & that was ok.No pressure, he was very helpful, friendly, provided good customer service and answered questions fully.Happy with my purchase of treats & a tag.Fyi Walmart no longer has tag machine, this store does.

They're nothing better than walking into a pet store and the people are friendly. Who truly enjoy their jobs. With the compassion I've seen in this store this action means a lot to us pet owners

We took our dog for Santa pictures today!! It was a great experience and Santa was so kind. Afterwards we got her an elk antler and a duck foot for a treat for being so good! The staff is always so kind and helpful. I hope Santa comes next year!!!

Wouldn't take back a dog colar purchased 3 days prior from the lakeland hills store. Offered next to no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. Almost makes me want to shop at Walmart.

I had a wonderful experience the other day ( I think she is the manager of the Bonney lake store, please forgive me for not getting her name ) . I’m truly grateful for your employee’s knowledge of pet nutrition. Thank you for providing your employees the opportunity to share their knowledge with customers. I shop with confidence when I enter pet pros . I’m always greeted with a friendly “hello” and then they offer to help me find anything. This type of customer service is rare these days and I appreciate it . Keep up the good work of finding great employees.

Went in trying to get work medicine for my cat. When i asked for actual medicine that was proven, the salesperson talked me into getting something else since it was broad spectrum. After getting home, its useless homeopathic trash that amounts exactly to 15ml of nothing but pure water for 40 dollars. We will see if i get a refund for it.

Great store, they have so many all natural options for my fur babies and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.I love the treat bar they have set up. I always fill up a couple of those paper bags with a wide assortment for my pack and they love it!

Pet Pros is the best! I love their customer service and just the fact that if my cat did not like the new food I bought him, they advised to bring it back for a refund and that open bag will be donated. I would definitely advise to buy from Pet Pros.

Here’s my thing. You might hate your job. Fine. Understandable. We’ve all had them. But you need to provide friendly and helpful service as if you LOVE your job. Fake it till’ you make it. Keep people coming back. I’ve had decent service until 3/24. Management- do with that what you will.

I love this place. Everyone is always super nice and ready to help if you need it here. My favorite store to go in! Plus if your animal does not like what you try to buy them you can return the food even after opening it.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They have a wonderful variety of products and such cute toys! They have a banana toy that my cat, to this day, loves dearly. I love what they do to help out, like Project Hive, which helps save bees! Love this little store and would definitely recommend! :)

I love this place. It is the only place I shop for my 3 pups. Lots of toys and food. Cat stuff too but I don't shop that area. Friendly and very clean. 10% off for military. And some large bags of dog food you get a free bag every 12th bag so give them your phone # to keep track.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love the small store size that is still somehow able to have an excellent selection of high quality food, treats, and frozen food and supplements.
