Made an online order with delivery to store. Gave me a tracking number with item being delivered. Suddenly goes to delayed with no info on item or delivery date while I can go to other stores and get same day delivery. Junk website and customer service, can’t even do the basics of a business.

The place its clean and I was excited because there was many clearance, but please if you are coming to this store verify prices with cashier before paying. They charge me everything at regular price at the end they call the manager and fix it but they where not happy, really bad impression. I really recommend you to take pictures when you see clearance because they may trick you.

If I could choose a 0 rating I would. I was accused of shoplifting while walking out with my purchase and receipt in hand. Traci was incredibly accusatory and rude. They should fire her.

The Bonney Lake store is a nightmare. I asked 3 different employees where drawer glides were located and where along the front an item would be as stated by their app. All 3 gave me different aisles. All three stated their app is terrible. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'll stick with Homedepot.

Updating: great location for Kohler parts toilets. $6 part 5 minutes of work. Sure beats the heck out of rebuilding the flush assembly or buying a new toilet. Pretty good assortment of foams. Pretty good section for items required to do maintenance on a fair amount of equipment. Cleaned up and got this nice standalone 20kW running nicely. Purrrrs. You can easily clear schedule A's. They have some Generac parts but you have to cross reference them as well as Briggs & Stratton but bringing the part and you can cross-reference it with John Deere in the store. Crazy how you cannot find anything under a Briggs name or Porter Cable.Well I have to say the place is really tidy and everybody was pleasant to deal with. I am very very grateful that they had the small square vinyl lattice this year. Really appreciated the fact that it was inside over in the lumber area completely dust free and easy to roll up and put in my car. Couple months ago I went to grab orange glow mop and clean for wood floors and the only ones around that had it was Lowe's. Thank you thank you thank you.

I enjoy shopping here over HD. They are $1 more on just about everything btw, but their military discount program was the first between them and I will always reward them for that. HD did it only when they had to.

After furnishing two homes with appliances from this Lowes I can say this location’s customer experience is sadly not what it once was. In the past there was a sincere level of appreciation for repeat customer’s and it was a store worth being loyal to. Nowadays you shouldn’t expect anything more than another soulless big-box retailer with customer service ranging from mediocre to curt and dismissive. The price is the price and the guarantee is whatever the manufacturer offers. Don’t expect a dime of discount for coming back to the same store to replace the machine that just broke down a day outside of warranty.

Friendly helpful staff. Everyone is polite. I had quit coming to this store and moved to Home Depot because the staff seemed more knowledgeable. That seems to have changed and all of the staff was friendly and polite. I will be continuing to shop here as it is closer to my home a long as the experience keeps being this good.

Went to the Bonney Lake Lowe's to buy boiled lindseed oil. Price for a quart was $19.95. Checked prices online and Walmart sold the EXACT same item and size for $8.18 so I asked a Lowe's associate if they price matched. They said no because it was an online purchase with Walmart. They only price match if it's in their store on their shelf. I told them it said it was available for pickup at Walmart but Lowe's didn't budge. Went to Walmart and found it on the shelf for $8.18. Lowe's is gouging us. That's a HUGE price difference.

Shout out to Alex. Went for a shop vac. Drove all the way from Olympia to get it since it was a clearance item and good price. I saw that there weren’t any left in the spot on isle 13 so I went right around then corner and found an employee. His name was Alex and he was extremely helpful and nice. I was already flustered from a long drive and after I’d seen they were gone I was really disappointed. He could tell I was having a rough day.He showed compassion and understanding while at the same time being super knowledgeable of the store and products. Alex helped me find what I was looking for since the ones left in stock had been moved to a display in the front. Alex is the kind of employee that makes people want to shop in person. I could’ve easily ordered my product online and went about my day but I’m really glad I got the chance to shop and enjoy my hands on experience. Thanks Alex! Give that guy a raise!

I will never spend another penny at this business again. A week ago I ordered a YardMax lawn mower where Lowes website the counter lady and my receipt at time of purchase told me at would arrive today (05/25/23). When I called today about my order i was informed I had to wait another 6 day for it's arrival at the store. This is totally unexpectable and very disappointing as I needed that mower today. You would never see this happen shopping from Home Depot. I, my family, friends, customers and coworkers will never shop at Lowes again I will promise you this. My advise, stay clear of Lowes and take your business to the Home Depot you well be more happy you did. I forgot to mention that this purchase was from a return of a Craftsman lawn mower i had earlier purchased that was a piece of junk. The cord broke after the 3 pull, wouldn't bag clippings then just stopped working. You well never gave these issues shopping at the Home Depot, McClenddons or Ace Hardware stay away from Lowes

Terrible customer service today. Went in to get some gravel for a project, but they didn't have any on the lower shelves. Went to the associate at checkout in the garden center to see if any were in stock. He said there is and he will call someone over. After 15 minutes of waiting we didn't see an associate come by so we looked for another associate couple aisles down from the gravel. He said he would be right with us with a forklift and help out. After another 15 minutes he never showed up and all the associates disappeared. We chose to leave and take our business elsewhere.

This is the best lowes I have ever been in. I do flips and own rentals. I have never been treated so good or have had to go out of my way to get what I need. I feel this store should train the other stores around. The people here are just “different”. It is like you are family

Bought a dishwasher January 23rd. Got it installed 3 weeks later. (Feb. 15th)5 days after installation, the dishwasher broke with water leaking everywhere. Called Lowes who says they will call me because the number you call for the warranty is a joke. 5 hours later I call back and the guy says he is so swamped with people he didn't call yet. Finally get the same installer out 5 days after that who says the machine is faulty and we need a new one. He says Lowes will call me. That was a Thursday(23rd). I call Monday (27th) morning to see what is going on. I am told they have to make a few calls and once our machine gets returned to their factory, then we will get a refund and a new machine purchased for installation. We have to wait for installation to come back to get the machine then probably wait another 3 weeks for a new one to be installed. Incredibly unacceptable. It's been over a month now and no working machine. Go anywhere else for an appliance.
