Very clean store, friendly employees. Overall great experience. I love that they always greet you when you arrive. Huge, noticeable difference between Kohl’s and just about every other business. They obviously value their customers!

I found a really classy, long, wool coat on clearance and got an amazing deal on it. Kohl's has good sales and the coupons are a nice perk. I wish they carried more bougie name brands but I do find some cute styles here and there.

Great store friendly people, my wife loves it because there is a Sephora in it as well as an Amazon drop off. We really needed an upper scale department store in Bonney Lake, and it's a good one. Pluse there kohls cash and discounts they have with their quality product makes a good place to shop for anyone.

Kohl's used to be a great store to shop at using their % off coupons. Now they have listed (a long list) of things you can not use coupon to purchase. Kohl's has nice items but original price is EXTREMELY high but with the % off coupons it made the items reasonable. LATELY anytime I try to use % off coupon the clerk states "Oh this item you cannot use this coupon" Read the list of items excluded - it just about includes the entire store. It would be a shorter list for Kohl's to list what the coupon CAN be used on!!! I do admit most staff is very friendly but I shop here less & less because I just end up getting mad about the coupon use!!

I live in Austin, TX, but I make a point of visiting the Bonney Lake WA Kohl’s Sephora when I’m in town. My boyfriend’s daughter and I made it out of there with a major haul today, all thanks to the great customer service and refreshingly calm shopping atmosphere. For once, it doesn’t feel like you’re caught in the Running of the Bulls just get a fresh Lancôme mascara. I will certainly return.

Nice clean store. One of the smaller Kohl's I've been to. The make up section takes up a huge portion making the store seem smaller. I enjoy the normally unused parking right in front.

The store in Bonney Lake was clean and well organized. The cashier Wendy at the checkout was very nice, she explained all promotions and offered to issue a credit card to get more discounts. I was satisfied and will recommend this store.

I was pleasantly surprised by the plus sized woman’s clothes selections and the employees were also wonderful.However the floors were REALLY DIRTY. The entire store needs to be dusted and swept, especially the woman’s changing room. I have really bad dust allergies and couldn’t stay in the store because of it.

New store with a Sephora. Very clean and bright. I visited during a clearance event, and it was very well arranged. I spent $38 dollars but saved $39! Everything was well-spaced to accommodate a cart if you choose to use one. 8/6/2022

There was an employee standing out in front of the store name tag, proudly displayed smoking a cigarette and blew the smoke right into my face when I was walking in.

Just beautiful inside, easy shopping, super clean, my friend had to remind me this location was fairly new. But Kohls stores have always been so nice & clean, well stocked. Great employees which make shopping enjoyable🙂

Definitely happy to have a Kohl’s close by in BL. The selection is great, the prices are ok but the staff has been very friendly and helpful when needed. Having Sephora in the store will also be nice for the wife’s goodies
