I stopped in recently for some groceries the store is nice and properly stockedand clean went to checkout and had a really nice experience with the cashier her name is Jenny I'm am definitely coming back she was very efficient as well social and had great customer service .

Same young man. Terrible attitude. He’s always the cashier. He’s just mean and has absolutely terrible customer service. Prices are high. I find myself not shopping there as often anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if Bonney Lake grocery outlet shut down in the next year. Very sad.

Always can find awesome hard to find things. Including dairy free cheeses and gluten free pancake mix. Love this store!You have to walk in with an open mind. There's soooo many finds. Whether it's for the kids, a restricted diet or an awesome alcohol section. I found this amazing Brownie brittle for sheer cheap!!! Also their meat selection is awesome. Way cheaper than other places!!!

Smaller dirtier location, everything here in Bonney Lake always feels grimy, not necessarily the store's fault. Nice helpful employees. They never make you wait and always open new lanes if the line gets too long, so someone obviously is on top of things. Rare thing in BL. Never know what you'll find at Grocery outlet. Parking lot is annoying.

They don't have the wide variety of selection to offer as some other grocery stores. That being said, they do have a little bit of everything and you can find some really awesome deals.

If you have never been, go. It is a cool store. You can't count on it for everything all the time, but you can find incredible bargains. In particular look for the organic beef, cheese on special, amazing snacks, and of course, the wine.

Grocery Outlet has amazing prices and a surprising selection of products. We go here to get really cheap but good wine under or around $5, natural and organic health-type foods for over half off what they are in the grocery stores, and especially eggs at a good price. The workers are friendly, the aisles are clean and spacious. I love how it's like a treasure hunt every time I visit. Some of the items are on discount because they're nearing an expiration date or they were overstocked at other stores, but if you shop right you can get peak quality products. The fresh fruit and veggies can be a deal or not, so those are often better obtained at the big box grocery stores. I often feel safe going to this Grocery Outlet, too, even at night. Overall, , better than a Trader Joe's IMHO

Was my first stop for shopping, but since new owners took over couple months ago…shelves are bare, items I used to rely on are gone, and there’s very little variety. I’m going to start shopping at South Hill store instead. Very disappointed!

It's unfortunate how rude the employee was over a basket. I've shopped here prior and have been allowed to take the basket out to my car to my cold bags and bring it back in. The employee decided to make it known several times people have stolen their baskets, and that I should have never been allowed to take it out prior. That was fine, but the several mentions of stolen baskets and never should have been allowed left a sour taste in my mouth.When you make a customer feel like trash over other people's doings is very poor taste, the store itself is clean and excellent prices. But unfortunately the employee has made it so I will not come back to a store that makes you feel like a thief.

Always has stuff I didn't know I needed or wanted until I get there. Can't walk out with just what you came to buy. Lots of unique and hard to find products, like organic supergreen powders or imported olive oils at an awesome price. Just watch out for the occasional expired stuff.

I was waiting in line for the checker today, when he put up his sign right in front of me saying he’s closed. I understand people take breaks, but you didn’t have to let all the people that were behind me in line get in front of me with the relief checker. Do better.

This Outlet seems cleaner and fresher than most. Prices are pretty good. It's a large discount grocery type store where you can always find your basic staples. Other foods/HABA seem to be random and not always brands you may have heard of.

This place is quickly becoming a mainstay in my shopping habits. A great place for deal shopping. .99$ cereals, cheap frozens, always a good price on chicken legs & breasts. Just know your prices, not everything is a deal.

Before this was the grocery outlet i shopped here bcuz of ma and pa status. I tried again, clerk was rude as she talked and did not check the stuff. I waited for belt to move and she seemed unimpressed by people waiting. The hindsight of her talking to another boasting she was a manager was also concerning. I asked her to continue as she inspected my buys slowly, i asked her to finish. Man she talked to earlier was behind me now and she slowed as she visited him. After she finally made it she dropped my bag full of bottles in my cart! After she was upset more when i asked to get my money back.Needless to say i love grocery outlet but will use other sites that are kind. Go to enumclaw or auburn... Owner should care but guess customer service lacks here

Grocery Outlet is one of those stores that’s fun to browse for something new. There’s always something unique that I want to try. Bargains are to be found, but not everything is the lowest price in town. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to deal with a large grocery store — you’ll find Grocery Outlet is like convenience store for groceries without high prices.

As long as you know what you're shopping for, it's a great place. Some items may be past expiration date, always check the expiration or best buy date before choosing your items, but this keeps prices extremely low

Always good things to say. Always fun to go shopping here. Come across a lot of really need stuff that I normally would not think about grabbing cuz it's so expensive but here you can give it a whirl because nobody else wants it. Great wine selection. It's got to be a hidden secret. A selection of dried meat is really good too. I tend to get a lot of almond milk since I go through it pretty quick for a really fair price. Cold brew coffee and fermented teas at great prices. Keep you posted. Enjoy.

Our family loves this location! The store is clean, the selection is great. Deals are killer! Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The manager (I believe he’s the manager, long dark hair) is an awesome dude. Highly recommend grocery outlet. We’ve been to many locations in the area and this is our favorite.

This store has unbelievable savings on items throughout the store. Buying and passing on overstock deals means that you may or may not find exactly what you are looking for, but if it is bargain grocery you are after, this is the place. On another note, the service I've received has always been fast and courteous. Recommended.
