We LOVE the floral department! Sam especially was helpful in creating a beautiful prom bouquet. My son loved the premade sets but wanted certain colors. He was easily able to choose what he wanted, then the associate combined them. She added additional paper wrap with ribbon- at no extra cost! Quick and easy!

Ordered some medicine and groceries for curbside pickup today as I'm feeling under the weather, and the employee who brought out our bags was an absolute treasure. Noticed i looked sleepy, and wished me better health. Thank you for being so kind Jeremy! Made me smile, I hope we see you again.

This stores gas station is absolutely a joke. The employees working the pumps think they can police the garbage cans. They put cones on top of the cans, empty or not, telling us not to put trash in them. Wake up Fred Meyers, you can't tell us we can't throw our trash away. It's a public gas station with public garbage cans. We have every right to throw our trash away. You can not stop us. I will continue to throw my trash away despite the stupid cones. I don't know if management is aware of this or not but hopefully they will be now. I've never seen such stupidity in a business. The thrash cans are there for us, the public, to use. So, Fred Meyers, remove the stupid cones.

I moved to Bonney lake from Seattle about 10 years ago. I used to be literally the only person of color in the store unless I ran into my brother who also lives out here. I only mention this because even though there are more brown folks now…I believe many of the same folks work there who had rarely seen any people of color. Now that you have to wait to show ID to purchase liquor it’s quite evident that this is low priority customer service. I used to go thru the self service line quickly but now it is regularly an extra few mins just waiting for someone to scan my ID.. on top of that.. now I sometimes have to wait for the clerk to come over and watch the video of me scanning my products .. this could all just be bad luck.. but one time I waited so long... someone in line finally actually said- “this lady needs help” although obviously the light was blinking. Over the years there have been other interesting things that have occurred in this store but too much to list right now. I haven’t looked thru all the reviews.. but I actually hope this is happening to other folks so I don’t have to take it personally. Just fyi I don’t have any of these issues at the Safeway down the street or Walmart

The store itself is fine, just like any other Fred Meyer, however, the pharmacy is another story. Most people are super nice in the pharmacy and Ryan, the pharmacist is very kind and knowledgeable, where the breakdown starts is with one of the techs. She is rude on the phone and even ruder in person! Not just once, but all the time! I'd rather wait in line longer than have her help me! She is shorter with glasses and has an accent and always wears a Christmas vest, can't remember her name. Itlf it weren't for her, the pharmacy would be a pleasant place.

Their food quality is terrible, especially when using their pickup service. I know the manager does everything he can to help his team, but it's horrible to pick up rotten or filthy food every time I get groceries.I've loved using this service, as it's incredibly convenient, but it's cost me so much time and money that I'm done ordering from them.

Really like Fred Meyers, thank you for the clean wipes at the doors. People need to wear thier mask, it's just respectful to EVERYBODY. Don't Care how tough or hot you look, just be respectful. The assortment and selection is definitely available I like the multiple entrances so that if you're going into the store for something in particular you're really close to probably what you're looking for depending if you walked in the correct door. Still trying to get a hang on the rearrangement but I really think that it's very positive and inclusive to everybody. That tap tasting place was truly ideal unfortunately the pandemic kind of put a squash on that but I like the way they were thinking. They carry different stuff for everybody. Great seafood great meats great organic section and really overall a very nice selection for vegans, the beverage selection is out of this world. I normally use their fuel since the price of the 93 is always great. You can get really good deals and even quick snacks for a fair price out at their fuel island and not get overwhelmed, it's just like buying it in the market. It's definitely a competitive market especially with Costco being next door but you're doing a great job for the community. Keep it up. By the way that dragons dream ice cream is really yummy 😋.

My wife called the store to order cupcakes to take to our daughters school for her birthday and was told they sell them in a batch of 25 cupcakes. Perfect! But when she went to pick them up not only did the staff ignore her to keep talking amongst themselves behind the counter but the container the cupcakes were in wasn't a secure container at all and several cupcakes ended up tipping over. I can overlook the poor customer service as maybe they didn't realize she needed assistance but why advertise selling a specific amount of cupcakes if you don't have a proper container to hold them?

This particular Fred Meyer location it's extremely over ran due to housing development in the area. Most of the time the shelves needs restocked. Suggest the Lakeland Hills Grocery store. "Haggen" , it's a very nice store with a great Deli and Seafood meat areas.

It's a decent superstore. Groceries, housewares, clothing, toys, etc. Good wine selection and an OK deli. They do have gas with reward points to reduce the price, but nearby Costco will still be cheaper for those who are members.For this area we like Safeways meat department more and there are both a Costco and Walmart nearby so there are other mega shopping options.

It's a good place to go to get your produce and vegetables and a good slashing and meats or the single person all the way up to family size steaks at a reasonable price easy to find everything that you need at your convenience even have self-checkout which is easy and simple to use so it makes it for a quick get in and get what you need for dinner during the busy times and get back out cook your dinner.

I love shopping here because it is always clean. Rose is very nice and always will take the time to help you out. The ladies( I forget the names, they mostly work in the morning) at self check are always so friendly and helpful. I like that everything seems fresh. You can always find someone if you need help.

I’ve had excellent customer service at this location every time. I usually get my groceries through Pick Up, and the staff is always so friendly and time efficient. The inside of the store is nice and customer friendly. They have a nice selection of things. I prefer to get my groceries at Fred Meyer, especially produce. I was getting my groceries through Walmart for some weeks and after week and week of gross or unsatisfactory produce, I’m sticking to FM. They have quality fresh food always.Now, my only qualm is I have heard story after story about crime at this location, like in the parking lot and what not. Whether it be people posting on neighborhood or my ring app, things like thieves breaking into cars, etc. I haven’t experienced this myself but honestly it does make me nervous to park in the lot sometimes especially when I have my kids.

I havent shopped for food at fred neyers before until a week ago, it was my first time , ive bought other items but not food, i thought the food prices were going to be out ragious like the non food items are, but I decided to give them a try, ( normally I shop win-co or walmart) and it wasnt to bad in price. I could shop again bcuz i did like the fruit and veggies, mainly fruit becuz they were decent in price abd fruit was very decent more to chose from, however the blackberries had mold growing on the bottom of the container which isnt good, so i think the prices on the berries could drop so they can be sold faster.So i will go again but not as iften as I do the other 2 places I shop.

My choice for regular grocery trips. Good variety, the organic produce selection is hit or miss but the general selection is good and in good condition most of the time (but I hardly use it because I grow most of my own organics). The garden center carries things you won't find at the home stores. It's the only place I know of to find cot foam. The apparel is nice but pricey. Housewares carries great quality items. They have really great sales. The fuel points rewards save me hundreds in fuel every year. Most of the staff I have dealt with are super nice. Problem is, they start to carry an item i like, then discontinue it. (But I go to the store next door to get my specialty items :-) And, they are always moving things around. Ugh. Guess they want their customers to keep the staff engaged. :-)
