I went into the store around 6pm on Wednesday (1/31). The woman helping me was very nice, I spoke to her about the issue I was having with my other shoes. We picked three options to try and she ended up bringing 5 pairs out. This was super helpful because I ended up getting the shoes that we didn't discuss, but they felt the best on my feet. The associate helping me was super nice and friendly - my toes and I are very glad that I went in 🤩

Wonderful place to buy new road/trail shoes. Service was excellent and fitter listened to all my feedback and made adjustments to help find the right shoe. Walked out super happy with a new pair of road shoes and insoles.They didn’t have the trail shoe I was looking for in stock but they were happy to let me try on others and ended up suggesting that I wait for the new version to come in to the store. Great to see they’re not pushing you to buy as much as possible. Even the insoles she double checked that I indeed wanted them before checking out.Will be back shortly to pick up some new trail runners.

My most recent shoes barely lasted a year before wearing through completely, and I planned on just going to the nearest place for cheap replacements. But after doing some research I heard good things about this store and decided to give it a try. It didn't disappoint. I'm used to big chain stores where I struggled trying on countless shoes before settling on the least expensive and functional pair. But here they actually take the time to scan my feet and test how I walk to see what shoes and insoles would be best for me. The employee who helped me, Zelinda, was wonderful. Polite, friendly, professional, and patient. She answered all of my questions clearly, narrowed down my selections so I didn't feel overwhelmed by choice, explained the differences between each selection and why it could work for me, and overall was a delight to be around. At no point did I feel pressured to get a bunch of add ons or accessories, and instead felt like she was focused on getting what was best for me. I left the store feeling well informed and happy with my purchase. I spent more than what I'm used to, but it felt like a well thought out investment.

Great place to shop for shoe , insole, socks, outfit's for all weather, I enjoyed also the learning experience from the Fit ID Scan and for sure I will be coming back for more stuff that they have! Amazing team of customers service they are super friendly and helpful with positive attitude!

My plan was just to run in and grab some new walking shoes, but it doesn't work that way. Over an hour later I walked out with a bigger purchase than I'd planned for, BUT my feet and pace were measured, I had the best shoes for me, I understood a lot more about what my feet have been doing, and I'm confident my feet (and thus hips) are going to feel better!

My orthopedic Dr recommended I buy these inserts for my long lasting Plantar Fascitis, it was such a relief to wear these. I keep wearing them because they make my feet feel better then they have in a long time. I highly recommend them.

My father-in-law and I just returned from Fleet Feet where we worked with Lauren. (a little back ground... Bill has been bedridden and/or wheelchair bound for the past 10 months. He is only now back to walking with a with a walker.) Bill was in need of a pair of shoes so that he could start walking outside. After we were turned away from a speciality orthotics place we stopped in at Fleet Feet. We honestly thought that since this is specifically a "runner's" store they would be unable or unwilling to help. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Lauren patiently listened to the whole story and with a casual smile said "I'm sure we can help." She patiently worked though four pairs of shoes before she found the perfect fit. (I'm sure she would have gone through many more if necessary.) I would have never thought that a store like this could have helped Bill with his list of ailments, but they did. I cannot thank Lauren enough for her professionalism and patience. I don't know what they're paying her but I'm sure it's not enough. Thank you again, Lauren.

Kristin was great at helping me find the perfect pair of shoes! She answered any question I had, and brought out multiple pairs of insoles and shoes for me to try and see what was best for my feet. I think it’s great they offer you 50% off the socks they have you use to try the shoes on! You can always decline the socks so there’s no forcing you to buy them.

I used Fleet Feet for the first time yesterday. Lauren at the Bonney Lake store assisted me. She took time to analyze my feet and stride to help me target the correct shoes. I also brought in some shoes I had recently purchased to compare to shoes I tried. Lauren assisted me with all of this in a professional, no pressure manner. She was very knowledgeable and really seemed interested in me getting the right products for me. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Definitely will be using Fleet Feet in the future! I ended up purchasing custom inserts and can’t wait to use knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Went in 10 minutes before closing and was thinking about just looking at shoes. Talked to Zelinda about shoes and what's available for flat/wide foot that didn't look or feel chunky. She suggested that we go through the fit process and look at any potential foot/fit issues. WOW - many things changed. Turns out that my foot size has changed over the years (really went up 1-2 sizes, so getting rid of several shoes) Brought out a bunch of shoes to look/try on. First pair I thought were UGLY, so back the box they went. Went through all the shoes, plus others that 'might' work. Ended up with the new Altra Paridigm 7's All this time, we never rushed the process. AND at the very end - the nice gesture of coming around the counter to hand me the shoes and thank me for buying them.

Did the whole foot scan thing, ended up getting a pair for me and my girlfriend.. customer service was excellent. Do recommend. Shoes fit perfectlyThey should definitely let you keep the socks after you try them on though, they make you pay 50% of the original price.

It has been a long time since I have purchased shoes at a specialty store, but just buying athletic shoes at Costco isn't working for me anymore. Sophia spent 45 minutes with me asking about my walking/hiking routine and doing all of the high tech foot measurements. She brought me three different shoes and two different insoles to try. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with what I finally picked. I totally recommend Bonney Lake Fleet Feet.
