* I was asked by CVS/BonneyLake to leave a review on Google VIA Email.Super sad! Love the BonneyLake Target SO much! But the CVS-Pharmacy here, can’t get it together. A ton of turnover since Covid can be partly to blame, I guess. But, I also feel that some of that really should be better now. & especially when it comes to health related things & lives in danger or could be- there should be no excuse. But, this remains to be their excuse & I continue to struggle with it because in the last three years, I have only met one tech. girl who is an absolute doll. She said everyone keeps leaving so she probably won’t be here long. & Yes, I have communicated this both in a survey (4X) and on the phone with or to the Manager, not once but twice (1 whom still works there & 1 whom I believe has sadly left).I think Constructive Criticism is a good thing but some don’t. It only works if both parties agree and want to change. I have noticed no changes since any of my reviews, talks or anything very sadly. & yes, I am working on switching pharmacies, but it’s a lot of work. A lot of the issues here are “101” things, when it comes to Pharmaceuticals sales. Please do better!The texts don’t stop. The phone calls won’t stop. I’m called to be told my meds are ready, I show up and “oh that will be ready in 30-45 minutes every single time.” OR 90% of the time, to be more exact. No wonder the line is so long. It only makes it harder for you AND us, the customers. Pls wait until meds are ready! It really does help.& then pls fix your phone-email/texting system or whatever it is. This is 2022 & it’s becoming #spammy like. Thank You for reading. Everything is guaranteed to change if some of these things do.I truly hope things change ASAP!Patience!Kindness!Honesty!

I only use this pharmacy out of convience, but honestly there are better ones out there. Staff are quiet, rude, and slow. I was told to wait, very quietly, by one cashier. I had waited 20 minutes for 4 people ahead of me for simple pickups. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to fill my presciption, very slowly, with no communication to me at all. If I knew she was filling it, I would have likely waited for it to be done later. I was in a hurry, as I was already over my lunch at a store nearby, and had to leave. I apologized, and the lady harshly told me she was almost done. Had to abandon 30+ minutes of waiting to go back to work and apologize to my boss.The pharmacy seems desperately understaffed, and I sympathize heavily with it as I work retail, but taking 10+ minutes to fill a presciption I was told was ready for pick up without any communication to me was silly. This isnt an isolated incident, either, my family regularly deals with the rude staff here. Its unwelcoming and somewhat jarring in comparison to normal Target staff.We all have bad days, but the consistant rudeness makes me concerned for staff wellbeing and makes customers suffer as a result.

This CVS/Target has great prices and good service. That said, I gave them only 2 stars for one reason. The pharmacy makes you wait in the cold and flu aisle for your prescriptions. You are waiting in line in an aisle where infectious customers may be shopping for medicine. When I was there, 6 people were in line. A mother brought her coughing child into the aisle and consulted with an employee on cold medicine. It was the most crowded place in the store. I left my spot in line and came back. The pharmacy is delivering free now, so I recommend using that method. However it takes two days which I did not have.The management at this Target and the management at the pharmacy need to revisit this policy. The pharmacists are aware, as the clerk who helped me, was not surprised at by my suggestion. I am an older man who has been taking all precautions considering the ongoing pandemic. If I catch Covit19 I could say definitively that the most likely spot I could have been infected was the line of the CVS pharmacy in the Bonney Lake Target. I would not be able to identify the other 6 to 9 people waiting in the line with me.

They have gotten my prescriptions wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone to fill them. I call in to tell them I need _____ I show up... they filled the wrong one. They have given me the wrong prescriptions over and over and over. With the number of mistakes they make, I would be shocked if they haven't hurt someone. I would never recommend this place! It is the ONLY place my insurance will cover. No drive up window. You have to go inside and thats *always* so much fun with a tired 3 year old.

Never had a bad experience here! They recently changed their hours in January (I didn’t know until later on) but it’s only an hour or so difference! My prescriptions are always ready when I get there, usually there’s only one or two people ahead of me so I really only have to wait about ten minute max! Plus it’s inside target so if I need to do sometime to fill time while my scripts are being filled, I just go shop around!

Really hard to get things filled and delivered. They seem to think that "delivery" is the same as having scripts mailed. Can't use USPS due to long delays with meds needed to just breathe. No delivery with current road closures. Can't pay over phone unless it's delivered. Wanted me to give credit card to "friend" who could then pick up meds for me. Not going to give my cards to anyone. They won't do curbside pick-up. The only folks who seem to know what they're doing are Summer and Stephanie. But I need my respiratory meds when I need them so I'll go elsewhere. Shame on you CVS.

I have worked with the team at this pharmacy during a very challenging time in our lives medically. They have been very thorough and we've had no problems. Also, the Pharmacist counsels us and is quick to notice if there is a concern. We have developed a very good relationship with these folks. I have to say our experience is quite good.

New to this pharmacy. Having transferred all our families meds. From the first experience it’s been a nightmare! From meds not ready, to waiting in line three times in one visit to be told that they have to refill the med and you will need to get back in line. Constantly being told a time frame and when you arrive later than given it is still not ready! They have a computer and check in or out window for each situation and none of them are equip to completely take care of customers... which means you get back in line to go to another lane!! Then I’ve never been able to walk out with my meds/ always having to wait again on the pharmacists for a “hand off!”The people are nice; but they all act incompetent to handle any easy situation! So exactly what are the checkers there for? I have been here four times and I DREAD going to the pharmacy because the care and service is horrible! I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t get my insurance loaded... then get a call they fixed it and to come back for a refund! The list goes on and on! Today twice I had to go in to get medications for each of my kids.They didn’t run the insurance on either; said they needed to redo the script and give back to the pharmacist and to come back in ten minutes! Of which time twenty minutes later there still were not complete and I was asked to step back in the same line! I wish we had a health Mart in town!

They send texts saying your order is ready. When I get there, it isn't actually ready and I'm told to wait "15 minutes". Every. Single. Time. I only go here because of the location. We need a good drive-thru option here in Bonney Lake.

Said it would be twenty minutes for my six year old’s medication for his horrible cough that won’t go away. Pharmacy person said I would get a text and assured me it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. I waited with my sick child and I never received a text so I went to the pharmacy and they have closed for the night. Absolutely horrible service and though this the worst it is not the first. Go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Always long lines, never have orders ready when they say they will even if you give them extra time. They *NEVER* answer the phone. Never friendly. Never offer consultations when they see you have new meds. I miss going to the Renton CVS inside of Target at the Landing, they were amazing. This Bonney Lake location is so bad.

Only one employee working the Counter. My wife went to CVS Bonney Lake to drop off a prescription and pick up one that was ready. After waiting in line was told she could drop off prescription to be filled but had to go get back in the other line to pick up the medication that was ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Rude employees and terrible service.

The lady that checked me out did not explain that one of my items prescribed wasn’t filled. After my consultation I realized I only had one item and the other person helped me with it. He was wonderful but she needs some customer service coaching.

Was looking for this pharmacy only to realize it was the one inside Target. No one really knew about where over the counter items are. They are ONLY a pharmacy. My opinion is the old way was much better and the people working in the pharmacy knew where everything was.
