Great Costco though there is a very rude woman who works at the returns area with long auburn hair and legally blonde style glasses that is incredibly rude and abrupt with how she talks to people. If it was a one time thing, I’d understand she was having a bad day. This is just about every interaction I have with her. She comes across incredibly disrespectful, loud and curt with how she talks to people and was literally shaking her head and rolling her eyes when I returned about $30 worth of merchandise today. No it was not a dead Xmas tree or a half eaten cooked salmon. It was some unopened beer and cider and brownie brittle. I spend over $10,000 of merchandise per year at Costco and returning a few items here and there is not against the policy. I’m not sure why she is so rude but she’s the last person people they see when they leave the store and it leaves a lasting impression of her attitude towards customers when they are treated so poorly. Sadly, it makes me not want to return to this Costco due to the multiple bad experiences and due to the fact I can’t avoid seeing her. Someone with subpar customer service skills and anger issues probably shouldn’t be handling returns.

I love this store, and not just Costco in general. The staff is always kind and helpful. The associates at customer service are always patient and knowledgeable. The cashiers and assistants are always quick and accurate. They keep it clean and organized. Love it!

Always impressed with excellent customer service and products at Costco. Thank you to the management at Bonney Lake's Costco and Optical department. 10 stars for coming through for me. Long story short, I took my glasses in for a new prescription, and wanted to keep my AirDrop Oakley frames. Unfortunately the frames broke while removing the old lenses, but they were able to locate my frames, which they don't carry. Thankfully I got the frames I love, and my new prescription within a couple weeks. Personal thanks to Carl, Rita, and the assistant GM Steve I believe for making this work. It was bit of an awkward feeling since they don't carry these frames and I wasn't sure they could get them.Thanks team Costco! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great store. Always clean, and you get in and out pretty quickly. I would have given it a 5 but they stopped carrying my favorite crackers: RW Garcia Sweet Potato crackers. PLEASE bring them back! 😭

Best Costco that I've ever been to! Lots of variety and new stuff all the time plus fast lanes during check out plus if you go during the week day it's not so busy which I LOVE because I'm disabled.. they even allow my caregiver to shop for me without me there which is great!! They never ask questions on why I'm returning items that I've had for a while they give great customer service and you can tell the employees like their job and are happy to be there and help and happy employees makes for happy customers thank you for being amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 5 stars all the way!!

I mean, how can you not 5 star love this place!?Always clean, always friendly staff, and if you get there right when they open on a random weekday; it's almost empty.This place almost has everything you need!Always have a great experience and buy too much!Update: We went in late on a HOT Friday and everyone was buying pizzas, and despite being super slammed with orders everyone was great!

I love having a Costco right in Bonney Lake! The grand opening was fun, parking lot was filled at 7:45 when my neighbors went and 2:00 PM when we did.The gas pumps are the first turn off of 410. That is an OK way into the parking lot, but when you leave I suggest heading towards the medical center, (see photo), and think about parking on the South, (away from 410 side). This Costco has the food court right outside of the check out stands so there will be some congestion.

I like Costco. Today was first time at Bonney Lake Costco. When I was going to get some apples I changed my mind when I saw a Costco employee tossing the bags out of one box to another. I decided the bags of apples will be bruised. Won't be shopping at this Costco.guess I won't buy my fruit at this

New Costco as of May 2018. It is the bigger newer design that Costco is using. Better selection of items than my regular Costco has. Big news is that they have the illusive double cheeseburger in the food court. Also have kiosks for ordering and paying for food in food court area. They are going to need to figure out a better solution for managing the food court line. It currently feeds straight back into the regular cash registers and totally blocks access to the bathrooms.

Good Costco, good location, good workers that are always nice. It's chill during the week but the weekend is nuts. Packed parking lot, packed deli market, packed aisles, packed food court, and empty tire section :(

I returned a jacket without a receipt and exchanged it for another size. He ran my costco card and he refunded the cost and credited me a costco shop card. He was fast and never missed a beat and was very polite.

Love at First Sight!! This brand new Costco is even more open and light filled and stuffed with everything you'd expect to find at any Costco Warehouse. Tires? Check. Gas station? Check. Hit and cold foods? Check and check. The list goes on. And... cheeseburgers!! Hello? Does it get any better? Why yes it does... free standing food order station, no pipes or overhead $$transfer tubes at the checkout and the easiest pay point ever at the registers. No swiping or beeping or waiting so long as you are using a Costco credit card. Just touch the pay point with the card and done. Sweet!

The layout of goods is quite well thought out. The only gripe I have is the check stands are so close together. That you have to actively try not to bump into others while trying to check out with your items. Removing a few check stands may be the answer, just makes for a cramped experience.However I like lots and lots of the product offerings. So other then that keep it up 👍🏼

Love the BL costco. Always clean, well stocked, clothing section second to none. The staff is always kind and helpful. Easy parking and hardly ever a wait for gas. I always pass another local costco just to come to this one.

On 11/21/2023 @ about 9:30 pmAn unmarked car pulled up next to my car. The driver (later identified as Jay) did not identify them self as security, was not wearing a Costco badge and never exited the unmarked car. Just yelled at me from outside of my car. The security person rightfully asked why I was there. But, and this is a big but, proceeded in a rude and condescending manner. I had no way to know what this individual wanted and given all the problems with the amount of assaults, carjackings and all the walk up robberies the security individual was totally in the wrong with this behavior. In fact this wrong behavior was not only dangerous to me but also to them self if I had been someone up to something.An assistant manager Jennifer further compounded the issue with bad attitude trying to support the security individual. When I ask for ID from the security individual the assistant manage wanted to know why. I pointed out that Jennifer had ID so should Jay. Jay then showed me a badge but continued with a bad attitude backed up by the manager telling me “you are on private property.”I was picking up an employee from work.I have spoken to several people I know that are members of this Costco who told me that these two people Jay and Jennifer are very inhospitable and argumentative with employees and customers alike (time for retraining on human interactions). This is harassment plane and simple. They two individuals will say that harassment did not take place which a guilty person will always say when caught at it. Not at all friendly and did not make me feel safe.

I went on my monthly shopping and I had a lot to buy. The attendant at the check out her name Mangolia, M, was very nonchalant and reluctant to help me. I am not sure why but I would call it prejudice. I would suggest Mangolia M to stop treating Costco customers based on what is on or not in their cart. To also appreciate the diversity there is in the community and forget her prejudice actions based on race, appearance or whatever else bias may be within her. Well, I could be speaking to an entire community, she is not the only one!!!

I just found this place! Amazing warehouse environment with bulk goods and prices. They even have elderly folks that give you appetizers as you walk around with your giant shopping cart. You can get a hot dog and soda for a buck fitty! That’s just insane! Find yourself some new jeans, grab a giant pack of lobster tails, get some tires and maybe even an industrial size bottle of mayo, why not!

Short lines at checkout went fast. Plenty of roasted chickens for everybody, also got a Mediterranean salad which is delish!! They had fresh hot pizzas that they sell by the checkstand ready to go for 9.95 which is brilliant! Bonney Lake Costco is awesome!!

Newer Costco with its layout. Overall your typical Costco with everything as expected. If I had anything to comment on is getting in and out of the place as drivers treat the parking lot like its main street on a work shift change. Not too much Costco can do about that though.
