Love The Dog House! Been taking our dogs there for about 5 years now. They love on our big goofy doodle, and they're patient with our little guy who has a small dog complex against all other dogs. Lauren is our go-to groomer and she is great about getting our feedback and we're always happy with her work. Jessica at the front desk is helpful and remembers us and our regular services, which makes me feel valued. Prices are fair and facility is clean and organized. I feel our dogs are safe and well cared for while there. New owners are friendly and doing a great job with techology/social media and facility updates.

Always amazing and they manage to get my pups in usually the same day for nail trims. The staff is lovely! They absolutely care and listen to any feedback or needs that my pups have. I love this place ❤️

I can’t rave enough about the dog house. I have a senior special needs dog named Lenny and this was the best grooming experience I ever had and I’ve gone to many places. There was genuine interest on ways to accommodate my special dog and when I went to pick him up he was being cradled like a baby. And Lenny can get nervous getting groomed, but instead he was quite clearly comfortable from start to finish. Not only did they make me feel Lenny was in good hands but the grooming job was best quality. Don’t hesitate to come here. So glad I found it!

They are the best at grooming my 7 pups! Been going there 9 years and have moved from BL to Puyallup. I still bring them there. I don't trust anyone else to groom my pups!

I have never in the past written a bad review but the Dog House is the first for me. I brought my Havanese into the Dog House for the 3rd time. Groomer could/would not wash my dog or trim face and head & tail unless I gave her permission to shave my dogs ears due to some matting. She never said that last 2 times. I did not want ears shaved. I ask her to finish clipping face & head as nothing was done. They said that would be another $25 as a walk in (I just had her back & legs shaved she was there for hours) and groomer said she could NOT without a bath. Groomer was so fixated on dogs ears she would not complete the groom if I did not agree to getting ears shaved! Maybe they should invest in products that would be needed like spry to detangle. So for $50 I got a dirty ungroomed dog back!!!! I have had 3 Havanese and other groomers charging $40 to $50 plus tip w/o a problem. For $75+ minimum for basic grooming at Dog House I was robbed. Now I will take my dog someplace else to finish the job $$Good advertising ….. POOR service.Andrea and Mike please refund my 💵 money.

Stopped in for the first time today looking for a shirt for my frenchie. 3 people were behind the desk and not 1 offered a welcome in or to help me find a size shirt. It was obvious I was having trouble finding what I was looking for. Finally I walked out . Not a word. No interest whatsoever to help a customer. Needless to say I won't be back.

Bonney Lake Dog House does an amazing job with our English pointer! He absolutely hates baths and getting his nails trimmed, but they make easy work of it!!!

Very easy to get an appointment set up and they send you reminders. They did a great job grooming my mini schnauzer and were able to add a little color to his mohawk!

Appointments are VERY far out, but I thought the groomers did a great job on my Alaskan Malamute / Husky, who definitely isn’t a big fan of bathing and grooming.I will take my dog here again in the next 6 months!Oh yea, the store has dog-friendly treats, too.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I called in the morning & they were able to get me in same day. We were in & out in less than 10 minutes with 2 dogs!!! Much better experience than petco… definitely our new go to spot for dog services!!!

So...think of those big fluffy Flandoodles. My parents asked for a groom. They said that they might have to shave the face, and my parents said "okay". You can see the result. No refund or other consultation was given.

I have the stinkiest and most scraggly dog in the world. She loves nothing more than rolling in nasty stuff and looking gross. I brought her here and she came out clean, fluffy, and perfectly trimmed! She even had a little bow on her collar. She rolled in dirt as soon as we got home but still looked great. I will definitely bring her back.

I have been using the Dog House for about two years; primarily for nail trimming for my two dogs. They always remember us and are extremely gentle with my (ridiculously-sensitive-about-their-paws) dogs. I appreciate that, each time I go in, the same groomers are available and they always do an outstanding job. Even when I call for an appointment last-minute they squeeze us in. Thanks, dudes!

These guys are awesome! I have been taking my Pug (Tug) here for about 6 years now. The prior owners were outstanding and now the new owners are top notch! We recently added a new member to our family (Bandit the Pom) and Jessica and the staff made a last minute request happen! I highly suggest checking these guys out to have your babies taken care of and smelling good!

We’ve been bringing Tucker and Sadie to this pup salon for 9 years and have always been very satisfied with their service! The pups love them and get so excited when we pull up! They do a beautiful job beautifying them and love the bandanna for Tucker and ribbons for Sadie attached to her ears! We highly recommend this place for any of your pup salon needs! They’re awesome!!

I have three dogs and this is always an amazing place to get nail clipping and hair cuts for them. The staff is friendly and always recognizes my 12 year old dog who has been going there for years. My other two puppies (one year and six months old) are always anxious about going and the staff always do their best to put them at ease. Resonable prices. Best place for dogs in town.

I have two dogs ages 13 and 10. Both dogs went to the same groomer their entire lives until our groomer sold the business and I was unsatisfied with the new owner. I was stressed out about making a move, especially because my 13yo is blind and prone to anxiety. The dogs were treated so well and given special accommodations for senior dogs. I’m very happy and believe you will be too!
