Well, this is a first for me. I've never rated a gas station or convince store that I remember. This one is worthy of being rated. π5 βs all day 7-11! Happy staff, clean, good music, bathroom is available, coffee & creamer options galore, fountain sodas and slurpies any kid (big & small) would love. The vibes are all feel good vibes. I wish them the best of luck and all the business they can handle.

It's pretty obvious that the new owners made a bunch of fake accounts to give themselves good reviews and claim that "the new owners are great." The new owners are awful. They're mean and paranoid. They will follow you around, falsely accuse you of stealing, scream at you, and call the cops on you for mindlessly putting your hand in your pocket while getting a slurpee. I won't go there anymore. I'm not going to support people that treat their customers like that.It's so sad what's become of this place. The vibe was awesome when the last owners were there. It was happy and full of people all the time. Now it's cold, quiet, and unwelcoming.

However, I decided to see for myself and was delighted to discover that this business now has new ownership and is proudly family-owned.One of the most impressive improvements was the fact that everything I needed was readily available in stock. 711 In bonney lake would not let me use their bathroom. A clearly marked bathroom. At 8 months pregnant in a must go situation. As a paying customer it should not have been a problem, I didnt even make it back out to my car before publicly embarrassing myself by peeing my pants! Shame on your staff!

Do not go here they are theives. Literally had to call the cops to get my money back from them when they tried to steal my money. They were also extremely rude about getting caught stealing from their customers.

This place has had a HUGE glow up ever since the ownership has changed. Their customer service is quite exceptional and they make sure youβre walking out of the store with a smile.They also have the best snacks and always have everything stocked up!!! Best 7/11 there is

The new people that work here are more soulless than a rock. They are expressionless automatons that will say hi when you come in, but don't speak to you when you pay for your stuff unless it's to ask if you have 7 11 rewards and to enter your number if you do. All interactions feel very practiced, stiff, not genuine, and like they want you to leave right away or don't care that you're there.I used to come here 3-5 days a week, sometimes the morning AND night, and was known by most of the previous crew as a familiar face. I would be asked how my day was going, I would respond with it involved bodily fluids (I am an HCA), and some small talk would ensue and bright goodbyes or have a great rest of your night. I actually befriended one of the previous crew because I felt so familiar with them.New folks, you definitely need to speak with the old crew and take some notes on how to interact with customers in a GENUINE way.

After new ownership change I have had very little luck with warm food. I was ringing up and bit into a cold taquito. I tossed into the trash can next to the cashier. She asked me why. I said it was cold. I still paid for it and my slurppee and thought nothing of it. I come in a week later and the new owner is angry with me for throwing a taquito at one of her girls. What has this world come to. It was thier taquito being thrown away into thier trash can and I'm at fault. New owner becomes very upset with me after I explain to her my side. She says that trash can is a personal trash can. That's when I figured out she is one sided per say and does not care one bit about the customers. VERY SAD COLD FOOD NO SMILES NO NOTHING AND THEY DONT CARE

Used to be the best 7-Eleven in Washington now it has new ownership and has become one of the worst 7-Elevens around. in my opinion They are very rude and disrespectful along with raising the gas price $.30 more than other gas stations in town Lost my business

Under new ownership and they are so incredibly disrespectful. I am a mobile app user and use it to check out. Today I was chased to my car accused of stealing. When I showed my receipt of payment I was argued with and then asked for a photo of it. Once he took the photo of my emailed receipt he walked away. Not a sorry, thank you, or slightest apology. I will be taking my business else where now.

Extremely rude terrible customer service and made fun of My little brother disability and gave him an extremely hard time for not being able to pronounce words correctly due to his disability . Won't be going back other than to complain to their management team.. probably won't do anything though. I've been coming here for years and ever since the change in ownership its been extremely terrible service.

Consistently a good experience. When I need gas & soda after a long day, I don't want bells & whistles, I want a clean store, a good selection, and efficient staff. Sometimes they have just the right drinks & snacks special I really like, too.

This 7-eleven is now indian owned, when u look at all the new reviews it is all their friends and family talking the place up telling lies and bashing the old crew. If you wanna know truth visit the place for yourself, no more old fashioned friendly customer service or friendly faces. Just a huge language barrier and rudeness.No more awesome decorations and fun times, it is just blah now.Nicest 7/11 Ive ever seen, really cool decorations. Friendly service, yummy food. The graveyard guy on sunday and monday is super helpful, wish he was there every night.

Well recently this place got bought and is now under new management an its extremely disappointing cause the crew before was amazing warmers were always full an fresh and slushie machines were working and had a good vibe but now I went in at like 3am like I have before an the oven/warmer was completely empty half of the slushie machines weren't working and now they don't take ebt. So to whoever bought this place you've officially ruined the bonney lake 7-ElevenUPDATE: So I've noticed after the last couple months after the place started going down in stars all of a sudden it started going up well if you look all there friends and family started reviewing leaving 5 stars with a bunch of lies so if you wanna know how it really is go for yourself but the place absolutely sucks

JIM at this 711 location is an asset and Iβm sure does not receive the credit or recognition he more then deserves! PROMOTE this man! I love coming in here every time heβs working no matter the time of day he is uplifting and the beat up seller for lack of a better term. He could sell ice in Alaska! Lol really thought him you rock thanks for being you and being so great! Keep doing what you are doing I see you and you are very appreciated! π
