In Nov 2022, I adapted my cat from Leslie via PetSmart in Canada. But I haven't received any contract, and I just received only the certificate of vaccines with Leslie's name. The document had overwritten my cat's name. I kept the name on the document. I am just wondering if the document was fake, I have no chance to know my cat's true name. On the other hand, i really appreciate Leslie, who was giving me a chance to meet my cat. I now love my cat very, very, very much, and we are "family" now. Of course, I will take care of her and love her forever even though my cat's name was not her name.To my lovely buddy (my cat),where were you born? I would love to visit somedaywhen is your birthday? I love to celebrate the day,how cute you were when you were kitty? you must be the cutest kitty,who are you? I love you anyway...

I would like to point out that the positive reviews from Kay and Ralph are friends/family of the owner…I would not believe those reviews. Also let it be known that Petsmart Victoria does not do adoptions through Embrace anymore, because of Leslie and the problems adopting through her have caused.

It took Leslie 2 years to spin this story. All emails, text messages, and even audio clips I still have (including conversations with petsmart), as well as many messages and conversations from other individuals who adopted one of her sick animals and ended up having very bad encounters with this society. FYI The food was changed twice (one of which Leslie herself informed me to change - this I have photo evidence of). @Leslie, I’m glad to hear the surgery worked, as I was told by you yourself that it likely would never work and the vets were pushing procedures that were unnecessary (this too I have photo evidence of). To adopters of embrace, be aware there is a contract (one of which I never saw, signed, or was given despite asking numerous times) that states Embrace holds superior ownership for the pets entire life. Petsmart also confirmed that no such contract existed at the time of adoption.

First visit to this little shop and I fell in love! I definitely could have spent more time there but the husband was patiently waiting in the car! I will definitely be back
