We love Ki-Be market. We do most all of our shopping at Ki-Be. They have most everything in the store. Food and feed. Fruits and vegetables, meat, frozen food, bakery items and custom cake decorating.

The wonderful lady that works there in the evenings is hard-working and polite.Not the greatest choice of produce... Definitely not the place to do your regular shopping... Things are priced more like convenience store pricing.The store is nice and clean and organized. I like the feed store section as well!

There are some steller cashiers and some complacent sales floor employees. This establishment is a crucial part of the BC community and livelihood, their inventory control issued and follow up on employees who work when the owners don't leads to a limiting potential and disappointment.

This place is overpriced with a poor selection. I have a feeling it used to be a Red Apple. It is sorely missing the buying power of a chain. The staff seems friendly, but I do most of my grocery shopping in Richland or West Richland because of the cost and limited selection, but it is nice to have a grocery store in Benton City, but my honest opinion is that it could be a lot better.

As per the usual small town, the prices are up there, but for quick grab items, its convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and not dirty/grungy looking or crowded. Ive been shopping here since March 2020, and haven't seen the shelves empty yet. The parking lot is nicely spaced out and clean. They have a small selection of feed for other animals (not just cats and dogs) and sometimes have a small selection of camping gear.I give it 4 stars, because of the prices, but hey, thats how small town stores go - just like Emmett, Idaho 😉

Even though prices are a little higher than the big grocery stores the staff more than make up for it. They are always more than happy to help and greet you with a smile. Service is fast and they have a variety of items including animal feed for horses, chickens, pigs and more. They also have limited supply of outdoor tools, and electrical supplies and water supplies. They also have their own seasoning mixes they sell which are great.

Nice home town market, very friendly employees, and they carry some interesting things I haven't seen elsewhere (like old fashioned creamery milk in a bottle). They have a decent beer selection too! I gave it a 4 star only because, being a small town grocery store, their prices are a bit high, but that's expected.

Has a good selection for a small town. It's just spendy due to being a small town. Love that it has locally operated business products. Great eat to support local businesses but also the price is more due to that. In some areas there is not a large selection of brands and then some items aren't able to be found at all.

So clean! The staff is all younger and it’s evident they all work very hard. They’re very quick to open a checkout stand and get you out. If the grocery prices were lower I’d shop here exclusively for all my weekly groceries.

For a small town a store like this is very needed. I hate to use the comparison but it's like a small walmart superstore. Only better because there are people there to help and enough checkers so you don't stand in line forever to get checked out. Check here first before you make a longer trip somewhere else.

I love the owner of this place, nicest guy ever. But everything EXCEPT booze is overpriced. This store is super expensive. I was glad when we moved to the valley because it was killing me trying to bus food there!

One of the best bathrooms in the greater Tri-Cities area. Always clean with soft toilet paper and sturdy paper towels.

i came to do laundry tonight and the store is closed it’s midnight well I’m already at the laundry mat and don’t really want to go in to town to get laundry soap so called the store at kibi since I see the lights on and a van and a truck ... and the manager answers and I’m like can I come get laundry soap from you guys .. he’s like laundry at midnight alright but I’m gonna leave it outside since we are not open . Just come in in the next day or two and pay for it .. but I was like I’m paying you now.. but great feeling to know that he didn’t deney a customer that really needed to do laundry at midnight:) because I’m not trying to be up early in the morning Great experience

Every time I go in, there is someone cleaning or stocking, an open register, and if there are more than 2 people in a line, someone calls for help. So efficiently run, I love it. The o my downside are the prices, which, understandably must be higher, given the area. Otherwise, amazing customer service and helpful staff!

The store is NOT a "real" grocery store. They carry a few items that a traditional store has, but at a high premium.A 1/2 gallon of ice cream is a full $2 for same brand and flavor purchased at Yokes. I thought Yokes was spendy...The owner says they support shopping local. I'm sure they do, its advantageous to them to promote local.Now, here is what I find offensive and it was brought up at our neighborhood bbq and everyone was complaining about it and several have stopped shopping there because the owners are ageists.No employees are over 25. NOT ONE!So you employ young people most likely because they work cheaper and they have no actual life experience or bills to pay. In fact, after asking 6 employees where they live, they all said they still live at home.I'm sure it feeds your ego to have no employee with actual wisdom or experience buying food and cooking for a family. That way no one tells you, you are not giving our community what it actually wants and not simply your whim.You want us to shop your store and support local? Then you should start supporting our community by paying working wages to staff of mixed age and skin color.AND maybe just maybe ask locals what we want in a store. We will gladly share and help you make a great store that is an asset to our town.

The management has REALLY improved this place since the last time I was here. The parking lot was redone and clean!! The store was clean and offered so many items for a small community. It was such a nice and refreshing feeling walking into the store with a wonderful atmosphere. Totally impressed!!

Little Home town grocery store, great personality!! I buy my horse feed at this little store, best prices around for that, dare I say they beat Wal Mart. I believe some of the food prices are high, but what do you expect for quality produce and quality meats? I don't expect them to be able to keep up with big chains, they don't sell enough, they need to be able to keep the lights on and pay the employees. I could spend money on gas and get cheaper groceries and lower quality products. Thanks for the great service guys/ gals....keep it up!!

Definitely nice to have a place in Benton City to run to for a few groceries when needed. It is more expensive than the ones in town. Very cute and charming store though, with horse stuff.

Good, standard small-town grocery store, with prices you'd expect. Always friendly and I don't think I've ever waited in line more than three minutes. Plus they have a milkshake/smoothie machine. Legit

I live here & appreciate the store being here. Sure beats a 30 mile drive to Tri-Cities for groceries. As far as the complaints go, make the 30 mile drive and quit whining.My single complaint against the store is ID check for smokes & booze. I'm older than dirt and it shows so why is the store asking for my ID?Dan
