This is my one stop shop! All the latest gear at best prices and quick,easy ordering, shipping.... What I appreciate most is their special offers, free promotional items, coupon codes....Sometimes I'll place an order just to get the free rope bag,etc...They've always sent me free stickers, buffs, shirts upon request for my trainees, who appreciate a buffs or sticker, sport it and ultimately order their gear from wesspur.....No other suppliers have ever blessed me like Wesspur....

Love this online supply store! Highly recommend buying gear here! I have bought a lot of gear from them and I usually get my full order within a week. Unlike other websites that will send my order in multiple small packages spaced out within a weeks time. If you are having any troubles with your order or need more answers about the gear you are going to purchase, the team at WesSpur is quick to respond and has great feedback. I also like how simple the website is to navigate and that it isn't trying to upsell me on gear that, sure it looks cool, but lets be real I do not need that gear...yet. I look forward to one day visiting the physical store front in Bellingham!

When all else fails, call WesSpur. Excellent service and timely delivery! I needed a protos helmet fast and 2 well known online competitors were back ordered for 4-6 weeks. WesSpur delivered my helmet the next day. I will dealing with them from now on. Thanks guys! My only regret is I forgot to throw in a free SRS climber shirt with my order.

Their selection is great! I have received all of my orders pretty quickly. Their website and catalog are both pretty nice too, but their customer service is absolutely amazing! Daphne is the best! She has helped me with all of my orders. Each time I have called, she has taken the time to make sure that I was ordering everything that I needed and when I realized that I had ordered something in the error, she was very helpful in setting up the return. I hope that I am lucky enough to get her on the phone every time I call for something. She is super cool !!!

Great site, great people, fast shipping. They match competitors prices you just have to mention it in comments and no hassle match. Shipping is free over $99 which is nice and I always received my items well packaged and very fast. I haven't had one problem with the site or anyone I have spoke to from this company. Lowest prices I have seen at any arborist supply company in state or online. They also answer their email questions fast and their phones unlike some other companies that don't. They are also cheaper then those other companies I shall not name that start with tree or end with it

EDIT: Wesspur does match prices. I checked out online and mentioned a competitors add in comments in checkout. They matched it immediately. I have called to asked questions and most important was the knowledgeable staff. I scored some nice atlas 5/8" 137' rigging rope in their clearance rope section for cheap so I always look at that section first. Shipping over $99 is fantastic. I have placed several orders and they always arrive fast, accurate and I have never had any problems. Customer for life now. If they don't carry it, they will try to get it, if it's cheaper somewhere else, they will match. I hardly ever find cheaper prices, I did find one...and they matched it. Thank you very much.

They match competitors prices no hassle no calls they just match it in your cart on checkout. Lowest prices I’ve seen anywhere. Shipping free for orders over $99 and shipping is fast. Unlike other companies who I’ve emailed questions about gear and they never return my email, wesspur always does and always answers the phone when I call. Tara is wonderful to work with along with everyone else that’s involved. As long as wesspur is in business, I will deal with them solely.

A friend was buying new harness some tree climbing gear and I tagged along to show him a few things he might need. The staff are great. The gal helping was fantastic. When we got down to wanting a couple of specific types of cord and webbing, she took us back to their selection for sale by the foot. Something that's not on the sales floor. Needless to say, he got what he needed, and left happy with his purchase. I also know we'll be back after the new year. I can honestly say, they have just about every imaginable piece of tree climbing gear you could possibly need, and a huge selection of rope to choose from. And they have their own rope splicers on site!

I called all the major arborist suppliers, and after discussing policies and few other general points of business, I found the folks at Wesspur to be my kind of people. They never been anything but super helpful and quick to respond, and I like their points system best. They’re also on the west coast and keep good stock, so for me , that generally translates to getting tools I need to my hands sooner. They’re also always making swag to snag free with orders that meet various minimum amounts, which arb supplies always seem to put me over. My wardrobe is on its way to being mostly Wesspur gear.

Wes Spur equipment has never failed me. In 2022 it helped save my life. I usually buy the white color German-made 11mm staticfor my speleology Petzl Rappel and Prusik knot SRT.

Many sites are happy to take your credit card and say they will do returns if necessary. WesSpur Tree Equipment is very different. Their website has lots of great information but being new to tree climbing and cutting trees I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the right equipment for the right job. I called their 800 number and was lucky enough to speak to Daphanie, she answered all my questions and ordered exactly what I needed to keep me safe in the trees. I could only give them 5 stars because 10 stars was not an option. Thank you Daphanie!

Great service. Sometimes they are bogged down by calls, but they eventually get to you and help you when you need it. I bought a few items, and I kept one returned two. They were timely and helpful. Others recommend them, and now I can see why.

My first experience with wesspur was somewhat upsetting although it was not their, fault Buckingham mfg took forever to complete my order of a saddle But.......... These guys and gals are awesome! and provide the best customer service and will help you get what you need, and get it to you in no time, or if you are one of the lucky few like myself you can simply stop by their bellingham warehouse and simply browse their show room or pick up your order same day. I am sold on their company and customer service and will continue to use them for all my tree work needs.
