Had an amazing experience with printing photos. All turned out great and my cashier was incredible! I was 60 cents short and he payed it for me with his own money!! That may not sound like much but it was incredibly kind, because of him I was able to get my boyfriend a gift for his birthday. Without his kindness I wouldn’t have been able to afford all the items I needed for what I’m making and would have had to put something back, i would’ve been unable to give him his gift because I wouldn’t have all the supplies to make it. Cyrus’s kindness not only brightened my day but will brighten my boyfriend’s birthday. So thankful to have had a cashier so kind. Shoutout to Cyrus!

I tried to give this pharmacy chance after chance, always giving them the benefit of the doubt but they have proved to be unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I have never (NEVER) had a medication ready on time here. They are CONSTANTLY out of every medication my family needs, but to make it worse, they are not upfront about it. While their lack of being upfront was frustrating, I tried to be understanding as some of the medications we needed were commonly known to be in a shortage, but the final straw was drawn for me a few weeks ago. I have a young daughter who takes a crucial medication. I asked them point blank if it was in stock and would be ready that day, as we were on our final dose. The pharmacist confirmed this. I never got a message saying it was ready. I called for five days straight asking for an update and each day they assured me it was in their possession and it would be filled that day. Now, obliviously I should have done my part and immediately called another pharmacy, but that was my mistake for trusting them. On day 6 my husband finally called and got it out of them that they had been out of stock of the medication… When we asked for the rx number to send to another walgreens who had it, it was suddenly ready in 20 minutes or less. Over these five days my daughter was having withdrawals and our entire life felt like an emotional, chaotic mess because of their dishonesty and lack of product. If they had been honest from the start, I would have graciously gone to another pharmacy on day one to avoid the whole mess. I ignorantly gave them chances for 2 years and was disappointed ever single time. Do yourself a favor and do not use the walgreens pharmacy on sunset.

Bad drive through location rage backs up. Slow service and messed up RXs.You wait an hour for terrible service here. Couple that with the owners of Walgreens being absolute trash, the fact anyone goes here is amazing.

This pharmacy is awful. Nothing is ready on time. They are always out of standard medications and are often rude and condescending. Will be transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy. Head pharmacist is particularly obnoxious.

Never visit the pharmacy section of this store between 5-7 pm. There’s about an hour wait to reach the front of the line. And this isn’t the first time this has happened to me.I had an appointment for vaccine, and still had to wait in line just like a walk-in person would. There’s a single line for everything. And only 2 registers. Things take forever.The employees are nice, and efficient but the management is extremely poor. I spoke to the person in charge, and they mentioned that the store manager, pharmacy manger had left for the day, and that nothing really could be done about the wait time.My suggestion is to open up more registers during peak hours. And have a separate line for walk-ins and a separate line for people with appointments+elderly.The elderly should get priority.If that’s not possible, a good compromise it to have a person sort people into different lines.

Horrible customer service I'm Pharmacy. Been a customer for years, the service has been going downhill steadily for the last few years all around. Done with them today after waiting 24 hours for a prescription, calling multiple times and not being able to get through, then when I walk to the store was told it would be 30 min. After 30 min, I get a shrug and told to wait another hour.

The pharmacy at this place has proven to be staffed by people that do not know what they are doing. My prescription was sent there after a surgery. I have been told that my prescription would be ready in one hour. After 3 hours I returned and they told me that my doctor never sent the prescription which was a lie. Then they told me that they do not actually have the drug in stock. I have been in severe pain for several hours due to their incompetence.

I had a doctor's prescription for Paxlovid that was sent to the Sunset Dr. pharmacy. The pharmacist required me to provide them with lab results that includes kidney and liver function before they would dispense the medication. Since when do pharmacists require a lab test before dispensing a prescription ordered by a doctor?I will never get a prescription filled there again.

Should have read other reviews before making an appointment for covid and flu vaccines at Walgreens. We also experienced a long, long wait for service (nearly an hour), even though we had appointments. When they said they had lost our paperwork and that we needed to fill it out again, we just walked out. Not the first time we've had bad pharmacy service at this Walgreens, either. Between this and the perpetual supply chain shortages, Walgreens has lost our business for life.

Impossible to get a prescription for a friend. Dropped it off yesterday, I get a voice message to give them a call back and when I call back no one will answer the phone. I hear them pick up the call and place me back on hold. I won't ever drop off my prescription here again. And now they just hung up the call. How the hell do I get my paper prescription back?! My friend is very ill.

Please implement a consistent policy on what information your pharmacy technicians are allowed to provide to your customers. I called to ask if your pharmacy might have a prescription in stock since I have been having trouble finding a local pharmacy that has a medication in stock. I've had to do this every month due to a national shortage. I've had NO problem calling other Walgreens pharmacies to ask if they might have the medication in stock before driving there and having it filled. I spoke with Daisy, a pharmacy technician at this location, who said its against walgreens policy to provide customers with information on what the pharmacy has in stock. She mentioned I physically have to drive over to the pharmacy, give them my script and then they would be able to tell me if they had it in stock. I've never had to do that before; that is a waste of time and resources for both parties.

lost my film that i brought in to be developed. brought it in and they asked for my name and number, told me it would be about a week and they’d give me a call when it was ready. they never called so i went in and asked about it and they asked why i didn’t give them additional information that they never asked for and told me they don’t have the film and it’s a lost cause

Pharmacy is horrible. Even when no customer is at the front, they are very slow and rude. For a vaccine/booster good luck making an appointment and getting in the time you asked for. Scheduled appointment for 1:30, arrived 20 minutes early at 1:10. By the time I was in the front of the line to check in it was 1:35. Still waiting at 2:00. Customer's have no concept of time and just as rude, arrive late, like to chit chat with the pharmacy, preventing you from getting your stuff done. Hate this place with a passion.Edit: still here it's 2:20. Made a 1:30 appointment.

Please, get your vaccination any place else. I waited over 45 minutes to get a flu shot. The pharmacy was overcrowded, the chairs were full, the staff was rude, and the injection was painful.If you insist on going to this pharmacy try to schedule your vaccination for a less busy time, especially if you are an older person and need to sit while you're waiting. I was on time, 1:45 pm. While I was there all of the chairs were full and there were at least five people in the line at all times. Unfortunately the technician said that it was always that busy.The staff was overworked and impolite. The lady at the pharmacy counter was curt and complained to me about the fact that she was the only one at the counter. The technician also grumbled about being overworked and overstressed. Maybe Walgreens could add more staff to respond to current demand.The technician refused to give me the shot that I needed. I called ahead to make sure I could get the enhanced flu shot. Walgreens said that it would not be a problem. The lady at the counter said it would not be a problem. But after I had waited for 45 minutes the technician refused to give it to me. "That is a shot for those 65 and older," he said, although I'm 64 and change, have respiratory difficulties, and my doctor specified that flu shot. He was concerned that he could get into trouble for giving it to somebody who was underage.If you have children who are afraid of shots I strongly recommend going someplace else. The shot was the only one in the past 3 years that hurt going into my arm. All of those covid shots and boosters -- 4, 5, 10? I have lost track. I felt little or no pain. This was the first technician that didn't know how to give a painless injection. Maybe Walgreens could train him properly.There was a bathroom but it was not open. A customer waiting in line said that somebody had started a fire in there. Bizarre. Maybe it was someone who had to wait an hour to get their flu shot.

I’ve stopped by this Walgreens many times, typically for services in the photo department. Justin has often been the one to help me. He is incredibly kind, outgoing, knowledgeable and patient. I always leave in a mood than I came in with. Thank you so much Justin!

The sheer incompetence of the pharmacists at this location is a disgrace. I had talked to the pharmacist working on Tuesday to have everything set up to bring a prescription from Canada and special ordered a certain medication to be ready for the Sunday following. Well when I arrived on the Sunday the other pharmacist refused to fill the prescription, but I had done the exact same process (exact Dr, medication, and quantity) 3 months earlier. I drove far from Canada all the way to this location to have this done, well I wasted $66 gas for the 1 trip, and will waste another $66 to go again to get it filled as I cannot do without this medication. The pharmacy tech offered to fill the 10 days I had left on the file but not the full new prescription? The 10 days was the exact same as the one in my hand but it was ok to fill that one? When they had a copy of the original prescription that 100% matches the new one in my hand??????

Listened to pharmacy employees laugh at and mock a person who was speaking Spanish WHILE they were trying to pick up their prescription.Also was ignored for 5+ minutes while standing at the doordash designated pickup area (the employees were too busy laughing at the other person.)

Scheduled a Covid test for 1pm. Arrive at 12:55pm. I’m told multiple times they can’t find me. Ask for my ID to manually enter my information to get a test. There are 3-4 people by computer trying to figure out why my appointment isn’t showing up. I kept being asked to show my confirmation email for my appt. I show it to three different people. I’m asked if it’s a screenshot or an actual email. I hand them my phone. More chatter and people moving around behind the drive thru window with my phone. Phone is given back. They can’t find my appt. They asked me how I made it, I said through your website. Can’t find me. They start typing my information manually. Then finally something happens and they find my appt. This is 25 mins after my apt. Then they go on the intercom and ask me to come back in 20 mins later while they prepare my paperwork. What paperwork? This is why I signed up for appt online. On my return after 25 mins, they took an additional 10 mins getting my paperwork ready that they were going to get ready during my 20 min time away. It’s 1:50pm by now and finally my test is administered. Their systems need to be streamlined and improved.

Made an appointment for a COVID booster. Used restroom which was dirty an no papertowels.Showed up 15 minutes early as requested. Was completely ignored at the counter for 10 minutes (even when an employee made eye contact with me).*The young woman who did the intake was very good.*No one else is in line for an appointment. Twenty five minutes has passed. Ready to walk out, which would waste a booster. Sad.

I had to call all around townd town trying to find a walgreens with my prescription in stack and the main pharmacist picked up the phone and asked me what the name of the prescription was and i couldn’t remember the name because I’ve never taken it before, and i barely finished my sentence before she very rudely said “i can’t help you”. I know they have a system where they can look up what the drug is called if the prescription has been called in already. Very rude and unpleasant.

Bad experience here today with two different employees being rude to me independently and completely unnecessarily. I miss the meridian walgreens being the one with the longest hours in town. They were always friendlier and more professional. Today was just another example of this. You shouldn't lie to customers about lane closures. And if you do make a mistake, communicate more clearly. They closed a lane that I was next in line for, and as soon as I drove around to the other (very long) lane , they immediately reopened the lane (15 seconds) without telling me that it was reopened. I had thought it might be closed until I saw people getting prescriptions there, and it was too late. Also, you should tell a customer something (ideally "thank you") when the transaction is complete. Dead silence is not polite, and leaves me wondering if something else needs to happen before the transaction is complete.

The pharmacy staff is rude and aggressive...their energy was jolting! I was there to get a covid test and treated as if I were being booked into jail!! They were also very rude to the person in the drive thru spot next to me, not to mention violating HIPAA laws. This woman had a prescription and asked her what medication she was picking up and WHY SHE NEEDED IT! If she has a prescription, all that's needed is her id... if they don't have it they can say so. This place needs to fire the staff and get some people who actually want to work there, show great customer care and who also know how to protect patients information and privacy. I worked for years as a HIPAA consultant and implemented the laws into many offices ...this place is a cesspool of HIPAA violations as well as low vibrational energy. Shame on you Walgreens!

Time to find a new pharmacy. As a patient, you are allowed to call your script refill in over the phone. Walgreens allows you to agree to a pick up time. Then you drive all the way there to learn they don’t have the medication and it would need to be ordered and will take a few days to arrive. This has happened to us numerous times with this Walgreens and it seems there should be a better way method so patients aren’t driving in for nothing. Incredibly frustrating!
