Update: It's been a while since I've been here, and today I was surprised to see an armed security guard, and the checkouts have been replaced by self-checkouts. When we visited on a Monday afternoon, there didn't seem to be employees on the floor like there used to be, and nobody approached us. We found everything all right, though. A couple things were not priced so I looked them up online. Really doesn't seem to be as customer-focused anymore. The plants were all in good shape though. And the store seemed pretty well stocked.Original: It's a typical Home Depot. Went in for Christmas decorations and we weren't disappointed -- lots of trees, lights, yard decorations, and evergreen swags! Always reliable.

I had to take the time to single out for praise, both Amelia and Jon. They were just so helpful and the type of personalized Customer Service they gave, is all too uncommon anymore.I just hope Home Depot realizes how lucky they are to have these fine folks on their team!

Stopped there today and honestly found it hard to get answers to the questions we needed. Then we found Nathan. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He helped us find what we needed, recommended other stuff that we had questions about, and even loved on my pup. Nathan saved the day and definitely made our experience a great one!

I went in to get help with my car key twisting. Couldn't find an employer to help me, went to customer service and the lady rudely snapped at me "what do you want?" I told her I needed help with the key and she rolled her eyes and told me to find someone in hardware. I went to hardware. There was one employee I found and he said he had no idea what to do. This place is a disaster. Won't be back.

I had a lot of help from all the employees to help me find the things that I need. And one guy that was a customer that came there often show me the best bedroom door lock that was the easiest for me to install myself.. everyone there was very friendly and helpful!

I used to be a more frequent customer here until they reduced staff and only seem to open half of their self checkout registers.I’m sure this is a wise move to increase profits for the shareholders in the short term, but creates a poor customer experience with increased lines. Easy fix, simply open all the registers! I’m not even asking for more staffed registers.Another easy fix, just shop local instead as Hardware Sales has everything you need.

Filthy parking lot..Drug users abound with Security standing under the entrance awning hands in pocket.Internet said the store had a tool IN STOCK, but no one could find ANY of the 20 stated as being available AT THE STORE.Sadly, I'm a large shareholder of stock and this store had me rethinking retaining shares

Spent several minutes speaking with several people trying to find out if they sell 5-gallon drinking water, but nobody at the store knew and they couldn't figure out how to find out. very dysfunctional.

Long story. Went to HD shopping for a refrigerator. Looked at a Samsung Bespoke French door with auto fill pitcher and water dispenser with door in door access. Sales person showed us all the features and decided to purchase at the sale price quoted. They delivered the wrong middle because sales associate ordered different model. 1 number off. We refused delivery and contacted Bellingham store. After 4 disconnected calls because no one answered for customer service and explained situation. They said all they can do is refund to card and we capurchase the one we asked for but now it was $400 more. I asked for manager. They would not connect me said not available and sai manager will not give us fridge for price quoted by sales associate. Never shopping GD again

Worst experience of my life... Home Depot just isn't what it used to be. Order was to ship a couple days after I ordered on their flatbed from store... Get notified the next day it would be a week later. Okay, cool that's fine. The day of the order delivery, I get notified that they ran out of room on the truck and cannot deliver. No deliveries available until the following week. I ask if we can reduce the order size and/or utilize another store. Not able to. Their online ordering still says deliveries available the next day if ordered today. HUGE disconnect between what their stores are capable of I guess and what corporate thinks they can handle. Probably doesn't help that they seem to have replaced half their staff with armed security in stores. Maybe you should have kept some other employees? Not to mention getting calls a week after ordering saying they need to charge me more money for pallets. Maybe stuff like that should be mentioned/implemented with the website... Need to cancel... Cannot get through to the store being shipped from. Tried cancelling through online customer service since I ordered ONLINE. Cannot do that because it is being shipped from store. Guess I will just keep trying to call and use Lowes.

This was my go-to store as I just bought a house and have tons of DIY projects and as much I hate leaving bad reviews I want to warn others of problematic retailers. This store left me hanging mid-project with all but essential materials. I was promised a 1 hour pickup. Then went to store after 5 hours to check on order and customer service point blank said that the 1 hour promise was for show. Wasn’t notified till 9 pm that order couldn’t be completed. Had they said something at the store I likely could have made other arrangements. Now Im left with no way to complete my project. Avoid if service and reliability are remotely important to you.

This Home Depot was a horrible experience. Waited around for about 45 minutes to find someone to help me in tools. Everything is locked up. They don’t realize as a worker my time is valuable. There’s employees walking around but they don’t do anything. After 45 minutes a lady helped me but she was very rude and had a bad attitude. Also I have a problem with the security guys with guns walking around. If there not police officers then they shouldn’t be armed. Also The video camera’s at the self checkout makes me wonder about facial recognition theft. I will never shop there again. It’s better to pay more somewhere else than to stand around in there waiting to buy a power tool and probably safer too considering the guys with guns

It was the worst they have one cash register open and expected me to check myself out at a self-checkout the line was long and I asked if they could open another cash register and the lady said no I will never shop there again if I do not have to see the pictures of all the workers and one checker
