This carpet cleaning experience could not have gone better. The two team members were professional, helpful, and friendly. Above all, there was no scent left in my carpets and they are super clean and restored to a nearly new look. I am going to use this company again soon for a couple of rooms that I didn't have done this time around. I hardly recommend this company!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It was easy to schedule, even working around some of our needs. They scheduled a precise time, not a range. The delivery people are experienced and thoughtful about moving furniture to remove and later replace area rugs. The gentleman who cleaned our carpeted stairs even offered to use a different tool if his chosen one was too loud. And the rugs look terrific.

We were quoted a price over the phone. When Josh arrived, he did an assessment and gave us the correct figure. I was a third less. Thats because the person on the phone didn't know the size of the rooms being cleaned. I was most impressed with the honesty of Josh and the job he performed. Just had our furniture cleaned, as well as carpet on stairs. This is the 4th time we've used Swans. They always do an amazing job! In the past I had thought we would need to replace carpet, but it came out so clean, it looked like new. We have had large, long-coated dogs that were allowed on all our furniture (for years). Our last dog passed away recently, so I called Swans to clean the furniture again. It looks fantastic!!! Also, the stairs have carpet on them and had never been cleaned before. The carpet looks brand new. In addition, they are curtious, professional, take time to answer any questions. I love Swans and highly recommend them. I would not use any other company. Over the past few years, they have shampooed a 9×12 rug in their shop, 2 different types of installed carpet, plain and fancy area rugs. They don't make a mess. Even the outdoor equipment is clean. All the staff I've met are helpful and very competent. And they don't charge much.

Swan's Carpet Cleaning is my go to place for my own personal property as well as my client's homes. Never got past the phone calls. Several times I spoke to a new employee who was unable to provide much information which necessitated calling back at hours incompatible with work. Spoke to one person who was a bit more helpful. When it came time to actually getting the service, spoke with a very rude person in their office. However, after that phone call, no way would I trust them. I asked how long it might take, no particular rush on my end, I was simply told in a very rude tone "you can drop it off Monday through Friday" several times. That does not answer an ordinary question.Customer service and knowledge count for a lot. I understand new staff need time to learn, but there must also be acknowledgement it puts the customer in the awkward position of calling back and seeking out accurate information from an individual who may or may not be there. Furthermore, to be met with such an uncompromising attitude is not place I want to give my money nor would I steer anyone their direction. They should be able to answer questions about their service knowledgeably. Unfortunately, in this case, they could not do so.

Very impressed with Jake! He asked us if we had any questions or concerns he needed to be aware of before starting, also he did not need to use our water or power as other companies have. Nor did he dispense of the waste water here. Offered us booties if we needed carpeted area before it was fully dry - just good old fashioned customer service and he did a great job! Fantastic cleaning crew.
