WOW, what a surprise. An excellent selection of ALL sorts of things (Brand Name products, some top of the line) from clothing to shoes to outdoor gear, children's clothing, luggage, home decor, candles and snacks. Pricing is very competitive, and the sales staff are VERY nice.

Went recently during a bad rain/snow storm. They had hardly any staff who could make it in, and had to close the store early in order for folks to get home safetly. I arrived at 4:09, after they closed, but an employee saw me standing at the door. She (Lynn is her name), came over and opened the door. It had been an hour drive to get there, and she let me in to pickup and online order, so that I did not have to come back another day. VERY good customer service!

Generally love this store, but most recently had a frustrating encounter at checkout. I really wanted to get this backpack but it was locked up and didn't have a price. I looked around the store for an employee, found none. Went to checkout to pay for the items I already had only for the cashier to tell me that I should have waited in line to ask about the backpack. I was then told I could get the backpack but only if I waited in line again. I ended up not getting it because the line was long and I likely would have had to wait 30+ mins. I felt as if no one cared that I made the sale.

The manager at this store was amazing. I bought a pair of Keen hiking boots a few weeks back. After less than 10 miles hiking, the sole pulled away from the boot upper in two spots. Contacting Keen was wholly unhelpful. They told me to go to where I bought them, as their only recourse was a lengthy warranty process and partial cost credit. The manager at Sierra listened, understood, and refunded my money for a worn pair of shoes! Great work Sierra! That's why I keep coming back.

I stopped by to process a return of an item purchased online. The return went very smoothly and was painless. Nice selection of items here, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Noticed some really good deals on several name brand outdoor clothing items as I browsed through the store.

Great selection of items at decent prices. However, they are without a doubt the SLOWEST business when it comes to checkout. When we shop here we have to factor in an extra 10-15mins just to get through the line. Unbelievably inefficient.

Not really any values or deals at Sierra any longer. It was once a place to find great value for high quality merchandise. No longer. Now it just has average prices for average goods in an increasingly run down setting. There is still an occasional worthwhile deal online, but not much to see in the physical stores any more.

I had a lot of returns (online purchases that I consolidated into one trip to the store) and the lady at the counter was nice about it. I like the stuff from Sierra — lots of quality stuff at cheap prices (overstock, closeout/last year’s model, or slightly irregular) which is completely fine for a recreational hobbyist like me.If I want something specific, like a particular backpack or sleeping bag, I would probably look elsewhere. If I need to replenish a vague item (e.g. socks), this is a fine place to get them! I got a bunch of Bobo Oat Bars for half the retail price and they had a normal expiration date too 😎

Consistently great products at a lower price than you might think. I was in the market for shoes and found many to choose from. I was particularly seeking shoes with leather uppers or, at least, waterproof shoes. I narrowed my choice to two pair, but I could have purchased others as there were numerous pairs that fit my criteria.I always check the clothing racks while visiting the store because I can generally find items that are useful for my active life. I found a top that I could use for numerous months as it is sun friendly material and will keep me from needing to sunscreen my arms.

If you are looking for sports equiptment in discount price. This is the place to be. Dig for jam...!! Found a pair of snow goggle which normally cost around $180 and its $50 for the brand but there are more discounted goggles.

Great store and great prices. But when an employee tells me that military and veterans discounts are for active duty only when they call it a military and veteran discount. They need to look up the meaning of the word Veteran (post military service). I honestly don’t care for the discount it just becomes a matter of the principal. I get how cutting it down to active duty only helps the bottom line of the companies profit margins. However the real bottom line is they could car less about veterans who honorable did their time or someone currently putting on a uniform. I called their corporate store and we’ll store #55 you are wrong.

horrible customer service, they want to close early every night. and gaslight you saying it’s 9:30 and they are now closed over the intercom when its 9:15… and act like you’re being inconsiderate when your still in the building 15 mins before closing. if you want to close early say that then, just say your closing early at 9:15 tonight don’t lie and say it’s 9:30 when it’s 9:15. or change the time you close on google! big reason why i will not be returning terrible management.

My husband and I love this outdoor focused store. We love the changing variety of items for each season and visit about 3 times a month. We love shopping here for the holidays and birthdays. It is also easy to return stuff if needed.

Can't tell what this store is supposed to be. A random mis-match of overpriced stuff. I didn't buy anything, but Still somehow managed to set their alarm off when leaving and was followed by security when I didn't stop on the way out. FYI I am under zero obligation to waste my time because your alarm misfires. I've never stolen from anywhere, but if I did, it certainly wouldn't be from this wierd store.
