Mr. Skip and I discovered Shake and Shine when we moved here in 2017 and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. We appreciate not having to make an appointment for nail clipping and /or self-wash bath. This place is clean and friendly, easily the best dog wash we’ve ever been to, highly recommended.

Would give this place a 5🌟for their wonderful staff & clean facilities but the owner is AWFUL. She has been rude to us the only two interactions we've had when she is there working. Her staff are completely different when she is not there. They seem timid and afraid of her. Found a WAY better spot that we will now be taking our precious elderly dog. Wish I had never met the owner. She ruined a good thing. Bailey's Neighborhood Pet is not only less expensive but welcoming and a wonderful place to go

Wonderful experience! Had no idea what to expect coming in, the staff here are just the nicest. It's du clean, open and well ventilated. Great tubs to wash the dogs in, you're not breaking your back in them. They have everything you'd need as well, and ready to answer any questions you may have.

This was my pup’s first time at Shake and Shine and it was a great experience! We opted for the self service wash and self grooming. The customer service was amazing and I was grateful for her guidance. Price was great, too! We’ll definitely be back.

Best place in town. They care for each pet on a individual basis. I’ve never been disappointed in their service. I have a 15 year old lab with special needs and she comes out clean & happy every time! Monica is so professional and her staff does a great job. Walk in nail trims are so convenient.

I popped in on a Saturday afternoon while I was walking around downtown with my dog waiting for our car to be serviced. Not only was I immediately greeted, but the shop was clean, and my dog felt incredibly comfortable inside. We took advantage of the self service and gave her the full treatment. I was educated and supported throughout my time washing my dog. I wanted to do a flea prevention bath, and I was provided with so much education, knowledge, product, and support to ensure I knew how to best support my dog. The pricing is super reasonable, the staff are very friendly, the space is clean, and there is a nice product selection available to shop from. My dog and I will definitely be going back!

Ckean and efficient. A great place to wash your dogs. Products were as advertised: we got the I Rolled in It package and our pet was fragrant and beautiful when we finished. Staff are friendly and helpful, generous with supplies and grooming tools. Been to several self service dog washes, but this one was the best. Conveniently located with easy street parking.

5 stars for this owner; she is delightful and hires great workers. I have a larger dog and would need to use the self-serve option, but smaller dogs can get bathed & groomed. I also like the brand of CBD products that they carry for dogs, which helped my dog get through an eye removal.

Dog rolled in a dead seal carcass. Shake & Shine took us in despite it being last minute with no appointment, and the dog's bath was already set up when we got there. The shampoo eliminated the stink in minutes (they have a menu of different shampoos with different purposes), and she gave me some bathing tips. This business also sells quality leashes, collars, accessories, treats, and shampoos- I'll be coming back :)

I've been coming to Shake & Shine since they first opened, and they are awesome! The owner Monica is kind and professional and my Golden Retriever responds well to her (she's a bit of a nervous Nelly). I now live in North Seattle and I still drive up to Bellingham for the grooming appointments - Nothing else compares and it is worth the trip! :)

I have a nervous dog and we get her nails trimmed here. The staff does really well with her and makes the nail trimming process so much easier than at home. Their retail section has lots of great treat options as well!

Took my 6 year old mini dachshund here for a full service wash, she’s never been to a groomer before, and both the staff and the environment were very welcoming and calmed my nerves immediately! Lucy is not a fan of nail trims or brushing, and Emma did a fantastic job on her nails and made her silkier than she’s ever been! Thank you so much and we will be coming back here again!

This place is great! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I love the walk-in nail service, and they are very gentle with my old dog. It's been hard finding appointments for groomers, so having a place to bathe her that keeps her fur out out of the tub drain has been handy.

What a great place. Brought my little doggo in to bath him and get his nails clipped. He hates both. Clipping of nails went fast and smoothly, they are the professionals! Then time for me to bath him. They hooked me up with shampoo, conditioner, towels and brushes. They even had peanut butter to help keep him distracted. So great to bath him while I'm standing!! It was great experience for both me and the pup. I actually really enjoyed it. We will be back soon!

My favorite dog wash! I love that they make squeeze bottles of shampoo and conditioner ready to use! Stations are clean, ear cleaners, brushes and combs, clean towels ready! Great experience for your pup!

We take our 2 little dogs for nail trims. One is older so it's hard for him to stand and balance. The other is scared and acts out sometimes. Monica puts them safely in a sling and takes her time and does a great job with them!

Went in for self service wash and grooming. Staff was extremely helpful and provided all the tips and tricks I needed to get the job done. Price is excellent too. Definitely recommend, it'll save your back.

Love this place! I take my small dog about once per month to get his nails trimmed and filed. The woman who does that is great with dogs and always makes sure to get every last nail. If I had a larger or hairier dog I'd for sure wash them here.

Awesome little establishment. The owner is a total sweetheart and was so sweet to my dog. She offers free baths to rescue dogs fresh out of the shelter and her store is so clean and organized. It's just a nice place with great features. The water temp is set right out of the faucet so your dog isn't cold or getting scolded. They supply everything you could need and they take care of the mess. I highly recommend this place. They also stock a decent selection of shampoos, treats, collars, leashes and toys.

Cheap, accommodating, all sorts of really nice shampoos and conditioners, great tubs,water set right, blow dryer available which made for a quick dry and the employees did her nails for cheap. I have a super timid dog but she was able to relax. I'll be going back!
