Crystal Henry is an incredibly talented hair artist. Im 56 and going grey, I have long fine hair but i have a lot and its curly! Crystal did my wedding hair and it was fantastic. Far beyond my wildest dreams. I felt beautiful and very feminine on my wedding day and I got so many compliments. I highly recommend her for your artistry, creativity, vast experience and great personality.

I would 100% recommend getting your hair cut and colored by Caitlyn! I went in to get my hair cut and colored about a week before my engagement pictures and I love the way it turned out! She listened to what I wanted and also gave me recommendations on what she thought would be best for my hair. I have gone to many places and I tend to be very picky about the way my hair is done and I thought it turned out amazing! She is also very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Caitlyn!! I will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing first cut and color with Alex this week. She understood exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. The ambiance of the salon was also lovely. They have well curated and affordable clothes and accessories to browse which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years to see Nicci for cuts and they have always been consistently great! Recently I got the opportunity to work with a newer stylist named Caitlyn for a balayage. She was so careful, thorough, and I left with hair even more beautiful than the picture I showed her! She has great attention to detail and is a perfectionist which I really appreciated. She was also just sweet and easy to talk to. Don’t hesitate to book with Caitlyn, she is great!!

Slaon Bellissima is the best! The atmosphere is SUPER relaxing and cute. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I recently went in for a cut and balayage....I LOVE IT! I've got a ton of compliments and every time I look in the mirror it makes me smile. I would highly recommend this salon and Nicci!!

Stylist was very rough with my wet hair (I have long hair), ripping at it and could hear/feel it snapping. Felt like she didn't care about damaging it at all. If anyone who works there sees this: you should detangle long hair with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush working from the ends up, BEFORE ripping into it with a blow dryer and round brush. I just went in to get my ends trimmed so it wasn't botched or anything but I was definitely worried about damage and it wasn't a good experience, not going back.

I worked with Kyla, and she was very nice, and easy to talk to, and gave me a perfect cut! She worked very well with my poor instructions, and managed to give me the exact cut I wanted. All the staff there were super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend

Was looking for a new salon. I have always liked salons more than barber shops just as a personal preference. Decided to give this place a try and loved it. The staff was very friendly and helped me figure out what I was thinking about my hair. Friendly, clean, professional, and the rest of the stylists were all having friendly conversations with their clients. It seemed like everyone knew each other.I am glad I went here and looking forward to making it my new place to get a haircut.

Shannon Brinkerhoff did an amazing job of coloring my hair. She was really sweet and loved how it turned out. I had someone else cut my hair in the salon that same day since Shannon could only color my hair. I had a consultation before hand and let the person cutting my hair know how I wanted my bangs. I let her know how the person beforehand has cut my bangs really thick and I had grown them out. She later mentioned that she had messed up and cut them how I told her I didn’t want them. She tried her best to make them look better. Honestly don’t know if I would come back due to that. I am very conflicted. The environment, the people, the products are all nice, but I am so upset with my hair. I wanted to try out this salon, currently with my hair I have a very bright icy-white toner that I renew every 4-6 weeks at another salon, but I wanted to give this place a try. From the consultation and in the beginning, I've communicated to the best of my ability my concerns and expectations with my hair. They assured me that they can match the color that I've been going for, and their confidence helped me make a decision. I got the bleached roots and toner retouch allover, however, the end result was very disappointing. My hair turned this warm brassy brown, not even close to the grey or white I was expecting. I don't know how it even turned out this way, ITS NOT EVEN A LIGHT COLOR, IT GOT DARKER THAN BEFORE, AND THAT COLOR ISN'T EVEN CONSISNENT THROUGHOUT MY HAIR. The toner process also felt rushed; I feel like the stylist knew more than they did and tried to cover up their error with excuses. I would have liked it if they were accountable for their actions instead of blaming it on their product or my hair.I know what my hair is capable of because what I explicitly requested of them is achievable, and I've had it done before.Yes- I had an initial positive experience, but if the end result was less than desired then it just ruins the whole experience entirely. Simply put, the color I wanted was not at all achieved and I am left very disappointed.Service: Hair coloring

WOW! I went to Danielle here for a Brazillian Blowout. My hair is incredibly difficult to work with, so the first one admittedly didn't take completely, so I reached back out. They had me back in ASAP and fixed it right away. This is how you get loyal customers! I'm so impressed at their kindness and quality of service. April cut my hair today and I am THRILLED with her haircut. Above and beyond so happy. It's taken me years to find another stylist that I was genuinely happy with and I finally found April and Salon Bellissima. April really took time to listen to my back story and come up with a hair style that works for my face and hair type. She is so incredibly patient and fun to work with! Clearly talented and experienced too. All the staff there were really nice too! The environment is down to earth and fun, so it's easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. Also a very gorgeous salon that is environmentally friendly. Will 100% be a repeat customer with April and they carry the brand of hair products I like. Win win. The shop was well kept and super cute. But, I have to admit, I'm disappointed with my service. I arrived at the salon with a visual aid of what I wanted and left in dissatisfaction and disbelief. The color was fine, pretty much what I wanted....the cut, however, was not. I offered to show my stylist my inspiring photo a second time to make sure she knew what I wanted and how I wanted it to compliment my facial features....but she declined.I asked for some layers as shown in the photo..but instead, I was left with short hair with one layer that did the exact opposite. I'm very upset about the way my hair turned out, and she knew that.. but she responded with (you'll get used to it). If I knew it would cost me $175 to leave disappointed, I would have chosen a different salon.(Update) I emailed them about the situation, but no response. I guess they don't take poor services seriously.

I had the best day of self care with Crystal. She did a wonderful job on my color, cut and Brazilian blowout. It was by far the best dye job I have ever received. She definitely knows what she is doing. And was a cheerful and kind person to spend the day chatting with in a salon. The salon itself is adorable, clean and has friendly staff. I went to this Salon for a hair cut that was super different to what I usually would have gotten because of good past experiences with them. April gave me the “Jennifer Anniston” haircut and after going home I realized it didn’t really suit me and I didn’t love it on me. A couple of weeks later I went back to April for some adjustments and came home LOVING my hair. She was able to take me from medium brown to platinum/icy blonde in one sitting and my hair feels healthy and silky smooth!! The salon is BEAUTIFUL! And they are super covid safe!! I don’t normally write reviews for hair salons or stylists but I loved my experience here so much they deserve all the stars. The women at this salon were not only super talented but kind and compassionate too. I’m new to the area and mentioned I was having a hard mental health time and they spent my appointment sharing their favorite things about Bellingham and that it’s okay to have bad mental health days. Good stylists are hard to find but good stylists that are also good people are harder to find. We all deserve to be pampered by the best. I couldn’t recommend this place more! I have very thick difficult to work with hair and she gave me a beautiful cut that I love. She took the time to style it for me, as well as little extras like thinning.
