They appreciate and value your support. No you don't if you did you would give them more credit than they received if you value there support. Ohh I get it you value all the support as in money you receive. But you don't show us that u value us by giving us under the belt store credit. I mean if you take a PS2 game in there with a cse and there selling that exact game you just came in to trade in for quadruple the amount you just credited them. I mean really 15cents than you turn around and sell that game you bought from me for 20$. So again you appreciate the support but you definitely don't value it. annual revenue of $1 to 2.5 million if your not sure why I thank like this well geez 2.5 annually with a staff of what 5 maybe 7 staff they making 30,000 a year if that. So that's about under a half a million your prouble have some lease on the building but that can't be more than your paying your employees than you figure the new games you buy you get that discount cuz your buying bulk. Or it's some contract you sell so many you get a share of profits you come out way ahead that to me that's an insult

Clean, modern gaming store with a great selection of old and new. Really appreciated the video game vinyl section. Had some unique finds. Retro handheld game selection was limited, but they had such a large collection of other items there was plenty to choose from.

A great place to buy games if your local. Currently in 7/23 I sold about 50 games mixed ps4, xbox 360, xbox one and wii games I got about 80 bucks... I was disappointed because some games were worth a penny and some maybe a dollar. The sames games I sold to them where on the shelf for a minimum of 15 bucks I wish they were a little more fair with how they buy games. On a couple websites my collection was 200- 400$ so please in this day don't sell your games here go sell them yourself on the internet you'll make more👍

The store is ok but I've had some bad experiences here.When you go to the counter to check out, the guy will go into the back of the store to grab the game, Sometimes they will get a much worse quality box than the one you brought up, try to sell it for the same price, and put the box you brought up back on the shelf. Not a big deal, if you ask for the box you brought up they will give it to you, it's just annoying and feels like you're getting duped a bit. I like a nice quality box when I buy a game, I want the one I brought to the counter thanks.Also, tried buying a ps2 controller from here. The first one I bought had a broken rumble pack, made a loud noise whenever it went off, would have been noticed immediately if it was tested at all. I traded it in for their other ps2 controller, when I got home I realized it was filthy, it was seriously nasty. I cleaned it for a while and it works fine but I'm honestly shocked they sold the controller in that condition. I would say be cautious buying second hand controllers or consoles, seems like they buy anything and sell it for full price without testing or cleaning.

They've integrated the next door arcade into the store. So I played some pinball while deciding what to get. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well earned at least 5 stars!

I felt I got ripped off of my games, especially since when I looked around and check the prices for the games (all lightly used) they shoulda been at least $18 - $25 each ( except for a few) but I ended up getting less than half of what they were worth in cash. Also the employee didn't seem very friendly or nice.

I love going to Reset Games! There is an amazing selection of retro games, new games, and knowledgeable staff. I've always been a Nintendo girl and love that I can find my old favorites on the N64 and new Switch games to fall in love with all in the same store. It's also a great place to find unique gifts! I found an e-tank mug to give my friend for his birthday. Thanks Reset Games!

Will raise their prices above MSRP if something is selling for more on ebay. Was offered a 900$ PS5 right before the last wave of product.Got mine a week later for MSRP on Amazon with an invite.

Best place for vintage gaming. The prices may sometimes be a little higher but I love the idea of supporting my local gaming business, especially one that carries everything, not just the most profitable/popular items. The people are super knowledgeable and friendly. They always seem to have just what I'm looking for, new or vintage. And the arcade games are a nice touch!!! I also love being able to call in and get a ball park of what my item could be worth as a trade in, thanks to the people that make this gaming experience happen!!!

I bought a 3ds that was malfunctioning. After calling and speaking to one of the managers, Phil, he went above and beyond to help me find a working model, pay me back in full, or come to a compromise, diligently, until I was satisfied with my purchase. This company has amazing customer service and more important, integrity, that you do not see with most modern businesses. They fix their problems when they arise. I doubt any other gaming retailer comes close to these guy's work ethic. Amazing work!

Local gamestop style game store! Solid prices, nice selection and knowledgeable staff. No reason to go to the competition! They even have a great selection of retro games and consoles. They also have a solid plushie and puzzle area. Great gift options! Owners are a nice local couple and so it feels great to support them.

My (grown) son not only runs a video game development company, he has exhibited his collection of vintage gaming consoles in a museum. When he days, "that's rare", it is an endorsement from a voice of authority.Reset Games offers just that. Incredible selection of new and vintage with staff that really (!) know their stuff.Buying a gift for someone who also really knows their stuff is anxiety provoking. Awesome game store. They had the 72 pin connector for my NES and a really good selection of games from old to new. Plus they have an arcade next door. Great store.Edit...Reset Games has now expanded its store for way more room and now has a bunch of arcade coin op games in the store.

Reset Games has everything you want from a gaming store. Their staff is extremely helpful. They clearly love games. Their selection includes new consoles, new special edition consoles (whole supplies last) and a good array of older systems going back decades, both handheld and not.I love supporting local businesses, and Reset Games makes this both easy and satisfying. They are always my first choice for game stores.

Very Nice people Staff ♥️ they know how to help you as best as they can. I used to do pull ups on the roof thingy out front climbed up there and sat and as I was sitting I ate my tuna fish sandwich and drank my strawberry milk someone down below taught me to do the Macarena up there so I did it for hours got tired and got me some bbq at my neighbors.

We love this place! It's a tiny little hole in the wall. But it has a lot of things to look over. I am personally impressed with their amount of XBox 360 components. The games in that area are somewhat limited, but they have some good stuff. You can find all the newest games here for SURE. They have some game guides here as well, and also offer Gift Cards for locals to gift which is a good idea for a gamer in the family. We are kinda a family of gamers though so we tend to hit this location up often when we have a birthday or holiday coming up that requires presents! They are also very friendly and helpful. Their return policy on buying used games and peripherals is pretty darn good too.

My absolute FAVORITE go-to video game business, and it's not even remotely close. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and they have an incredibly wide selection of games. I make it a point to drive three-plus hours one way at minimum once per month just to come by and see what they have! (Now if I had only been approved by corporate to come with my brother and shoot content about how amazing it is instead of being rejected for not providing a script *wink wink*)If you desire a particular game, console, accessory, art piece or literally ANYTHING else gaming related, you NEED to make this your first stop, PERIOD. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely come back every time I am in Bellingham. They had a huge selection of new, old and very limited games. They also had some very cool imported games without ridiculous prices like some other stores have. I got a copy of the Phoenix Wright Trilogy for the PS4. It was from Japan and somebody helped me test if it played in English for me. They went out of there way for customer service and were really great to be around. The music in the store was also amazing.

employees treat customers like everyone is trying to steal something!Oh to the owner below, that's not why. I've been in multiple times before that and have been followed around the facility and baggered after expressing multiple times that I don't need help, to a lack of response and them continuing to follow me around like me dead grandma making noise and asking every time I pick something up if I need help with it...so yeah not the ID thing, if I ment that I'd have said oh be careful and make sure to bring in the ID with same name as Debit/credit card or you can't get your game

Great customer service. They tested a console that I had purchased at goodwill when they didn't have to and had all the hook ups I needed. Great selection of new and retro games. The pinball side of the store is fun too. They fix broken consoles too. Always friendly. A Bellingham gamer stable.
