If you have a sweet tooth, walk into Pure Bliss. After dinner nearby, my wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law popped into Pure Bliss for dessert. Here’s our experience.1) Food: Going at around 9 p.m., many desserts were sold out, but still the counter was filled with New York style cheesecake, Russian tea cookies, pistachio cake, and more.Everyone loved their dessert- pistachio cake, eggnog cheeecake, New York cheesecake, and a chocolate brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If the cake slices are too big, other the petite slice.2) Service: It was excellent- friendly and attentive. If you don’t know what to order, staff will help you out!3) Space: With white tiles and neon lights, the space is inviting. There are plenty of places to sit. There are two unisex restrooms in the back.

Ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend and Megan who emailed with me was so nice and responded so quickly and made the process easy and fast. The cake turned out perfect. The flavor was amazing and the atmosphere is so cute. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute treat to a customized birthday cake. Exquisite atmosphere and delectable desserts! A slice of Strawberry Pink Champagne cake paired perfectly with a cup of Raspberry Mocha. A fancy delicious treat that doesn't break your wallet. I also recommend the Pistachio Zucchini Lemon Loaf. Absolutely scrumptious! 😋👌Pure Bliss is such a little touch of heaven conveniently located in Downtown Bellingham. A hidden gem!If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend Pure Bliss. They also have a generous selection of Champagne, Wine & ales to compliment your sweet treat selection! Y'all cakes are amazing!!!!! 10000/100 absolutely! But y'all sell coffee. I got a delivery today and it legit tastes like Colombia bulk coffee. Ain't nobody tell me I don't know what that tastes like, I drank it every morning for almost 8 years when I was at my last job. Maybe switch to a lighter roast for your coffee drinks. The benefit is a less bitter taste and more caffeine! Ngl I will never like a cake more than I like yours, so rest assured I'm a customer for life ❤️

Purchased a wedding cake plus delivery to venue. I was super happy with the entire process from ordering through delivery. I started 7 months in advance with Pure Bliss to get on their busy calendar. Each layer of the three layer cake was different and excellent! Delivery was prompt and they decorated the cake at the venue with edible flowers I purchased at Nimbus Farms just a bit North of Bellingham. Communication with Renee was excellent from the beginning. I highly recommend this bakery.

I've been coming here since December 2022, and I always have a delicious, relaxing time whenever I dine here!! The cakes, whether regular or vegan, are hearty, hefty, and the perfect amount of rich and sweet. The drinks might have a little to be desired (the hot chocolate could use more chocolate) but I never fail to get them anyway because they pair well with the cake.Also! The atmosphere is so romantic and eclectic that I always stay an extra time after I finish my food just to soak in the vibes. They decorate for every holiday and have a couple of monthly cake flavors so it's always new and different whenever you go in!Vegetarian options: They have vegan options for cake!Kid-friendliness: I've seen a lot of kids come here with their parents so I think it's safe to say it's kid-friendly.

I do want to preface my sister ordered the cake, and I did not buy it. $48ishFood: berries and cream cake. The best part about this cake was that it was not as sweet as normal cakes which is a major plus. The cream cheese layers were good, but the outer layer was way too thick and the sprinkles added nothing. The cake itself was crumbly and very low tiered.Service: I was sent to pick this cake up. I thought it was like some places I’ve been to where your name is on it and you find yours and take it. To the left there was a freezer that was see through and I thought that was where I was supposed to pick it up. All other freezers were not see through, so the fact they put this one right by the door seems odd. A lady came over and asked me what I was doing and said pick up line is over there. Sorry! The pick up line had 2 people ahead of me and by their faces I could tell they were waiting a while. The employees didn’t seem to care that both lines were backed up and 1 was out the door. They didn’t pick up their speed. The lady at the front asked how long it’d take, the dude in front of me did too and then I gave the name for my pick up order after she asked for theirs. Waiting off to the side there was an older lady who looked absolutely disappointed. A guy came out and said they can’t find her order and she had to pull up the confirmation email by phone…ridiculous that Pure Bliss can’t be organized especially around the holidays. Even though it’s the holidays, you should know that customers are going to be coming in more so planning accordingly should have been done. After I had given my pick up name 3 more people did. The 2 in front of me got their orders, the 3 behind me did too. I had to ask someone to check cuz it had been 20 mins by then and I got places to be. I also watched plenty of people who were in the normal order line get their stuff. If my sister put in the order and it’s supposed to be for pick up then I don’t see why pick up has to wait longer than walking in off the street. The lady who they couldn’t find her order requested a refund and then they magically found her order. Kinda suspicious.Atmosphere: it was a comfy and cozy looking place. The decor was cute.Overall, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The service aspect is the reason why. And the flavor of the cake was meh. Nothing that made me wanna tell someone to try this. I’d recommend the strawberry shortcake or tiramisu from Fred Meyer or even Whole Foods.

Pure Bliss baked our wedding cutting cake and it was beautiful and SO delicious. We had Raspberries & Cream which was tasty but light enough for a warm day, and the raspberry frosting gradient around the base was the perfect understated decoration. Because we got married on Ski to Sea weekend, we were unable to book them as a 'wedding' baker but there were absolutely no problems doing it as a normal 'order ahead' and the staff were so courteous and detailed that I never worried about the order being cancelled or mistaken. I hope they never discontinue this flavor so we can order it again for all the anniversaries to come :) Photos by TMInspired Photography!

I have been coming to this place for at least six or seven years, and it never fails to impress. They have such a wide variety of desserts, everything from traditional cake, to vegan and gluten-free options, tarts, cookies, breads, as well as a full selection of espresso drinks. This is a favorite place for me to bring my daughters for a special occasion, birthday, or holiday. They mix up the varieties of cakes, so there is always something new to try. Their cheesecake as amazing as well.

Went in to get some birthday treats and needed some specific dietary restrictions met. The person behind the counter went out of her way to help, got a big binder out with all ingredients and made great suggestions.The treats here are always great and somehow the service is just as good. Gem of a spot.

I had a slice of vegan carrot cake and it was amazing! I liked how prominent the spice was, and it was so moist - you would never guess it was vegan. I thought it looked like a big piece, but it felt like it was gone in the blink of an eye because I could not make myself slow down.The shop was also a very nice place to stay and enjoy my dessert. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of seating: booths with outlets, traditional tables, and patio. Very pleasant staff.

Pure Bliss is delicious! But I'd like to point out their fantastic customer service. We went there today and it was packed! My son has some sensory issues and problems in crowds. He tends to shut down and have difficulty making choices when he is overwhelmed. Liam helped us and was absolutely amazing! He was so patient and helpful and kind.

5 stars .great atmosphere.In my opinion I would vote Pure Bliss and Hardware Sales two locations in Bellingham that are uniquely above the scale of the city. Not all cities have similar comparisons.Next time I am there will grab a piece of cakeKeep baking the goods!

By far the best cupcakes I've ever had.We ordered 8 dozen cupcakes and 1 vegan, gluten-free chocolate cake for our wedding and the Pure Bliss team made everything so easy. We were able to order online and everything was ready/good to go on the morning of our wedding.Because of some guests' (and perhaps more importantly, the bride's) dietary restrictions and allergies, we ordered a mix of regular and vegan/gluten-free options. Not only didn't people seem to notice the difference between the two (although they were clearly labeled), it seemed many guests preferred the vegan/gluten-free options!The only downside to the cupcakes being soooooo good was that, even with such a large order, we didn't really have any cupcakes leftover after the wedding. People weren't shy about returning for seconds.Whether you just want a single cupcake or need to offer a sweet treat to dozens of people with varying dietary restrictions or food allergies, I'd recommend Pure Bliss again and again.

A really nice place to get dessert and just chill/hangout for a bit. The inside space is pretty big and comfortable; definitely a good place to go for a sugary snack and beverage. The staff is also really nice and knowledgeable about their stuff so if you have any questions they can answer them for you. :)This time we had the chocolate moose and the earl Gray moose with a vanilla Italian soda and the honey coffee. The honey coffee paired perfectly with the cake.

They have a variety of desserts here like cakes, tarts, custards and pies. I tried a couple and they were great. Good chocolate flavor and rich texture.The seating area is small but pleasant. It was not busy on a weekday afternoon, but could be more crowded other times. You could easily get desserts to go.

I considered several bakeries in the area when planning my wedding, but decided to go with Pure Bliss because they’re a local Bellingham business and they had the best prices. I decided to do a dessert bar and a small cutting cake rather than a full wedding cake. The dessert bar price includes stand rentals, delivery, and dessert bar set up. There are lots of options for desserts and you can schedule a tasting to try them. We ended up serving 3 different dessert bars and they were a huge hit with our guests. Everyone at Pure Bliss was very kind and helpful. It was easy to work with the event team over email to schedule our tasting and order our desserts. The desserts were delivered on time and looked beautiful. Our cutting cake looked super classy and tasted amazing. Pure Bliss’ chocolate cake is so incredibly moist, I highly recommend it!! the desserts here are insanely good! the slices of cake my friend and i had were both a bit too rich to eat here often, but i don’t think that’s a real downside. just means that they’re great when you want to treat yourself :) lots of vegan and GF options and the ambiance is lovely as well.

My only complaint about this place is that I didn't have time to try one of everything. All the treats looked delicious, but we finally settled on a lemon tart, creme brulee, and ice cream a la mode. With the coffee and adult drink options, it seems like a perfect place to have a mini celebration of any occasion.

Chocolate Bliss, Can Confirm!!First visit, saw a huge line out the door, thought we’d walk around until near closing and sneak in closer to closing for a to go treat. Still a line.Worth the queue? Yuppp! There’s a reason this place is popular. The deserts are beautiful, they have booze, and decor is stunning.Lots of outside and inside seating!

Love Pure Bliss. I've never had a bad dessert. The pink champagne cake they have for valentine's day is probably my favorite. The berries and cream is soooo delicious as well. The seasonal cakes really are amazing. There was a bourbon pecan over the holidays that was addictive and drool worthy.

We eloped at Mt.Baker National Forest back in September and I ordered our cake from here. We are from Missouri, so the whole ordering process happend through email and Renee made it seamlessly easy! We got exactly what we wanted and the cake was not only beautiful, but the best tasting cake we've ever had!! We got the Tall Petite Satellite cake, Berries and Cream with raspberry sweetcream on the inside and it was so amazing! The cake served 8 of us and we even had leftovers for breakfast the next day. I wish we lived in Washington because I would probably be in here all the time. I definitely know when we go back, that we'll be stopping in again!

This is a very nice spot for dessert with friends. I had a slice of chocolate hazelnut cake: tasty rich cake, delicious fudgy filling, and a slightly tangy buttercream. I also had a cup of tea, and I was pleasantly surprised that the server brought a ramekin for the teabag. Casual, comfy atmosphere. Several gluten-free options and a vegan carrot cake are available as well. Highly recommend!
