Neeko has been tattooing me for almost two years now, and is an incredibly talented and kind artist who is very passionate about art and tattooing. With each tattoo I’ve gotten, he always exceeds my expectations with his designs. Not only is the shop beautiful and clean, but it’s a comforting and safe environment. He always talks me through his process, and I trust him enough to have total freedom and creativity when it comes to my tattoos. I highly recommend both him and Raigen to anyone who is looking to add a gorgeous piece of art to their body!

Prism tattoo is the best tattoo shop I have every had the luxury of getting a piece done from. Neeko is not just skillful, he is passionate. When we talked about my tattoo he was kind and professional. He was genuinely honest with what to expect during the tattoo process and how healing would happen. During the tattoo, we had wonderful conversation and he helped my misses and I decide on what would be fun to do in Bellingham. I am coming back to this shop, not just for the amazing work, but also the wonderful people. This place is worth it!

Neeko and Raigen are both extremely skilled and incredibly creative artists, and I highly recommend both of them. :)I recently got both sides of my hips/butt tattooed by Neeko, and he really took into account how the designs would flow with my body and how they would work together. They turned out to be some of my absolute favorite pieces (I won’t post here for fear of making Google mad). Also, despite getting tattooed in some pretty sensitive spots, each session was always enjoyable and I always looked forward to hanging out.I would also like to note that there were always privacy screens set up for me, which I really appreciated.Thank you again! 💖

I found Raigen on Instagram just as she and her partner were moving back up to the PNW and I am SO glad I did! She did the most GORGEOUS portrait of my little adventure dog in his natural form - forest sprite - and I couldn’t be happier with it. Full-color illustrative work is definitely an investment in both time and money…and also totally worth it when you find an artist you click with like I did with Raigen! She took my concept and made something so incredibly beautiful I can’t hardly believe it - and it healed *beautifully*. I will definitely be reaching out to the folks at Prism for future work!

This was easily one of the most enjoyable times I've spent in a shop. The shop itself is clean and wonderfully designed. Both Raigen and her Partner Neeko are Fantastic Personalities, and when your sitting still on a table of 6 hours I think pretty important. As for the Work, Raigen went beyond what I could have imagined and I think the Art truly speaks for itself. 10/10 both artist are now on the top of my list for my next piece.Service: Tattoos

Raigen and her partner Neeko are incredible. They are so welcoming and professional. Prism is a very clean and comfortable space. And their tattooing ability, COME ON. They are not egotistical like some shops I have been to and really treat your tattoo like a collaboration, which I value so much. I have seen Raigen for multiple sessions, more to come, and each one has been such an amazing experience. They are priced very fairly and I believe they are two of the best artists in this area. I am SO incredibly pleased with my pieces so far and I'm excited to finish my sleeve with her!

Working with Raigen on a pant leg & she's been nothing but fabulous. Her & Neeko have the unique ability to have an open conversation with all parties in a room or keep things between you and them. I've never been to a shop that had that level of communication & openness. It's been a wonderful change of pace & makes time just fly by, specially when it's an all day event. Very lucky to have them both here in the PNW
