LOVE this store. I've been coming here for years for my cat and the staff is always amazing. Just today, they helped me finally find a treat for my cat! She's stubbornly food unmotivated, but with the treats petstop recommended, she's like a whole new cat! Definitely stop by if you're looking for a good local pet store. They're amazing!

A lot packed into a little store. High quality with a numerous amount of products to choose from. It's hard to find a Holistic brand of cat food that is actually deemed healthy and nutritious. They don't carry THE popular choice (won't name any brands) it's high heat cooked, a conglomerate of poor quality ingredients that are harmful and cause your pet to have a shorter life span. Thank you Pet Stop!

Love the free samples, I was adopting an older dog and wasn’t sure what they’d like. Also very knowledgeable staff - it seems everyone specializes in this or that, and together you get a great wealth of knowledge.

Everyone at the shop, is very kind and helpful, I come in once a month to buy Dry Minnows, for my cat. This is a catnip cat toy, that my stinky kitty loves, she's been hiding it from us and when she plays with it she knocks it all over the house, she's 6 year's old and doesn't play with any of her toys, even though I put cat nip in her other toys, but this kitty she absolutely loves it, they had ducks, bunnies, & cats, in all different colors, they are $4.99 but it's great quality toy.

We love Petstop! We recently got a new dog and the employees at PetStop have been so helpful in recommending products. They recommended beef cheek rolls for chewing because they last a good amount of time. Our dog LOVES them. They also provided a protip on using a high-end dog food that's mostly just meat as high-value treats. What a game changer! We love chatting and learning from Petstop folks.

I spent months driving all the way to Petco without realising petstop also has small pet supplies- I’m so glad I realised! It is a touch more expensive but so worth it to shop local. Every employee I’ve met has been lovely & super helpful. I highly recommend shopping here instead of big box!

They have a most friendly willing Knowledged staff. They recognize us emediately weather we bring our puppies in with us or we're just stopping by. They're treats we're fully stocked and they have free dog and cat food samples. If they don't have what your looking for , they will try and get it for you. If your pet doesn't like the food, bring the unused portion and the receipt, probably sooner than later, and they'll replace it or refund your money. They did and have done that for us several times, we just exchange. We currently have a Min Pin (Lilly) and Chihuahua (Pepper)

For a while, I drove to the big box pet stores looking for the things I needed for my dog, even though Petco is in my neighborhood. Now that I've had my dog a year, I know I can get everything I need there and if I want I can order ahead. They have just recently expanded so they have more products as well. Super friendly workers and animal lovers!

Staff is helpful and kind! The owner is just so personable, nice, and friendly! I love coming here for all my dog needs!! My dog loves the no raw hide chicken bones!! They always have clearance toys and my dog loves how many I bring home of those as well! Great Kong brand toys for a great deal!!

I’ve been using petstop for many years without much thought about it, they were close and easy. They will tell you themselves that there are other good pet stores in town and will refer you if they don’t have what you’re looking for. But pandemic shortages, an overweight older cat, and a fussy foster kitten have caused me to visit all the pet stores and ask lots of questions. PetStop staff by far have been the most willing to really help me sort out the issues and find the best products for our cats. Today they did a tricky delivery with their usual graciousness and I just felt I needed to acknowledge how wonderful they have been these past years. And they’re expanding their space! Thank you petStop!

Very cramped space with plenty of awesome product. A little expensive, but what isn't anymore? My dog loves the himalayan chews. I will definitely continue to shop here. Service is great and friendly.

The BEST pet store in the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Their cat section is absolutely the best! They have a ton of go cat brand toys. They even had ruggables! I was thoroughly impressed and thankful for how well stocked they are!

I've been here once before to pick up some simple items for my cat. They have a great variety of food and everything else you may need for decent prices. Staff and customer service were amazing, they have everything you'd expect at a small local pet store. I recommend!

So happy I discovered this little gem. Customer service could NOT be better, especially Lee. Before I even pick up a can of dog food, he's right there for any questions. My dog always gets treats that she actually likes. Prices are higher than chain stores, but it is a small business and you're not treated like just a number. They keep the aisles cleared of inventory so one can actually walk around. I found this to be a real problem at a big chain here, and I could not even shop with my cart, and they did not care. Good for you, Pet Stop!

Best pet store in town. Been going here for as long as I can remember and they provide excellent customer service. They have just about anything you could want for your pet and more. If there's anything they don't have in the store, they'll order it for you and get it quickly.
